being charged for items I didn't want
My order is totally wrong I cancelled everything out of frustration and I see its still being shipped someone needs to email me back or call or I will dispute through my bank and Go to the BBB I hate being ignored so far not happy [protected]@yahoo.com [protected]. If someone would call me we could work this out I see many happy people. Yet my first order is all wrong

This is Christine Mitchell I have placed the order on two different occasions one in March and one in April now it is June 13th and I still haven't received my items I am missing 29 items and I am tired of waiting for them. I need a total refund on all of my items before the end of the week by June 15th or I will contact the Better Business Bureau to let them know what type of company y'all are running yard taking people's money and not read sending out the items nor refunding the money and I will like a total refund on all 29 items that I did not receive and have been waiting for 2 months now the number I can be reached at is [protected] or I can be contact at [protected]@gmail.com and you also need to have a direct line where you can talk to a person about your problems instead of having to email customer service.
The seller probably scammed you. Contacting them here isn't going to do anything. Message the seller and customer service from the app.

I am writing to complain about numerous orders that I am still yet to receive, I have tried to contact the team on so many occasions about not receiving my order and still nothing has been done, I have paid in full for all of the items that I have ordered and they were expected to be delivered 4/5 month ago, I also went on to proceed my other orders and have also paid in full for those and still 2 months on I haven't received that order either, it is becoming a regular thing and I am paying for goods with orders over £100 and still not receiving any, so I am now waiting on two lots of orders which come well over £250, I am paying for items That I have not yet had delivered I am writing this complaint as a last resort as I am not happy that I have tried to contact the team to report this and discuss my missing/late arrival of items. I will have no other option to report it and take my complaint further If I do not hear from you about me receiving my items or a refund in the next 14 days, you have left me no other options as I have contacted you so many times about this matter and I have got no further, you are very quick at taking my money but take ridiculous amount of time at sending me my products! I have not received a laptop computer that was in ordered in April

Despite several emails to customer service I am still getting unwanted text messages from WISH. I am not able to rely to the messages, or block them. Customer services have now blocked my emails as they found that easier than resolving my issue.
I have tried contacting them via social media, however no response. Awful customer service.
How difficult is it to delete my details from their database?
Did you text back to them with "STOP"?
I tried placing my order and when I went to put in my bank card information...it wouldn't let me. Said to modify wish.

We have ordered quite a few things, clothing from Wish and they are either way too big or way too small for example I got a bra and panty set, extra large and I was lucky if it fit a Cabbage Patch doll. We ordered an extra large men's shirt and it came in a child size. We even checked the sizing chart and measure ourselves before we ordered and it still didn't work for us. I ordered a bathing suit in an extra large and it would fit a 300 pound woman, I am not 300 pounds. We are very happy with other things from wish but definitely not clothing, you never know what size your getting. Too scared to ordet any more clothing as we have been stuck with a pile of clothes that don't fit & we have no ideal how to return them.
They are Asian sizes, that's why. You need to read the information they provide, which you obviously didn't do.

I originally contacted Wish Customer Support to return a handbag that was cheap in quality and had an offensive order. Since then, I have received another handbag and the quality is unbelievably cheap. I have received two handbags from Wish that are quite poor in quality. I contacted the customer support line at (800) 266-0172 and never get a live response; only referral to an e-mail address. I emailed them and followed the instructions of the e-mail response for return. However, the page immediately either goes to a generic "Order History Page" with about 50 or more items on it that is obviously a marketing page, or it goes to my "Order History Page" that is absolutely blank and states that I have no orders. Wish Customer Support appears to be a computer generated response that did not help me solve my return problem. After I complained to Customer Service twice that my Order History Page is blank, etc., I got a final e-mail *copied below) with several numbers on it ([protected]) and I have not heard from them since.
I have followed the instructions in the last 6/8 e-mail from wish and I still cannot access my Order Page!
Below are copies of my e-mails and Wish Customer Support replies.
I hope this issue will be resolved so I can return the items and receive my refunds.

Please let me know ASAP how to return a handbag I purchased. I don't want my 30 days to expire.

If your orders are not appearing in your order history you may be logged into the wrong account. A different Wish account is created when you sign up via email, Google+, or Facebook. You may just have more than one Wish account. Try logging out of your current session of Wish and logging in with a different method.
Do you happen to know how you are logged into Wish at the moment?

What does that mean? I still am not able to return my item.
You guys are giving me automatic responses. You are not giving me workable solutions to my specific problem. Give me a solution to returning my item.
Even your customer support number does not answer specific questions. No one is ever there!
Answer this e-mail personally which will solve my problem and I'll believe that you actually have live people there to give specific solutions to specific problems.

Have followed your instructions on line. I cannot get to my orders. Instead I get to a page that says 'ORDER HISTORY, and it is clearly not mine but a generic (or bogus) page listing a lot of items that I did not order. When I tried again, it says I have no orders!
I am beginning not to believe in "Wish, " and in any case, although I am waiting for several more orders, I will never order anything else until I am able to easily return this one.
Taking up too much of my time and gigabytes as I do not have wifi in my area. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. Your instructions are not working.

Products were ordered by mistake and the order cancelled within the hour. The website says cancel orders within 8 to action a cancellation. Within 2 hrs I started receiving notifications that my order was been processed. I then sent an e mail to customer service and stated the above and again requested a stop order. Still no confirmation and now have e mails saying order has been dispatched. Australian Ombudsman now contacted. Bank contacted for payment stop.
Ordering by mistake is understandable, but you have to PAY for the item for it to be sent, it's impossible TO PAY by mistake. Doesn't make sense.
lack of communication, not replying to my emails and late package
I have purchased a few things from wish.
One item that was supposed to be hear on the 7th of June.
My item has not come yet and for the some reason the email address that I have always used for my wish account is being rejected and won't log me in.
The worst part of this is I have email wish multiple times over the past 5 days and no reply.
I only get emails when they want me to buy more cool things.
If I don't get a reply or any help or even a refund if you can't send over my overdue package than I will take matters further and will be reminding people never to use wish again.
It often takes longer than the stated date.

I ordered my makeup on june 5th. They said I would receive my order in 2-3 days, then they said I would get it on june 25th now they are saying july 8th. You must have misunderstood or misread, NOTHING comes from wish in 2 or 3 days. The average time is a month. And sometimes it can take longer. Why are you posting your address for the entire internet to see?
never received my item
I told the people who I've ordered from that my order was never delivered and they insist that it was delivered to my house the day after my birthday (may 31) when I was sitting outside when the mailman personally handed me my mail and only handed me 1 package which was a ring I ordered on the same ticket I ordered the face mask. The tracking on the ring says its supposed to be delivered by the 20 of June but it was delivered May 31 and not the mask. The mask tracking says delivered on May 31 but that wasn't the package I got it was the other. You guys scam enough people. Please do the right thing and send me my mask or give me my refund! I have no reason to lie about receiving a sleep mask!

never received redeposits of $7.02 and $1.70
I was told that I would receive my cost of $7.02 for a painting that I never received and I also put in a refund request of $1.70 for a bracelet that I ordered in February and never received. This has not been done as of June 9, 2018. It appears that Wish does not follow up on what is wrong and I feel that customers should be treated with the respect that they place with this company but doesn't do.
I ordered computer. May 7th. I have been contacting wish and telling them for over a month, weekly that I have not received laptop. Today I again complained I have not received laptop and was told that it’s too late to do anything about! Really? You know I have not received it, it does NOT SHOW DELIVERED! I need to know where my package is at I ordered it on April 24th 2018 and it said it was suppose to arrive on June 8th 2018 but it never arrived. It said that the last location was in Hong Kong at Hong Kong international airport and that was the last time it said where it was located at. Here is the tracking number YT181150844562471. Wish.com is nothing but a front to move US cash to Chinese counterfeiters. Wish.com is using credit card companies and in 1 transaction they commit 3 felony acts as I SEE IT. aiding the counterfeit ops in china, selling fake goods to US Consumers and wire fraud by using interent and credit card payments. Why the DOJ has not investigated or shut them down is mind blowing. I bought Items supposed to be shipped from San Francisco and they were shipped from China and very clearly fakes. Ive filed complaints with the DHS and my federal elected officials.

product broken no reply to any questions and replacement request
I have 3weeks of sending messages trying to get a replacement item sent for the damaged $40 something part that we purchased to have no reply for almost 2weeks. My 14year old wanted this and works damn hard for her money. I think it is ridiculous to get this kind of service. I have provided pictures to prove the damage. The replacement should be sent and a tracking number supplied immediately. Why is nobody returning my messages?

There is a HUGE problem that needs to be fixed now. I have ordered through your company in the past and there was no issue until now. I tried to order two items last night and multiple times it told me that my card would not work and I will be receiving a refund of my money. It never even made a charge for the total I had for the items but instead has charged me $1 and $2 dollars three individual times. I need this fixed ASAP for else I will have to shut down my credit card!
They don't read this, I don't know why people are posting as if they do. If they don't reply on their own site or app, why the hell would they reply or even read things on some random unrelated site?

I ordered a pair of spy gear glasses like what dog the bounty hunter wheres and it said that they would be delivered by June 2 then later changed to June 4 and now it changed to June 11 I have been waiting for this product for a while now and I am starting to think I should give ur company a bad rating for having to wait for something that should have been delivered already

Hi there,
On March 11 2018, I was searching for a mobile phone to buy from your site. I came across a product for sale - a Vkworld S8 mobile, blue in colour. After looking at images of the product and reading about what it had to offer on the page, I ordered one for the price of $306.00 NZD. When my confirmation email came through to tell me that my order had been successful, I was notified that I had purchased 100 Pcs Rare Juicy Seeds ([censored] Seed Flower Living) for $306.00 NZD.
I had no intention of buying 100 packets of seeds and I was furious that I had been scammed and tricked out of my $306.00 NZD.
If I am not refunded for the unethical behaviour of your website, I will threaten legal action. This is unfair and wrong.

We orderd some products at the end of February and still have not received any of these items this is just disgusting i am so upset i just want my money back. I will never order from wish ever again and i will tell all my friends and family what pathetic service we received from wish . You guys are stealing from everyone. returning items mistakenly purchased
I tried to print out the Shipping Label through [protected]@wish.com but received no attachment to get the Shipping Labels to return the 2 pairs of Brown Oxford Shoes I am requesting a Shipping Label by mail so I can send the shoes back for the shoes I didn't purchased please contact me regarding this issue because I want to return them.
