There was no place to enter code "CUSTOMER" (up to 50% discount) before my order was placed. I would appreciate a resolution to this as it is not addressed on the help section on your website, I did not want to cancel my order, and it appears it is impossible to get a live person at your 800 number. I have been very satisfied with your service thus far, and have confidence you will assist me to make this right. I'm certain that you do not offer discounts as customer appreciation rewards without honoring them. Perhaps I did something wrong as I am rather new to online shopping (senior citizen here) but placed a larger order thinking I was going to be able to apply the offered discount. Wish.com they changed shipping date and refuse my refund, this is unbelievable see proof

I placed an order Order ID: 5b47957e139affdfa2742cc5 on July 14th 2018 < as per proof by picture they estimated the delivery date as 12 - 29 september 2018. Now today 21 September they say its been delivered 18 th August 2018. Thet changed the shipping date and now they say i cant get a refund as the time has passed already.

I have never received the item, This is clearly stealing my money,

Out of everything that Mary Draper has ordered ONLY received 2, two items then the blouses I have ordered are on notifaction that you picked for me but my card was charged you say that it won't show up on my statement, well you eather send me everything I paid for already or we are going to have a BIG PROBLEM I WILL TAKE PICTURE OF THE TWO ITEMS I DID GET THE REST OF MY ORDER BETTER FOLLOW A.S.A.P.

Wish.com buying a product

Keeps telling me something wrong with billing address to go here to get it resolved, I also had other times I was ordering something different and it asked for bank statements and that order was being paid with credit card. These issues if u don't fix u will loose customers. Then we all think when we do try to buy it u take it out anyways and charge us on multiple attempts now I'm not saying that happened but he's a thought that comes across my mind .we should, be enjoying your site not complaing so if u don't want to loose business I suggest u fix this issue asap.

Wish.com non delivery of 3no. bikes to uk

I paid for 3 electric bikes (£ 1300 Sterling) of which I received none ? Wish keep on sending the same request over and over again repeating request a Refund through the App but to no avail ! I went to Royal Mail Uk who informed me that the tracking numbers given to me were against items delivered to a different address in a different country (England ) ? I have sent Proof that Royal Mail did not deliver to me but Wish support must be the most unreachable customer support service I have ever dealt with ! I have sent nearly 100 requests now and require help ?

Wish.com order cancellation/refund

Hi I saved my CC details wanting to make a purchase then decided not too. Only the next day when I went on the site on my tablet and wanted to see the total it took the payment! That same day I contacted then via this automated crap customer service system. It said someone will be in contact in 3 working days and that was 5 days ago...I DONT WANT YOUR [censored]! I just want to speak to someone human and sort this out and give me my money back! You took my last money for the rest of this month...I WISH I had never even registers an account. I am going to let everyone on social media know too.

Wish.com job not done correctly

I have made several orders via the Wish App on the 7th August 2018, and only received one item on the date of delivery. Other items ordered were not delivery on time. The date went from August to September 12th and 15th. I have made several attempts via the Wish App and emails only to get the same instructions to go the Wish App find the orders I am querying and contact customer service. The contact options are limited to waiting till October or get a refund.

I have so far asked for refund on two items and have had to cancel orders in my Cart due to late delivery on previous items. I did not feel confident in making further orders.

I do not want to wait another month not do I want a refund. I would like the items ordered delivered please.

They sent the wrong item after a number of time of going back and forth with the company to replace it a I'd tried to get a refund for the the purchase still trying to get them to refund all items jeans I purchased a dress, jeans and the phone it all came to a total of 178.00 plus shipping that is never free shipping is always add it's 12.50 and goes of every time you add to your cart I WANT THEM TO REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY...

I will ordered on 11 august annd wish define the date of delivery is 16 september but till date i cant got the delivery.
Than i was refund my money but till time not refund my money so im very despointed this company.well i cant ordered any item of them sell in future and i still not decide and guase which time my money was return to me and refund.

I ORDERD A TV On August 16th. It arrived in ENGLAND ON 22ND August. It was delivered to Properly invested which has the postcode NG1 1AA in Nottingham England. The tracking number was LZ 697216587CN. I have not had any more contact so would like a refund please. Total paid £150

Wish.com items never received; wrong color of other items ordered

I ordered several items on Aug. 14/15, 2018. My order # is 5b742d0d135ed2680e0e1c93. Very disappointed in this company. One of the items I ordered was a decal wall clock décor. It said that it had two parts. I only received one. I ordered 2 but never got the other one at all. I ordered 2 sets of the WAW-Outdoor LED Path Lamps but never received them. The ring I ordered is too small. It isn't the size I ordered even though it states that it is. It is the same size of my wedding band which is a whole size smaller. I also ordered reusable stove burner covers which are the wrong color. The 3D retro brick wall is not the right color either & I ordered 4 sets. The items that were never received are over a month past the expected arrival date. I tried to contact them with no success. I just want a refund for the items. I should be reimbursed for all of this. I ordered 13 different items & paid $68.58. Of all of these I am only satisfied with 4 of the items I did receive.

Wish.com wish's ad promo code "expired" during promo period

On wish's site, they listed a promo code: lbrday. Their ad on their site said good thru sept 3. I was trying to use the code at 19:01 sept 3, and got an error message saying, "oops, this code is no longer available."

Several generic email replies of the same to my inquiry... Still not acknowledged and still not honored...

Will have to read emails from bottom to top of course for proper order...

Are you aware that wish advertised the promotion I am writing about? The ad was on the main wish site stating it was valid through september 3rd. Are you aware that I attempted to use the said promotion code on september 3rd at 7:01 pm edt and received an error message saying the code was no longer valid? Are you aware that at the exact same time I was attempting to use the code, it was being advertised on the wish website staying it was valid thru september 3rd? In fact, I copied the code from the ad page and pasted it at the checkout.

Wish.com poor service

This is one order among several others that I placed and paid for. Its longer than a month overdue and I get any kind of response. Now if I cancel, I only get my money back in Wish credits. How can I still deal with Wish of they cannot supply one of the many items I purchased. Worst online shopping ever. Very disappointed.

Wish.com not providing goods and then refusing to issue refund

I ordered and paid for 10 products off Wish on May 14, 2018. I waited for my items to arrive and kept checking the tracking information as I waited. As the expected delivery date got closer, Wishes app suggested that I wait 5 to days and then contact customer support. This occurred a number of times before the app would allow me to contact customer support. On August 3, 2018 I was able to contact customer support. After several conversations I was offered a refund, but instead of refunding me $40.00 for 10 items, I was refunded $4.00 for 1 item and then my question was closed. I then started emailing Wish customer support to resolve this issue and was directed by Wish to open a new question for each item. When I went to do this I was unable to open my items as I had exceeded the 30 day refund policy. I have since been in daily contact with Wish customer support with no success in either being refunded my $36.00 or being given an expected delivery date for the items ordered and paid for. I have extensive transcripts and endless screenshots of my ongoing battle with Wish. I strongly advise other consumers to be wary of shopping with Wish.com. They say they have your back, but all they have done is put knives in mine.

Wish.com locked account

look I have contact wish several times because they locked my account and will not tell me why. they keep saying I need to show where I made a purchases which I have done four times. A big order I got charged for but items never arrived and wish ignored what was going on so I disputed with PayPal and sent pictures of what wish put on my account. account is still locked and now I have lost several items and my free shipping. I would like my account unlocked, and a coupon for free shipping and 50 % off for all my troubles. please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com.

Wish.com unable to place items in my cart

I have tried twice this morning to place orders into my cart I just wanted to order all at the!same time
instead they started to process my item's single I had to then cancel the item I have ordered other items for as long
that I've been online shopping and I have had no problem why is there no cart shown on your shopping site if there is
no cart shown then I!think I will be unable to place any orders so!I will have to browse other cheap channel's

Thank You, I just came here to complain about that same issue. There is no way to put items in cart, to use promo codes, to see taxes and shipping fees. You see an item you want now and there is only a BUY button

I recieved a parcel packet today 15/09/18 and when I opened it there was the bit of labelling paper only. On the packet it states kitchen tools but there was nothing there. Wish.com my order

Good day, I have odered about 8 items between June and July and haven't received it. This is quite frustrating cause even though you are given the option for a refund, I would rather prefer the item that was ordered. I have never had this problem in the past and would like to know if there is a reason why I not receiving my items. I have orderd more items since but not sure if Im going to have a problem receiving it too. Really two minded about ordering anything else from Wish.com

Wish.com 2 stainless folding knives. 2 metal slingshots. big fake and the 7000 lumens 1080 projector

I have sent several E-mail's about this.in the answered E-mail it tell's me to go to the drop down and go to order history. There is no drop down in the E-mail.
I have gone online and check my order history. It showed some of my order delivered to other address then mine. It also showed some were left at my mail box. Well I have also been in contact about packages I did get, that were not items I ordered.
The package clearly say's Wish Priority on the label. I was told they did not send it, I should check to see if I ordered t from E-bay.
It was something I would not have ordered and have no use for. Besides it say's Wish right on it.
I tried to go back on the Wish site to file for a refund, sense it look's like I am never going to receive what I wanted, but now it wont let me log in. I tried the reset password. It said my E-Mail was not found. I placed my order several month's ago.
This was my first time placing an order with Wish. I am very dissapointed with what has happened to me. I would like to get the items I ordered, But if they are not coming, I want a refund.

You should contact the 3rd party seller that you bought the item from on Wish.com, wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action, and I am sure if this seller has gotten a lot of complaints like yours, they will do something about it. But try contacting the seller directly instead of wish.com, sellers are usually more than willing to help, but when a customer goes to the platform that we are selling on instead of us directly, it is most likely we arent going to get a chance to try to make it right with our customers, and you'll end up most likely just getting a refund instead of the product you wanted, which the seller can narrow down what the problem is and help fix it. Now if they do not help you fix it and is not willing to work with their customers, that is when you should go to Wish directly, you will then have messages as proof as well..
