I tried to purchase an item for $3 and shipping was $2 so my total was $5 I put in my shipping address which was the same as my billing address I put in my card information and tried to submit my payment when it said "oops! There was an issue processing your debit card." I go on my chase app to see there was $3 taken off for every time I tried to re submit my payment I want the money put back onto my account because there was no purchase made and seems like there was an issue/glitch on your end I contacted the bank and they said my card is perfectly fine and there was nothing wrong with my account you can get back to me at [protected] if not you can call my mobile phone at [protected] .
