WishTrend by mistake I refund my money from wish that I ordered something is there any chance that I can cancel the refund or do something about it

Hi my name is chasya kozich I orderd like maybe 5 or 6 packeges from wish online shopping and I ordered them like maybe a few months ago ive been waiting ages and have not recived one parcel yet and this is crazy and one thing bymistake I refund it and is there any way how I can do somthing about it and also I wanna know when are they ment to come and where are they

October 5th I chatted with a customer service person on line and i was told the
stores could handle each purchase as they see fit.
I was told my order was in shipping and there I could not cancel the order!

I want to know why why the picture states, $1.99 each I am charged
$8.95 - $14.95 with shipping of $7.00 per each item.

I am an elderly person, I truely believed I was purchasing in good faith christmas family pjs.
They have arrived.

My solution for resolution would be
Charging $1.99 per item per advertisement with shipping of $7.00? From China?
10 X $1.99 = $19.90 Shipping $7.00 X 10 = $70.00 Tax at 6% $89.90 = 5.39 = $95.29
$217.46 - $95.29 =
I suggest a WISH gift card for me of: $122.17 to make this right.
Please, an explaination of what to do in the future to receive deals being promoted.

WishTrend 20 pcs diff. colors baby girls chiffon - qty order 2

At the beginning of the month of March 2019 I was sent to Wish one order containing 4 articles and up to date we do not received the order or any communication from Wish. The order was paid with my Vanilla Debit card.

WishTrend order item black 2pc dress date:2/2 bank paid 2/4 $26.70

I order this 2pc black dress on 2/2/19, my bank (bank of america) paid wish in full on 2/4. I cannot track this item! It doesn't even show in my order history. I am now at a point that I want a full refund. When I text customer service for help I get no responds or it take me in circles. I will again like a full refund. The dress feature on face book the inside dress is a short lace and the jacket is floor length all black.

WishTrend 2 refunds one is 158.77 and the other is 190.00

Been trying for I don't know how long to get these two refunds back I did not order anything that cost that much I haven't even gotten anything from wish in a long time I'm getting very angry I have sent numerous emails and all I get back is a stupid number Canelo comment and that is it I wish to get my money back. $158.00 the other is for 190.00 that I did not do don't know what cost that much at 1 time on both amounts. I'm thinking it was possibly 19.00. And 1.58. Plese correct this problem. Sandra Harvey.

WishTrend not receiving an item I ordered and paid for.

I have not received the t-shirt I ordered along with the hooded sweatshirt (Leilani on it) . I ordered and paid for this item the same time (black male Hitz-tattoo t-shirt) with the hooded sweat shirt.
Your company never provided me with any order number nor confirmation on the order my credit card was charged.
I do not have any idea who the company, where they are fromvnor any contact information that sells this item since your ads do not provide such.
Please send the item I ordered.

I have been trying to get my refund a long time [protected] and they keep giving me the run around about redtruning my money to my card they have the phone and I have the tracking number from UPS and keep talking about going to .service department and that's not help in me and still on money on my card so what can be done help Brenda and Billy cook.thank you.

WishTrend customer service

I recently ordered a phone for £42.00, I had earned enough points to get 10% discount. The points were taken from my rewards account but was not given the 10%discount. Every time you do buy an item if someone buys the same item you receive a "gift card" in this instance it was £3.20. I received the confirmation but nothing was added.
Now the fun part I got in touch with the customer service team, explaining what had happened and just asked for the gift card and wish points to be returned to my account. I received little more than a basic template email in reply referencing promotions. I mailed back my displease and someone different replied with the same template reply. And so it went on in that vein differentvperson same reply once or twice the same person would reply rsending screen shot. Not reading previous correspondence as the New person asks for details of TJECSAME things as like the 35/40 customer staff

I placed an order, with all kinds of products, and my order was refunded. I would like to know why. The moneys were there, the card belongs to my wife, and me, and it was active, with all of the funds needed. Here my wife, and me, and the kids were waiting for it to come, and nothing, just a refund with no reason. I really don't think thats wright.

WishTrend purchaced doubled and tripled in two charges, poor quality product

On August 12, 2018 I completed an order online using my credit card. As the products began to trickle in, I was horrified. The quality of material and well as the construction the material was below standard and that description is being kind. When I received my credit card bill I had two charges - 1) $248.94 2) $185.83 both on August 12, 2018.

I have only one order #703cfde45o233c3b75e8. There was NO second order. I have disputed claims with my credit card company and filed a report with the under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

The only contact I have had with Wish (and I wish I had never heard of them) is a robo call answering machine where you never really talk to a person.

I am requesting a full refund of all charges to include return shipping.

WishTrend service i'm complaining about

I have place orders in May which expected to be shipped in July but i haven't received anything yet. I placed other orders in June i expected to receive it in August but still i haven't received not a single item, . I need to know if is there a guarantee that i will ever getbmy things bacause your Support Contact is not helpful it only gives u same feedback every time. Even with your tracking history i don't get the answers i expected it only shows the early shipment movement. I want to know when am i goung to get my order

WishTrend 7 inch tablet

I ordered a 7 inch tablet June 21 and I have not received it yet I ordered it using my debit card I gave them the address where I was at the time but I was discharged from the nursing home so I emailed them to give them my home address and I still did not received it I am so upset and I want my order immediately where ever it may be I am waiting on my package if not received I will have to take legal action.

WishTrend restricted and took my account and shouldn't have

I had an account with wish as follows: For username I used my phone number which is [protected] For login I logged in with Facebook. The account said: username - [protected] and logged in with Facebook (no password). When I logged out, at the bottom it said null logged in with facebook and had the user I'd. I can't get the user I'd from my email confirmation cause that is gone also but I think I have it wrote down somewhere. I can't recover the account and they say they can't either which I do not believe. I have a lot of money that I have spent with wish and a lot I have payed for and still haven't got yet. This is their mistake not mine. What happens to my money? I want the orders but if not I need my money back. I have ordered thru this account successfully for many months and now this? I am very frustrated confused and very angry. Time is of essence for I have back orders I have not received and as you know you only have like 30 days to do something or you lose. It has already been some time. Please help recover my account or get my money back! I have bank statements to show what I have played for. They should have records of what I have received cause I have notified them and told them when I received them. I cannot believe that I used that account for months and they can not find it! Thank-you and if you need anything else just let me know

WishTrend a pair of airpod wireless earphones

I ordered a pair of wireless aripods with box charger but it is being shipped to nj when I am living in clint tx. I have also ordered a laptop and it was shipped to the same place. Only a few items I have ordered from the wish app has been shipped to my correct address. Why is this company or service members of this app ship my items to the wrong address. To make things worse I used that customer support on the wish app and ask the question I wanted to know bout more but keeps saying whoops! Forgot to ask a question? This is really getting on my nerves! Please get back to me!

WishTrend order cancellation

Can anybody help me with this Wish Company where you can purchase on line. I have ordered R7000.00 worth of articles from Wish. Now I hear everything you order is of bad quality and some purchases never reach the buyers. If you cancel a order you never get your refund. Is there any truth about these rumours?
I have cancelled some orders within 2 hours of ordering it. The money went of my banking account immediately but still no refund and it has been a week. I also wrote a note to their customer service on line but still no response.
Is this legal what Wish do and are they using Facebook web page to help all these companies to commit fraud to get money out of people? This surely cannot be correct or even acceptable!
If anybody took money from me with bad intentions I will open a case of theft and fraud against Wish and their owners.

WishTrend canceled order unconfirmed

I went on Wish.com March 21, 2018 and made an accidental purchase. I went to the cancel order portion of the app to correct this mistake. The site claimed the error fixed but when I viewed my credit card statement it shows that the cancellation has not be corrected. When I revisited the app it says that there was an issue processing my payment. This is a accidental transaction so I'm assuming there is a malfunction with the app or within the website itself. I've tried to get in contact by visiting the website many times but I cannot gain access. I have also tried there customer support number but that just redirects me to the website that I can not gain access to so, I'm uncertain on how proceed further. WishTrend re-ordering

I can't order any more after I was charge more items then I ordered. They refund them one at a time and now I want to order the items I want and they say send copy of bank statement showing the order I did and it's more then a wk they won't let me order and keep on saying same. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN ORDER BECAUSE I HAVE A UNFINISHED WALL TO COMPLETE WITH THIS ORDER.
