Wish curly wig

I place an order for a curly wig on may and I never received after 3 weeks I start to used wish app to tell them I don't receive every day I asked them where is my wig always is the same answer, I leave in a house the post office letter box is inside my house, same post office agent Monday to Friday so I ask him and called the post office
On July 8 I asked for my refund or my wig
I received the answer is not possible
Why if for one month I asked and they said waiting until July 8
I did not make a bad review yet waiting for the support answer
So do you see also I recommend a lot of friends
No more
My car is full of items I woul like to buy no more
How can them still people money like this

Wish not receiving packages

I ordered stuff from wish and waited for 30 days for delivery. By 40 days i requested a refund. Refund was done with the promise it will not intervere with my delivery. I still have not received any of my refunded items except a useless phone. When i complained about it the customer service agent told me i should buy the stuff from another store. Unacceptable. I want my refunded items and soon.

Wish refund

I ordered 3 items from wish on 24th May 2018 and I did not received any of them till yet its more then one month... DAM POOR SERVICE wish is providing also not refunding the money...
Not providing any information about my products and refund. Its more then 1.5 months I do not understand why such kind of websites are still running. these should be banned.

Wish a general complaint

I would like to know why the stated price for an item increases dramatically once you hit the buy button. One example would be shoes that are priced at $7 increase to $16. That is deceptive pricing. I have purchased many items in the past but I am reconsidering doing so in the future . One thinks they are getting a great bargain and are very disappointed when they find out it just is not so.

Wish beauty body gift slimming diet weight patches

I have not received my order it was Beauty Body gift slimming diet weight patches. I was supposed to receive it in June 28th 18 why does it take so long... I do not want a refund I want my order that I placed. Why does it take forever to wait for the orders. How many times do I have to send and get in touch with customer service and say I haven't received my order. I have ordered so many items from you all, 1 or 2 not satisfying but other than that I am pleased the only thing it takes forever to receive an order.

Wish samsung galaxy s9+

I order a Samsung galaxy s9+ that is defective is not working properly 2 weeks after I received I contact the customer service and I was told that will be contacted by a support representative and never happened I contact again the customer support center and they ask for details of the problem to be evaluated and one more time I haven't receive any information still waiting for the answer how long is going to take to solve this problem

Wish delete usaa federal account

I placed an order and because my first card declined it i canceled the order then i placed order again with a different card and it went through but you all canceled that order as well and the money was not refunded.Would still like to receive my order placed the 2nd time.? i placed the order on june 30th and it was canceled the same day.I did cancel it the 1st time, but as i said the card was declined.So i replaced the order a second time and the card i used was okay.I would like to receive my item because it is paid for it is the 2018 cute women's long sleeve lapel long chiffon cardigan from store pugongy in black size xxxl.I still want my item thank you.

Wish all products

I am really disgusted by this wish app. It is such a scam! They advertise a 5$ price and then you go to buy it and it is 16. I read they say it is to give the sellers more clicks on their item and they "try" to get it as close as possible. That is nonsense and dishonest. Then one item is 14 and then the same product is 8. It is a total waste of time and a bait and switch scam.

Wish I was charged for items I did not order. two withdrawals were taken out of my account that I did not authorize

I have almost all the items plastic bags. I don't know what products go in what bags. I do know that some of the items I ordered I was not only overcharged for them, but I have two unauthorized payments out of my bank account. one is for 28.60 the other for76.00 . the date these charges were taken out of my account was 5/14/208. I have also notified my bank of these unauthorized withdrawals. I want a refund on the above mentioned amounts.

Wish merchandise

Items ordered were not what received. Sizes order extra large, sizes came were small. No receipts or return instructions with packages, which came over a month in wait time. Customer support information is no support. Phone number listed is not of any use. Sent email to [protected]@wish.com, got no response. Now I have $429 added to my credit card for items I can NOT use and items, I never received. Went to credit card company and situation is unresolved. I tried several times to view my order history, so I could tell credit card company, items which came, and which did not, but has been unable to even view my order history with Wish. I need to return items and get refund.

Wish received a weird brown patch that I didn't order!!!

I have an order that I should receive soon. When I received a small envelope from Wish I noticed that it was flat. When I opened it there was a small brown patch in the envelope. I have no idea what this is. As usual, there were no instructions enclosed. It looks maybe a medical patch. Some of the numbers on the little clear plastic pouch are X5673 and HO6-11-03. I do not want to pay for an item I did not order. Perhaps instead of sending my order, this sent instead. If my granddaughter had got a hold of this patch she could have received a serious illness or death from it!

Wish giveaway

I won a butterfly knife in the daily giveaway, yet when I went to my cart to order it, it said my cart was empty, checked my order history and it wasn't there either, so even though I won, I got nothing, I updated the app, closed and reopened, and still nothing, and I don't expect them to just give me one even though I have the screenshots to prove it

Wish tablet and dvd drive

I I purchased a tablet and a DVD external drive to go with the tablet the tablet was late I was unable to try the DVD thing in the tablet and on top of that the tablet needs a SIM card in order to work and my network does not support the SIM card and this was not disclosed on the website I have been trying and trying to resolve this issue on their website where I originally purchased the item and I'm stuck in a loop and goes around and around and not getting resolved items were late and not as described on the website and i cannot get customer sevice to resolve thisStick in automatic loop and not getting any help just go in circles im reporting u to emommerce.gov rt now there is no number to call associated with my order

Hi, I am sorry to be a nuisance, I have been shopping on line with WISH. Com for over 2 years and I have been a very happy and satisfied customer, but recently for some reason, when I try to log into Wish I get a message saying wrong email address or password, I have tried on numerous occasions to change my password, following the instructions from your customer services and when I do all that happens is my screen starts flashing blue with the WISH logo in the centre of the screen, I am hoping that someone at your end who is far more tech savvy than me can help me because I would really like to start my Christmas shopping, many thanks in anticipation, Terry.

Wish wish

Wish has me locked out of my account as far as buying goes and I have missing money somebody please help. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened and they are asking me for a picture of my bank statement and I've never use anything but prepaid cards or load cash at the store. The first time they took a little over 2, 400 they did put it back and fixted my problems but about 3 days ago I'm having the same problem and I can't get wish support to help me at all . I've not received one email back nothing and all the things I did get to order was for my boys birthday and I have no way of knowing if we will get any of it or not.

Wish amazfit. bit watch

I sent a payment through Paypal, for an Amazfit.bit watch. What I have received defies description. I received a GT08 item with instructions that were not clear, not defined as the Amazfit I requested.
There is no QR code on the instructions that I can see. The item received does not do anything as described.
Wish tell me they have my back. When I tried for support they said it would take at least two or more days to respond. They did nor respond

Wish unable to get correct amount of refund on order

Order 5b13e30365910855f0dc2699 for (2) dresses placed june 3/2018.
My credit card was charged a total of $20.40 (1) army green dress $10.20 and
Same item number/2 dresses — 1 green/1 blue
Customer support was contacted june 30, 2018 asking for refund due to the quality of the dresses were not to my satisfaction. Sizes were not compatible with size I ordered, they were thin, and short like a top, not long enough for a dress.
A photo of both dresses was submitted with my request for refund. Customer support sent me a notification that a refund was issued for $10.20 on the green dress and delivery date for blue changed to received on june 30th.
Only 1 credit (green dress) given (the photo was of both dresses so I don't understand why they cannot see there are two dresses on the order to be refunded.
Need my refund on the blue dress order 5b13e30365910855f0dc2699 $10.20

Wish did not receive my product

Hi,
I ordered something that was supposed to arrive May 20th, 2018. I waited a bit to see if maybe it was just coming a bit late, and now it is July 4th, 2018 and it still has not come. Preferably I would like to have a refund because I paid for the item and didn't receive it.

The item was 30 pcs / lot slimming navel stick thin Sharpe magnetic patches weight loss fat.
