Two of them came to me broken and pieces 1 item never showed up and I cannot get in touch with anyone and I cannot do returns every time I try to take a photo it starts at the beginning again and I cannot get anything to work can someone please call me back and help me out with this I've been trying to do this and fix this for several weeks now and it's getting very frustrating

I ordered a pair of doll Panama's for my daughter. When they arrived they were the wrong pair. And there is also runs in them as well as a hole. I would really appreciate this matter being resolved ASAP please. We also ordered two dresses with no problem. I like this sight and would like to continue shopping there. But I do not want to pay for something that arrives damaged and can't be used. Whether or not I order in the future I believe will be decided by how this matter is handled.

I have had items charged to my acct. before. and several times i've had to argue to get my money back. I was charged $167.00 for something I did not order! please quit trying to stick people with unwanted orders just to make an extra buck

I have four different orders from wish.com every time I try to use their customer service their it tells me it's something wrong with my account and it wants me to send them a copy of my credit card which I'm not going to do and I haven't received 50% of any of the orders I just want my money back and want to be done with it if you can tell me how to get in contact with him I'll be grateful thank you

I have been trying to contact someone with support and recieve nothing other than automated messages and no help. I ordered TRX bands and ended up recieving a nylon sock! I want a refund and I want to speak to someone in person! This is absolutly ridiculous! I cant get ahold of anyone! This store/shop that is being used is a scam and seeing as I have gotten no help taking care of this matter it seems as if Wish is okay with using these kinds of retailers! Hello iam very upset that I have a very hard time to get a refund request in for everything that was ordered on the 12 day of febuary 2017, I was not the one who placed othem and was a full refund now... Iam sick of the app not letting you request when the damn stuff was just ordered the yesterday.

I also would like an email to me with proof that I got a refund on my card sent to ([protected]@gmail.com) and a phone call to [protected] with in 24 hours or I will get the better business bureau involved.

They keep taking money out of my account even though I HAVE NOT ordered anything for over a month. This needs to stop before police and FBI are involved because I am not the only one with this complaint. Super pissed! My account is drained every week, and I've got gas to pay for, doctor's appointments to make, a job to find. I cannot afford for this #### to keep ####ing happening. Figure it out because I will NOT tolerate being stolen from. I AM PISSED!

When I look for items I find one price for the item then shipping but when I add it to my cart for checkout the prices are higher!

This does. It happen for every item but I have found that it is tue for most.

Not only does the price change but the shipping does too!

I feel like I am being cheated of not only the money but the experience I seek for bargain hunting...

I add items to my cart thinking I have spent xxx dollars and continue to shop til I feel I have reached my budgeted amount then I hit the checkout button only to get sticker shock!

Then I have to go through my cart again and delete items I wanted to buy!

I've never had to use a promo code on any of my orders. And I have a new credit card and all of a sudden I have to wait for three days to tell me nothing. I want my order processed or I'll never shop with your company again. And that would a real shame. I have provided you with my new debit card and your computer system tells me it's incorrect. Well your system is wrong. And I know nothing about promo codes. I have just put in three hours of my life so that I can shop and wish can earn my money. So it's Up to you to fill us customers with promo code info. Then your customers would be happy that I have filled out at least5 more forms only to be told by your computer that I have never been given your Promo code. My suggestion for you as petty as this may sound. Let me in on the Promo code and then would I attempt to, I don't know. Place an order, that it would be approved and not questioned. Because, frankly, it makes me and you and wish look like inept ### business people. All of what I've been saying in this letter has wasted my time. And my time is valuable, as is yours. I'm not a fool. I'm sure that wish.com has its reasons for not being forth coming about the so called "Promo code 's" to me, as a customer. But I would like to know those reasons. All I tried to do today, is to place yet, another order, only to be questioned, like I'm a criminal. Even after wasting an hour or so. I still have to waste my time, the systems time which inadvertently wastes yet more of my money. Because I have to pay my taxes to pay for nothing. Someone gets paid with our money to do nothing about so called, "Promo codes" maybe after some day, we, the people that shop at wish.com might be let in on the Promo code caper.. I was told that my order had to be put on hold for 2 to 3.days because my account had been altered. Well, yes it has been altered. I have a new credit card. I put it in now

I have wrote to you with my phone about not getting my phone I order back on Feb 2, I sent you my phone, address name, allen bernard order number. With still no calling me back so I have nothing else to do but call my visa company and stop the payment. Is this a real company. Are is this a fake company and you take people money and send no product. I calling visa on Monday 11th 2017 if I don't hear from you. It's sad that we can't call.

Hi, las December I purchased an item from wish.com. Somewhere around mid January I was supposed to receive it. Never happened. Contacted support and they told me for sure I would get it on the 25th. Never happens. Contacted support again. Offered me a refund due to the after 30 days policy but I would still receive the item. It have been two months and it has not happened yet. Dates, promises, false hopes and costumer unsatisfaction is all I see in my costumer experience. Now I m trying to reach you directly to see if this way I can get a serious and respectful answer. My questions are : I was promised to get it on the 25th, if so where is my item? Obviously some negligence is happening, how are you going to solve my problem to my satisfaction after all I have been through. I have proof of everything I m saying. Thanks

I ordered my daughter orbis that said they would be arriving in feb..when I click on tracking the order or contacting customer service all that keeps popping up is msg error...I've sent a complaint and have never heard anything..this is getting out of hand..I want answers asap please reply to [protected]@gmail.com...I sent 2 screenshots with the order information and the error message...I want to know where my order is...please contact me

Emails letting me know about my order were sketchy and information was incomplete -- it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive a tracking number! This company is irresponsible and appears on all levels to be illegitimate. I am going to blog and contact everyone I know to not fall for these "great deals" and "low prices." Who cares if I "saved money" if I never get my product! I have one item in my order placed January 28 and the "best" delivery estimate is February 23! Really? One month to deliver? Is it coming by covered wagon?
Also, has anyone ever seen such ridiculously long Order Numbers? Tell me that isn't on purpose so it's difficult to track-- my order number has 24 digits:

My credit card was stolen shortly after this order was placed and wish.com is my number one suspect. It is just another example of their shady business. I have read multiple complaints on their website about how customers never received their products, were told they were getting a refund and they never received the money back.

I have sent a few gifts to some of my friends, and after we opened up their emails, we found the emails. So we opened up the links, and they created their accounts, but nothing about their gifts showed up. Why is that? They were really excited about it, and I was happy to save money. So how come it doesn't show up? Also, the amounts of the gifts are either one or two dollars. Why can't we go over that?

Hello my credit card information was stolen. I am trying to reach someone so those orders are stopped.
