A good, reliable, respectable company would ALWAYS offer a way to contact and speak with a customer service representative. That should have been my red flag. The only number [protected]) you can find, gives you a recording of the same thing you get online/email at their Website… "We'll get back with you in a couple of days". I plan to broadcast and share my concerns and frustrations with all FB friends, as I hope they will stay clear of this flaky company!
