They have a button to request waiting longer.. What they dont tell you is, if you wait to long they steal your money.. No refund! When you complain to them, they block you so you can never win their daily give away

I have had many orders not come, some orders came broke, some items so cheaply made that when you use it or put it on it rips or breaks..

Ok Again I Ordered a Jacket From Wish And I Had A Big Hole In It and who ever call them self trying to stitch it did a poor job cause they did not finish it and I received it right before Christmas And was very upset. I want a refund on it and don't want no problems and I will not be ordering nothing else. that was not right all and for the money I paid. I hope that I do not have to take matter further. I have been trying to reach to the number that is on Wish.com and a recorder comes and I will be sending this jacket back to the address in California that is Wish.com Website. and Thank You. Hi Renee'. I appreciated reading your complaint and hope I can help. Before sending the merchandise back, you need to obtain an R.A. (return authorization) number. This will allow the Wish to process the return correctly. Not doing so is the equivalent of abandoning the merchandise. Because Wish will not be able to process the return correctly, no refund will be given.

On november 26th my 5 year old daughter ordered 93.00 dollars worth of stuff and i didn't see it until the 27th and that's when i reported it to them and told them not to ship the stuff but they did anyway and now i am having to file a lawsuit against you all for that matter . I ordered the item above on December 19th, 2017 and I was told it would not be here until mid January. Supposably it was delievered on December 23rd, 2017 around 1pm. I was here all day, at the address provided, and that package never came. Nor the next day. So I contacted wish support, they told me to use the tracking number for the item, go to my local USPS store, I did that, USPS said they had nothing under that tracking number what so ever, so then wish told me to ask my family members, did that, we searched the whole house top to bottom, and we did not find anything. I told wish support that I did all of that and the package was never found so I want a refund. All they said was were sorry this happened and we will talk with our company about this issue. Okay great. But where is my refund? That was a 30 dollar product. I want my money back.
"laptops" that turned out to be pads
My daughter and I ordered 2 laptop computers. Waited over a month and finally received 2 tablets instead. The pads were only 9 inches and the laptops were supposed to be with windows 10 and 14 inches. Now I can not get and human to speak with and the customer support is being a little sketchy with their answers. Have no idea what is going on with my money either.

two pairs of boots that I bought off of wish
My first pair of tan boots were ripping in the stitching around the toe after spending 30 plus dollars on them awaiting the long but anticipated shipping I received them for them to be so cheap the stitching fell out while walking. I vowed that I would never buy another pair of shoes from wish the sole of the shoes best fits house shoes category. But my husband decided to get me a pair of boots that I absolutely loved but he bought them off wish.com so I assumed that they would be trash upon putting them on the first day I found that the boots sole was peeling in the area the you bend you toe SMH wish you have got to do better and have a better way to contact people in case problems like this occur other then that you are just taking peoples money and giving them cute trash. These same boots I could have bought from a hair store for 40 dollars and got them right away and had sole at the bottom so if I walk on a rock I don't feel like I just crushed my foot. I absolutely love wish and have been a valued costumer for a while now and have gotten many of people to shop here as well the least you can do is make it right.

I have been scammed
I'm going to try to get a hold of BBB to file a complaint I tried to return items I took pictures like they asked. You can't get ahold of anyone even on the computer nobody calls back. Plus they're sending me duplicates on almost every order and charging my account. Just last month they took $200 out of my account and the month before. I've been dealing with them for a while and I think the last 3 months has changed bad. I want my money back! micro sd card, usb thumb drive
I bought several usb thumb drives from these guys. All failed within one week. I bought several micro SD cards. All failed within several months. Some I could verify were counterfeit. For example, I bought a Toshiba 250GB micro SD card from these guys in May 2017. It failed completely December 2017. I checked the markings on the back with a website, and the card is a complete fake. Toshiba does not make 250GB micro SD cards. The same goes with the USB thumb drives. In this case, files began to disappear off the drive after a month. Then the drive simply stopped working. Tested the thumb drives and they appear to be made with faulty memory. Unfortunately, wish.com does not refund after 30 days. Big scam.
