Wish mandolin

Dear sir, i ordered a mandolin from wish, on the internet, it wasn't that long that i received my parcel, 4/12/17, with the mandolin, by a courier . Who worked for ems, shipping, , when i answered the door the courier had a book to sign thati i received the parcel) as i went to sign it, instead of him passing me the parcel, he laid it on the railing of my doorstep which is 5 feet high, while he was holding the book for me to sign, the parcel fell to the ground, he picked it up and passed to me, and left, when i opened my parcel with the mandolin inside, it was broken at the neck 2 inches below the keys, it cant be repaired, if it could ii wold keep it and fix it myself, as i like the mandolin, so, i wold like a refund of my monies, as i was not to blame for the mishap, or a replacement of the same kind of mandolin, , i hope you can rectify this problem, it would be well appreciated, i intend to shop again at the wish site, , , ( ps i almost had it safe and sound), , oh well accidents do happen, thank you, dennis jessome, the tracking number is eu181637892cn ems52128445

Wish several items

I ordered several items in Dec. When I got to looking, I noticed a lot of those were duplicated. I started sending emails that day wishing to cancel the duplicated items. They said wait until I receive them to do this. I asked for RMA, they told me they didn't use them. It is everyday a battle with them, , They keep telling me to go through my order history to refund. I made a picture of the items I sent back. I also have tracking number.
I could keep post all the crap they meet me through. They told me they did not receive it, then after several weeks back and forth they found it but say it to late for return, over 30 days.
I get 2 emails every day at least. For the first few months it was different people and now it comes from the same people but they can't read past the top line of email. Just ignoring anything in the body of emails.
I have all the emails, which total over 200 pages.
They have the items and they have my money. Wonder, if I could do anything to get my money back. This is theft. In all places in the US, IF they have both items and money, that would get you arrested.
If anyone could point me in a direction that work for me to get my money back,

I have some files that are not in my History File and I really need them to be. I have some from March 29, 30, 31 - 2017. I need them in my History File so I can report what is going on with each file.

There is no phone number I can call my account is blocked and I still have not received a few items and I want my money back. This is messed up the email contact is bull and won't sender questions or provide wanders it needs real ppl we can talk to I wa t a refund my money has to be returned to me credit card I spent $30 and why was my account blocked anyway

With very 100 item not recieved please see how stupid they are afterrible putting a fraud or my account is have had for almost a year with no problem. All because I can't give them a picture of my credit card I use to place orders and pay with for wish.. I explained I use PayPal. Their reply well sorry your account then will stay blocked the email reply about my orders needing a refund is in the picture below.

Wish shower curtains area rug and 2 3 d clocks

My name is Howard Freeman on March 2nd 2017 i purchase several item with the credit card ending in xxxxx6385 i only received one 3d clock nothing else i spent 84.50 i haven't received anything else i sent the picture of my credit card. Still no respond i want my dam money back or my item i purchase. Oh did I mention when i look at the history page it says refund b.s. dont believe the hype.

Wish credit card fraud

I ordered 3 items last fall wich took forever to finally get in.
Today, I just noticed that since this february recurring transactions appears on my credit card from wish.com..

since my sh***y experience last fall, I never, and never will again, order anything elsefor them.

now, I need to contact them and nothing.. I can't remember my password and I tried to reset it like 10times without ever getting the email..

I called the phone, it's a recording..

Wish clothing I purchased but never received

I've ordered a lot of things from Wish and although I received most of my orders there are several that I still have not received. So I'm wondering what's going on I'd appreciate a response as soon as possible please . I like ordering things from this site but I'm a little disappointed in not receiving my merchandise and no emails to check and see if I've gotten rhem like there was at first so I'd like to know what the problem is since the items are already paid for. Wish recurring payment charges a one time purchase

Im super pissed with this company. I got two reoccurring payments taken off my credit card and now I've been overdraft twice because of a one time purchase now im over 150 dollars in the red at my bank thanks to you people.fix this or I'm sueing! I'll never shop with wish or any affiliated companies. You are terrible, terrible people. And the quality of the products you sell is terrible.

Februar 9, I got email confirmation that my order was send to me.
You can see the emailconfirmation in the uploaded pictures.
Until now I never recieved my order.
if I want to contact Wish by the email, it is not possible.
I get the error page as you can see in the uploaded pictures.
Contacting Wish is impossible.
I get very angry!

Wish a blouse.

The product was ripped when it arrived. I read that I have to pay postage to send the item back. You can't get anyone to answer the phone to discuss this problem with. I will NEVER purchase any product from this company again. I want a refund. I do not want to deal with this company again. I have already ordered two other items. I really will be surprised if they arrive or if they do arrive I will be surprised if they are in working order. This company does not seem to be reputable.

Wish delivery

I order about 20 things within the space of 3 days and they all were suppose to be delivered between March 23 to April 26 and I have only received 2 things and one of my profuct told me to contact support so this is another reason why I am contacting you and notmally when I order things they come before the date but this time they are not coming and it has been a month for some product and they are still not here

Wish earrings I have not received on the 12th of april at 2:19pm as what my order history says

My order history's says that the earrings that I have ordered March 24 this year says they have arrived April 12 at 2:19pm, but I never received them . Why is that ? This is ridiculous . First time I have had this problem and I ain't too happy about it ! My tracking code #LW056346250CN . I better get my money back or another pair . Wish restricted my account

I had a order at Wish, when I noticed they changed all the delivery dates the day the items were due without telling me why I asked and was told the items were indeed past the original date and would be refunded. The next day when I tried to access any notices or reply to any sellers questions I discovered I was restricted from my account. Wish asked me to send them a physical photo copy of my credit card and my bank statement before they could unblock my account? I refused to do so because asking for that is actually illegal! On emailing a rep from the company I was told I violated a term or condition and that is why I am restricted but when I asked what term I have violated I get no reply, and what does that have to do with my credit card and banking info? |Now I can not get the refunds they promised or even cancel an order?
