I have used wish a couple times before and had no problems wit it. I would get my orders on time or even early. I recently tried to make a payment for my orders and it restricted my account and told me I had to send a photo of my credit card or bank/PayPal statement on my order. They said they refunded the money but I'm not positive as I haven't checked.

I've known Wish for quite some time already. My aunt uses it quite regularly and sometimes I borrow her account to buy some stuff I want. There's wasn't much negatives about Wish except for the items always arriving later than the expected arrival date they claim the items should arrive on.

Recently I decided to make my own account so I wouldn't trouble my aunt and having her pay for me every time. I didn't even make it to my first purchase. I checked out 2 items and as soon as I slid the pay now button, it says my account needs further verification and so I took a picture of my credit card and waited for the email.

The email I got was even more confusing. My account was blocked and I had no idea why. I thought that maybe it was because I was using the same address as my aunt since we do live together. But restricting a first timers account already before they can make their first purchase? I simply don't understand how or what I could have done to have my account .

Did anyone else have the same problem? How can the restriction be removed?

I ordered two things back in January and have not received them. It's been well over a month. They should have been here by now and I have not gotten either of them. I either want my two items or want my money back. I don't believe this is how a business should work. Wish needs to do something about this and quick. I order stuff on this site all of the time and I have NEVER had something like this happen. I need to know where is this stuff. When it will get here. Or they need to just give my money back.

We ordered 2 cell phones off this wish website and wish cancelled are order and said they refunded are 183.00 and it has not been put on are card and i have no way to contact with thwm this is a buch of bull crap we will never go throw wish again. We want the money on are card ! If wish wants to cancel peopls orders then they need to but the money back on when they do it i will not stop until we get are 183.00 back

I've already made a purchase before with wish and for no reason its not letting me use my credit to make another purchase and now I cant change the payment option, all I get is please contact support... Is there a way I can change the payment option? To use another credit card or making the payment elswhere like at an oxxo... I recently used my credit card with amazon and didn't have a problem... Please help

i purchased a necklace which Wish advertised as "18kt Italy Gold." After two days, the necklace turned copper-tone.

I notified the Wish Support Team that I wanted a refund, and I received a reply requesting a photo of the necklace and of the packaging showing the tracking number.

I sent a photo of the necklace and aphoto of the tracking number from my Wish order history since I had discarded the packaging. Wish responded by sending me a link to an article which explains why some jewelry turns one's skin green.

First, Wish never addressed the fact that the necklace turned colors, not my neck. Second, Wish failed to address the fact that if the necklace was really 18kt gold it would have not changed color.

Finally, Wish did not send me refund instructions or a refund label. I'm just out of my money. It is a shame that Wish continues to get away with this fraudulent behavior!

I would like a refund on the bamboo make up brushes that I paid $5 for and never received, and for a black women a popular quart watch luxury bracelet flower gemstone wristwatch best price (casual/leather/gold dial) that I also ordered, paid $3 and somehow I received a navy blue and white watch that looks nothing like I ordered. And I also ordered a 4 pcs / set diamond shimmer eye shadow pigment face body lips glitter powder makeup highlighter brightens professional cosmetics- I ordered #3(the gold and tans) paid $2 and I didn't receive them as well. If you could refund my money or just make it right I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you,

Something came up and they requested a copy of my credit card which I found shady!

I've never dealt with them before although a friend said he has used them with no problems. So I decided why not.

So instead of letting me know that my bank flagged the transaction, they didn't even bother to call, a few days later i checked to see what the status of my shipment was only to get a email saying I was refunded.

I tried calling there 800 number and left three messages and nothing! Not one returned call, Ive emailed them and nothing, Ive used there ap and nothing, NOTHING!

What a Fcking joke!

worst online shopping app! & customer service! Rip off! Paid $57 for 2 pairs of boots and i never got them. Promised delivery date was february 13 to 23rd. Other items arrived but not this one. Gave me a Fake tracking # and kept pushing the delivery date out tell me to wait be patient. Wont refund me.they deactivated my account & emails. A message pops up saying to send them my bank statement or a copy of mycard I used! (Pic attached) they have no right to ask for my bank statement!

I ordered a product with order number 58589495b14bb98b25efbab9 on wish.com in December.
It was a portable car battery charger, and cost me $66 charged to my credit card.
It hasn't arrived, and the links to the support page and refund page that were sent in the confirmation email are dead.

Hopefully someone will reply, and help resolve this issue.
I still want the product, or a refund if they can't provide it.

I didn't know what category to pick. Only sexual abuse was close to what I'm complaining about.
When searching on Wish, I get sexual products and photos and not asking for this. I'm searching for items like beading and storage products. I'm not looking for sexual items or photos. It just appears. I don't believe this should be allowed on a website. All I'm wanting is to look for good products not what I see as porn.

I have ordered several different items from this company and everything has been late to not arrived at all. When I ask a question about the stuff I have ordered all they say is that they have been working on having better practices and consumers need to be patient with the company and the sellers. I can not believe that this company has the right to be in business and are allowing sellers to change the ETA of the item and allow such shady business practices. I also know that WISH has been hacked several times and items have been rerouted to the hacker and account information was stolen. I highly recommend you don't shop WISH at all.

What a terrible site! After reading the reviews I can't believe Wish is still in business!
I made my order about a month and was supposed to receive my item last week but nothing arrived. I'm super nervous about this because I have no idea what to do. Everything that people said about Wish is true! There is no way to reach anyone and get help. All I can do is wait and hope, but I don't expect a happy end.
Please stay away and don't buy anything from this fraudulent store, they are not to be trusted and they don't care about anything but the money!

I order on wish and they send me a styrofoam (I dont know what its called) i cant find what item it is, i did try to look for it and the store in wish but i cant find it because i have so many orders, for now i will wait for my other order to arrive so i can check what item is this. Im very dissapointed i want to complain at wish but they dont have for situation like this i want to send them a picture and complain. This is not the first time i ordered last december (last year) and this item didnt arrive, i did try to complain and contact them but it keep saying i have to wait for it to arrive.

When I went to the post office. I only receive one bag only with 6 cups. Where is the rest 78 cups. Missing 78 cups. I am very very disappointed with the seller. He stole my money. I got blocked from the account. Didnt tell me why. I haven't gotten all my orders yet. I received horrible stuff that didn't fit or were very poor quality. I can't getrust reach them on my account. I tried calling but their voice mail is full & you can't talk to them. This company is horrible. You either don't get your stuff or the items are horrible. Refund takes forever. Now I cant get them bc I can't reach them. They're a scam.

Even though the description states copy, the names of the pokemon are all wrong. I have submitted for a refund and stated in will be going to trading standards and ombudsman. They are such poor quality and all the names are wrong. The picture attached is meant to be a Blastoise, this card says Caterpie! The cards look and feel an awful quality and this needs to stop. Selling fakes and copies is actually illegal and needs to stop. The company needs closing down unless it stops selling fakes.

Yesterday I recieved the watch that did not work because crown was broken took it to a jeweler he said it was a fake so I contacted wish about it and I was going to send it back but then I decired to contact the usitc tomorrow I will warn the company that makes the genuine dancougar. Watches and tell them about their counterfiets they sell using their patent trade mark then the field office of the fbi internet fraud trade department and file a complaint against them the sell #ing fake crap and if that does not work inwill start posting the fake # via social media informing the public of the federal international trade commission laws that mandate them but at the moment i'm at their mercy but when I pass the word through all social media available including utube flip song and any other app that has wish.com as an ad they can suck my # and choke once the negitive feedback begins momentum people would hopfully stay away from those blood thristy mother #ers all it takes is one peerson to start a viral revolution again those #ing #
