I used to love your company. I bought things all the time. I placed an order in early November. I spent almost $400 on products, a total of 26 items never showed up.

I ordered these items for Christmas presents and when they didn't show up I had very upset kids and family members.

I am extremely unhappy and depending on when and how these items arrive I may no longer use your company for my online purchases.

I would request a refund however having to individually request a refund for each i team of the 26 missing from my order, is an inconvenience!

Please fix this!!
