Wish.com the mobile phone

When my mobile phone arrived i was delighted, it looked amazing. When i fitted the Samsung sim card it refused to work. I them took it to the telephone shop, they to could not get the phone to work.

To say i was highly disappointed would be an understatement. I was warned that the phone would never work and i was wasting my money.

I hope they were wrong.

Wish.com wish list items disappearing of my list

Hi, I placed an order of alot of items among these items one order was supposed to be a cell phones and a laptop as I was following up with my order history somehow items are disappearing off my list that I have already paid for and have not received yet and I want to know where my order is and why it is not on my list anymore? And telling me about a mystery surprise box and I didn't order such. Please help.

Wish.com just an idea

Dear wish.

I buy a lot of things off wish and I have come up with an Idea.
I would like to put towards you an Idea that would be great to every one.
Make an app where everyone can blog and chat about there products, and they can chat about how the product is going and chat to anyone and they can also blog about there progress with the Item/Items it would help people understand how the products works ect

Wish.com uv filter light

Purchased a uv light for my 75 gallon aquarium from wish. Had a smaller uv filter but transferred it to another tank. Installed this one and it started to pulse almost strobe. Left it alone for the night and it went to a steady light. It also killed more than half of my fish, including 3 dwarf frogs I had for 2-3 years. Wish refunded me the purchase price but would not compensate me for my fish, even after sending pictures. Horrible website, horrible service. Do not buy from them!

Wish.com phones

On March 3 2018 I placed an order of twenty-six items among these items one order was supposed to be two cell phones the galaxy S 6 as I was following up with my order history somehow items are disappearing off my list that I have already paid for and have not received yet and I want to know where my order is and why it is not on my list anymore? Why can't I call and talk to someone on the phone instead of complaining over email? I tried to contact customer support by phone, i get a recording that ends up disconnecting i would like a living human being to contact me by phone [protected]

Wish.com took money out of my account that they shouldn't have 115.00 too much

I order from wish all the time but this time they took out my 2 payments plus a extra 115.00 dollars for no reason out of my debit I would like my refund of 115.00 dollars please I like to order from them but cant if they continue to take extra money out please help me to understand why they did this. I have ordered several things since january 2018 and have been pleased until now march 2018. But this month I ordered two different orders one for 45.50 and one for 25.00 which I paid for then I got my bank statement and seen where they took out the two payments plus a extra 115.00 I did not order that much please try and help me on this I live on a month to month income and cant afford money I didnt spend taken out. Thank you if you can help me out.

Wish.com customer service and overall company app/website

When I tried to return a item I never got they told me that I could not get a refund because I did not return it within 30 days however I waited six months for it and never got it. how can I return a item I never got! After I pointed that out to them they ignored me and never responded . When I do actually receive a ordered which isn't always the case it comes 2-3 months at the least from when ordered. And the products are not very good they are cheap and not what they were in the picture . :(

Maybe you can help me because I want to buy few things from you but I couldn't, because I don't want the items to come to my home, and I put a friend address and I paid with my credit card but didn't work, I had the message to look at my address, that's mean I cant't buy from you like this, and I want to buy a lot but like I said I don't want the items to come to my home I want to go to my friend, but if I pay with my credit card is not working, maybe you can do something for this because like I said I want to buy many things from you the way how I want. Wish.com cancellation no refund poor quality

I been trying to contact yall in regards to my order my utilized bank statement comes out one a month well I cancelled a order with yall not knowing it only cancelled one item instead of all the items one yall shipment cost is too high hell its th same as the order and yall stuff always be poor quality. Now yall either refund me all my money back to my card or ill let my lawyer handele it and we let the world know yall some [censor] and put yall out of business.

Wish.com didn't receive item

I received a package In the mail and when I opened (it was sealed and I had to cut it open with scissors) it was full of packaging and no item! So I have emailed wish A LOT via the app and via email and I keep getting the same response about the label matching the item so I need to take it up with Aus post. The label was not signed by the sender, the parcel that was supposed to contain shoes was way too small for shoes - I just want my Money back!

Wish.com products failed to be delivered and refusal of refund

I have been a valuable customer for some time now. I had purchased some towels about 13 in total around December 2017, I understood that the Christmas period would most likely slow down the delivery. After sometime without delivery I hadrequested a refund on all towels, I only did it on one of them to my mistake. However, I received a response leading me to believe that my shipment would be delivered by 12 March (customer service officer put 2017) however I assumed this was an accidental typo. So I waited as I did not want to receive products when I had a refund. Now after 12 March I'm being refused a refund after being mislead by a Wish Customer Support Officer.

Wish.com account blocked

For the past month, i have followed their instructions to remove the blockage on my account plus obtain a refund on an article received broken. I keep getting a message asking for further information although they got all necessary informations. It seems we get a merrygoround. For each email asking the necessary information to clear my account, i get another email requesting the same info. It is a chain without end

Wish.com haven't got my jacket that I paid for

I payed 404.34 Swedish Crowns for them on the 19/11 2017

They were sent to my local postoffice at "Matextra" in Tullinge the 10 of october but was returned to Postnord on the 21 of november . Then "Matextra" sent them back to Postnord and I went to pick it up again around the 20th of january . It said on the envelope that the package was going to be there until the 1 of february, so this time I wasn´t late, but still they had sent them back. And they ask me to contact you now .

Wish.com service and product

Hi my name is candy and I shop your website a lot love buying thing of of here. So my my complaint is when 7 have ur daily give away that supposed to start between 9pm and 9:15 pm and then u get on it and it's like it has ended and it's only 9:07 or it starts at 9:06 and it's ends y'all have it so messed up cuz there is place that have different time zones and u don't even get a chance to get a free gift of the daily give away. And another then I think y'all have a size chart wrong on your rings I orders a ring and I sized it with the ring chart and I got sent the wrong size. I get slot of things of of wish and love it. Bought my wedding dress of wish I get to wear it on April 14.

Wish.com cell phone

When I placed the order for both of these products it did not say it was a phone holder it said the s8 phone I go to look at it being shipped and now it has been changed! This is false advertising and a waste of my money, this is not right as i looked at the description and item description as did my father who's card was used on this order it had the phone, charger USB plug handbook exc

Wish.com unauthorized credit charges

My name is sueellan pascal my address is 21 overlook drive warwick new york. you have charged my accounts three times for 80.56. for products I have never recieved. one accounts charged twice for 161.12 account 1199 and the other 80.56 account 2173. Please reimburse these accounts I have already contacted PayPal and they are investigating. This is fradulent actions from your company. I giving you the chance to reimburse these accounts before I take actions.

Wish.com my orders are not arriving and account restricted

Im complaininy abput my online shopping scam on wish app. I cant complain or do anything bcz my account is restricted. I have provided all bank statement they asked but still same. They are showing the items are delivered but im not reciving them n still I can apply for refund thats really unfair. Wat should I do now. It over $200 of my purchase

Wish.com wish app

Looking to buy various parts for motorbike. ( front indicators, rear indicators, and tail light.) However in listings they appear to have different levels of tinting which I want the level of tinting to be the same all round. Would be helpful if there was a way to contact seller prior to purchase to confirm tinting at same levels for all parts, as the only way to contact at the moment is make purchase (3 separate one's in this case) and then raise tickets all to possibly not be suitable and having to cancel order. Seems all too messy and awkward to me. Regards Jason McDonald.

Wish.com clothes

I have tried to return the items I order but I canceled my in time but they ship it. I have been trying to to get in touch with them for 3 weeks, they have no phone number to help people. The number they have just said to go to customer support @com. The website is very hard to work with, they made it that way so you can't get them.please help me. I have spent many hours trying to get in touch with them. This has been a nightmare!

Wish.com overall

This company is a huge spammer. I have requested my removal from the newsletter and even marked them as spam on gmail and somehow they still manage to deliver emails. I will file a complain with the FTC, BBB, Google and many other websites, so people will think twice before using wish.com

Once I tried to buy something and after reviewing their policies I found they were acceptable, but the do not practice what the state in their policies. Very bad way of doing business!

Wish.com non product delivery

I have been a wish.Com cutomer for two years most of the stuff has turned up although not great quality..I ordered a security camera for indoors some eight weeks ago, they said it was on the way so i waited and waited..They then said its official it has been delivered to you and signed for, of course it has not...I checked with our local postal sorting office and they said it was still in main land spain 1000 klms away and not signed by me..I forwarded wish.Com the post office contact no and address to check but they would not and said...Perhaps you will get more success next order...What sort of company are they so be careful what you ...Wish for...
