WishTrend everything i've ordered

I placed 3 orders on wish.com and I want my money back. The jewelry I ordered is cheap looking the clothes are made cheap and they are not American size so you have to guess and nothing that o ordered for myself or my grandchild doesn't fit.. WishTrend promotion contest

Wish company had an promotion on it's application, that I downloaded to my phone, for personal shopping. This contest encouraged you too log on too your account everyday and on the 7th fay you would receive a stamp for 50% off your next purchase. I did this and received my 50% off stamp. However I went online and purchased a marlyin monroe tapestry, and a marlyin monroe headphones set. My card was charged full price. I went back into my application and checked my promotions, and the stamp read 50%Off my next purchase AFTER! I get a friend too join and theu buy something, THEN, my next purchase is 50%off. B.S. I called my credit card and put in a dispute which could take 90 days to resolve. I tried too cancel my order on the website, however it says someone will respond in 72 hours. We know thats just enough time for the card to approve the purchase so they can call and laugh. The contest was a set up too have people make activity on their website too mislead investors.

WishTrend multiple clothing items

Wish.com won't let me log into my account after I already paid for my items. They won't let me know my password (they changed it on me) cause I had to get my bank to dispute them over money they stole from my account illegally... So now they won't let me log in at all and I stiil havn't recieved any of my packages - that I already had paid for! I'm very, very upset!

WishTrend I am completing about extra money for the cloth

Good afternoon! I'm Margaret Syvachenko from Kiev, Ukraine. I have several questions:
- Today I odered the man jacket, eyeliner cat (it was free) and silicon push up strapless backless.in total I had to pa 354 hryvnas, but from my card was taken 568. If that items not free, or jacket cost more, in sych case I want to cancel my order!
- Previous time I ordered dress and watch. The dress I've got today and I want to find out when I'll get the watch?

WishTrend green shirt

they will not talk to customer/refer you to web site/hard to get any answer. Tried to get refund on grossly wrong size shirt-no way to get an address to send. I have now blocked my credit card from them and hope to refuse another coming order. Other companies cheerfully send refund or mailing label to send back. It seems air tight to get a message thru.

WishTrend I had made an order on the gmail account for [protected]@gmail.com

I had made an order on another phone because I were having problems getting through with [protected]@gmail.com so I had made another Gmail account with [protected]@gmail.com and I hasn't received everything that I've ordered and it were Christmas presents I had ordered two or three pairs of your boy's Boots sizes 5 and 3. maybe a pair of blue and two pairs of yellow the blue and a yellow in a 5 and 3 in a yellow some towels looks like a ice cream cone and I only have received two pairs of SpongeBob underwears I thought that I gets four pairs in the package and I've than received only one pair of the brown camouflage pants I'm not going to pay for something that I hasn't received can you please try and ship the rest before Christmas and please show me a list of what I had ordered because I can't find it no where

I put in a promo code in for 50% off and it only gave me 20% off. Is there a way for me to get 50% off I am a first time shopper. The promo code said that this code is for first time shoppers only and you can look and see I am a first time shopper.

Ordered l item received and 2 days later received 3 more, diff. Sizes but none fit, how do I return them items are o.k. but sizes do not fit that is the reason I want to send back

Every time I try to login. I get a Facebook api error code 400... What am I supposed to do?
Now it's telling me that mutt complaint can't be posted with out being longer! Because so small writing won't be answered or resolved. This is [censored]. Even more upset then before!

I have asked 2x for the return address to help my Mom return her jacket that is too small and No one has answered me. I am very disappointed and want a refund. I will not be ordering from Wish.com again

WishTrend buyers beware!

I rarely order online, so I don't have a large experience in this, but summing it up I can say that dealing with WishTrend was my worst experience in ordering online I have ever had.
I have never dealt with irresponsive customer service. Been trying to get in touch for 4 weeks just to find out what happened to my order I placed two months ago. A simple question that will never be answered, I guess.
Well, it's just one more lesson for me: never order anything online

I can't check out, my information is different from the last time I ordered, I've changed it in settings and still can't check out!
I have moved and my credit card information is different from the last time I ordered.

Sonya Ellison is using my debit card and ordering alot of items. I have asked numerous times that this be stopped and no more orders processed using my card. It has not stopped by no means. I have never ordered anything from you. Refund my money or I WILL PROSECUTE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS TIME. STOP

WishTrend fake promises, no info and no order

We bought cosmetics from the company www.wishtrend.com. I really don’t advise you to buy from them. They promised to send my order within couple of hours, but the status on the website showed that it was still in process. WTF? I tried to reach the customer services, but no one replied to my phone calls, but it was mentioned on the website that their agents worked 24 hours. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I didnt recieve my orders from wish trend where i ordered during cruelty band week with 5000
I didnt get back my refund either product

Garbage company with animal workers - hire respectful humans otherwise don't run a business.
Constant lies, no ownership, not apologetic, useless tracking any updates on shipments and etc.

Unfortunately my experience with Wishtrend in Korea has been abysmal. It has been 4 weeks and I have not received my order since I placed it. The tracking site mentions that the package is still in Korea, even though their customer service emails state that it is in either Indonesia, and to check with my local post office, or that items can be held by customs. Obviously the latter can possibly be correct, but they claim everything is out of their hands and they won't do anything else to help or expedite the process. I would think that, a) they could possibly offer a refund or b) offer to resend the item should it not arrive within the next few days. I am incredibly unhappy with their 'help' and will not order through them again.

Hi I placed two orders with them and the first order came in 6 days from South Korea to the US and everything was in perfect condition and customer service was quick to reply. The second time I placed my order it took forever for them to contact me and more than two weeks for it to arrive. Whenever I would track my order it would say in transit and it still said that when I actually received my package. I also did not receive any free samples as they advertise free samples with every order and I was not the only one other people have commented on not receiving items either. I contact them and they apologized and said sometimes their staff forget to put the samples in. I just feel like customer service is going downhill and it's not worth it to be able to track your order or get an immediate response. You say you were told your order would be shipped within a few hours? Do you live in South Korea? Have you tried contacting them through your my account and going to the customer service q and a page?
