My name is kengela Holman. I ordered a brazillian virgin full lace wig. It was suppose to came on april 16 and its april 18 today. It still has not came yet. Wheres my package? i ive been waiting for over a month and im getting very unpaitent! My other wig came in early like on the 4th of april. It was suppose to had came on april 11th. I need to know where is my wig i odered almost over a month ago asap.

I've ordered items from Wish starting 2-1-18 to 4-14-18 and I haven't received my items. I've asked customer support for refunds . I haven't heard anything from them. I've never had this problem with Wish . I don't understand what's going on. My email is bren.[protected]@icloud.com Thank you The dress I ordered was 76 days ago. I ordered the women's high waist slimming tummy belly control panties that was supposed to be delivered 4-3-18 I never received that item. I asked customer support for a refund but I never got it. I ordered women's cosmetics face concealer cream contour palette the delivery day on that item is 4-14-18 I never received it. I have a coat, purse, glasses ordered and I'm scared I won't receive them. Could you please help me get the items I ordered or help me with refunds.Ive asked customer support for help and I didn't get help from them. Thank you

I placed an order regarding a man watch and hadn't received it reported and was told to look in my surrounding area I did and still the watch wasn't found I requested a refund and was told I would receive one it's been two months and I've continued to ask for my refund and still haven't received it. I don't want the product anymore I want the refund I was told I would receive.

10 rolls (so called, wallpaper). I paid $7.00 EACH ROLL and $4.00 EACH ROLL for shipping. They came in TWO BAGS, 5 rolls in each. This wallpaper is NO USE FOR PAPERING YOUR HOME unless your home is a DOLL HOUSE! VERY misleading. You can buy similar out of any 99cents store! I am constantly trying to get my refund. WISH IS VERY SLOW to contact me back. I'M NOT letting this go until I have been FULLY REFUNDED. Even if I have to hire a lawyer. No bull. $150.00 REALLY!?

I want a refund on an item I purchased I thought I was ordering a dinning room set and it was only 2 chairs I would have not purchased the item if I knew it was only 2 chairs the picture and the price was misleading. However it I can receive a refund I would like to exchange my item for the item I was originally trying to order which was a whole dinning room set the item I have has not been open.

It would be extremely helpful if on the app for wish when you search something up if there could be a filter button so that you can filter your search to information and price and other things. This would make searching for certain things much easier and it would be extremely helpful. Also if you could arrange things from price low to high or vice versa. I have spent ages trying to find something in a certain price range and I know many other people have so I believe that this would be helpful to many people and that it would help customers.

Has been order a Youma folding mountain bike from wish on 17 of February 2018 and on order history show 9th of march is delivery date, but that date instead of sending a bike, the seller sending me a small parcel with a scarfs on it and a letter, in a letter just a excuse for delay to sending a bike, but the painful things is the seller use same tracking number of the bike he use that for a parcel, that mean, I do got a parcel with a tracking number of the bike, but not the bike, , the wish company still sending me a final note for the bike items, but the whole story is nobody want to know? The wish company already answer, the items already out of tracking date (30 days ). In this situation I really do not know what to do, wish already turn there back on me, so please help, all I want is my money refund

I ordered several things from WISH and never have received them.Also there daily giveaway is a bunch of Bull###t, I have won several times and got ripped off...DONT WASTE UR TIME ON THIS CRAP..! Many people I know has also been ripped off ... how can this crap continue...where's MR.TRUMP when we need him..lol...Well hopefully everyone else doesn't have the experience like I and several others have had...GOOD LUCK TO U ALL.

I used an order discount at the time of my order on April 15, 2018. It was successfully applied. I submitted my order and it received an email telling me that there was an error and that I had to re-order. I did so and it did not save my promotional code. I requested that they kindly add it to my order... as it was applied correctly for my initial order. I received a very robotic response. Not personal at all and my request was not addressed. It was a valid promotional discount code, and he was unwilling to work with me.

Disappointed especially because the error was on the companies end and my request was fair and legitimate.

I would like the requested promotional code to be applied to my order as it should have been. Thank you.

On the 3rd of April 2018 I took a screenshot of a laptop advert and also the description of it which clearly outlined the specs of a laptop. The price was free and I paid $NZ4.00 for postage and packaging.

My phone recorded the date the screenshot was made. I wrote to customer support regarding why the advert had suddenly changed to advertising not a laptop but instead a laptop keyboard cover. I also provided a photo of the two screen shots I made and the date that my phone recorded it being taken which was the 3rd April.

I had a email sent to me days later saying that yes indeed the advert was false and please wait until my product has arrived, then I will be refunded. I can only assume the product is a keyboard cover.

I don't want a refund. I want my computer as it was advertised.

I received the blazer I ordered but it didn't fit me . It says it's a US 3x but it doesn't fit like a US 3x . I'd like one in my size otherwise I am requesting a refund . Your size conversion chart needs work . I ordered a 5x which is suppose to be a US size 3x, but the jacket was just to small . I'd like to have one in a real US 3x size please . The 1st order that came were clothes claimed to be large. My Brice who is a size 10 could just fit into them..
All further DELIEVERED were of all substained. As for an example a kitchen which arrived in a crushed box had a Chinese plug not fitting British standards. All wish wanted was pictures of the deflective item but nothing was done.
I have now asked to cancel all items and expressed a full refund but nothing has happeñed

When I go to wish for the giveaway I am there 10-15 minutes before the giveaway starts and when I'm there it doesn't refresh when the giveaway starts. I refresh it and still nothing but at 9:18 everything is gone because it won't pop up to claim. Its completely ridiculous. Ive been doing this for the passed few weeks. When I put it on my cart when it is 9-9:15 it'll make me pay.

ok lets start with one year ago this month my boyfriend let me order 50$ worth of items from wish with his credit card, and this was the first issue, I did not receive any of the things I orderd eccept for 2 rings that said they were 925 real siver, free just pay shipping, I have allergic reaction to anything that is not solid silver or gold first of all, , and I complained about that nothing in response and also I waited and waited for the rest of my order never came but still go notifications they were on there way and even they were shipped.. then notifications asking if I ever received them I replied that no haven't, they never replied back but I noticed that only the items I never received would ask rather or not I received.now I tried to make another order but I made sure to change my payment info before hand and first two orders charged my new previous info but then the third order of 88$ was charged to the old previous card from last year how weird is that also not receiving things I ordered im gonna have to sue if something isn't done

I have not recieved item no 1 or item no 2 and it is now the 13th of April. All were ordered on the same day and paid for. I have since removed app from my phone, and will not ever order again, I would also like to request a refund, full refund including shipping

I saw a ad on Facebook for a pool que for the price or 100 when I went on the app it was 1899 this is very bad advertisement. Would want to pay R100 for the product or eil report this. This is false advertising and is bad for your company name . I have bought me my stuff if wish and many problems have popped up like not get products after 6 months e.g. like SIM card, glasses, fishing gut and meal prep boxed. Your service is poor and really hope I can get these products for refunded.

I ordered several items such as computers and when I went to check on the items they were changed to things like photos of computers or mice that will work with computers. I notified American Express and they cancelled my card and told me to see if this is a Bait and Switch scam. Looking forward to getting the items. Will check on my orders today and notify Visa card as well.

I had ordered on accident a case xx knife march the 6th. I had immediately stopped payment on it and the merchant had already taken the money for it. I emailed them telling them my mistake and they had assured me that my money would be refunded back to me by march the 21st. A week past the refund date I check my card to see if they had did as they said they would and come to find out they hadnt.
I'm still waiting for the refund, since I had made an attempt to contact the merchant and get a response back I put it to the hands of my credit card company for them to file a dispute since no merchandise was recieved. I'm still waiting to hear from my credit card company in re to the dispute as well.
