I bought a jacket online from wish.com o 29th October which i paid $150 including shipping. I asked for a size medium and they shipped me the wrong size(XL). I asked them for a refund as it won't fit me or anyone i know. The next thing i know was that they blocked my account. They asked me to submit my ID proof and said that i can get back shopping after 3 days. But i got an email back saying that i can't be unblocked due to some company policy and asked me to email them about my refund request. I never got a reply and they are probably not gonna get me a refund or exchange. The worst experience i had ever. I wasted $150 for nothing!

I purchased a cell phone from you guys and you sent me the wrong plug it's not even for a USA plug and then when I put it in a regular charging plug I could not get a charge on it so I don't think the phone works I need to figure out how to get another phone I don't want to return it have my money I just want to get another phone and you can see on my account which phone it is thank you very much and I hope to hear from you shortly

I ordered a nylon hanging hammock from wish.com back in june and i forgot that i ordered it because i still have not received it. However they are saying the tracking number shows i receieved it. I asked for a refund and they said they were refunding it but then said they cant because their app tracking said i received the item when i have not to this day received it. I am contacting my lawyer today and starting a lawsuit.

About a month ago I ordered some things from wish and changed my mind about what I ordered so I got a refund. A month down the line, and the money still hasn't gone back into my account. Wish owe me £8. I have tried emailing wish regarding the situation and still, nothing has been done. I am very angry and upset that this has happened. I just want this situation to be resolved. I won't be ordering from wish again in the future.

I have not been using wish for the past few and my last order was made earlier this, and I checked my account to find out they charged me. I did not order a thing, tried calling and impossible to speak with a representative. I will like to get my money back and delete my information from their system for good. Plus it makes no sense that they don't provide any information on how to reach them, never again will I trust this app and I am spreading the word.

I Put an order in for a bathing suit, and money was removed from my account on september 28, 2016. I Have not received the package yet. I was told the bathing suit would arrive between the 28-29th of october. I would like to get my money refunded in the amount of $15.20 and I will not use your company again with this being the case.

Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order. Purchased two dresses from Wish and received them in a timely manner. But both dresses were in a terrible condition, and looked nothing like pictures, absolutely different material. I contacted Wish customer care and asked for a refund. They said they wanted to see picture before they decide what to do. I sent them pictures and they promised to contact me back later. That was the last thing I heard from them. The worst shopping experience ever!

After this email (altogether more than 15 emails) never more customer service contacted me, I'm still waiting to tell me what to do, do not connect anything else to the point and stay with a cell phone that does not work but was promptly paid?
I inform you that I contacted the Portugal Chamber of Commerce and the Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of the United States in Portugal to give them knowledge of the company's online business procedures Wish.com and his bad Customer Support Service.

I can't be satisfied with your service because I'm still waiting for you to tell me how should I get the value of the phone that I bought from you guys and as you know has faulty manufactures and as return him to you.
I'm not taking the phone which has factory defects, I know it's a cheap phone but I think deserve attention to my problem.
I'm waiting for you to tell me how should I proceed to return the phone and get what's owed to me and remember that the return period is to expire.

Looks like we're playing because I have already written to send the evidence that had a broken cellphone call at least a dozen employees of that company. Does not want to resolve the situation created by you that sent me a cell phone dead?
It seems that they want to spend the duration of the complaint because I've been doing this for almost a month to talk to all the employees of this company, it was Mr. Burn now is Mr. Lorenzo, who's next?
I'd appreciate it if you let me know who I should talk to complain about the bad service that you provide.

On September 22, 2016 I ordered a 100cm giant stuffed duck for my fiancé for his birthday. Wish charged me $26 for this size of stuffed animal. However, not only did it come a week & 3 days after his birthday, they sent me the wrong size stuffed duck (super small). I tried contacting customer support only to receive automated responses. I went back to the order and it says they only have the 30cm duck but yet they advertise the 100cm as if they still have it so that's false advertisement right there and if they didn't have the size that I placed my order for then I should have been notified. They now want $110 for the 100cm duck that I originally purchased and because I cannot get in contact with an actual person I'm now stuck with the wrong item and a highly disappointed fiancé who had to wait so long for his present.

I tried to order for a second time. Same as last time: money is taken, order dissappeared. They have now taken my money 3 times in total, never refunded and the only thing I received is a laserpen that they promised to me for free because of my first order and had to pay for anyway. I orders crochet hair approximately three months ago i paid for my product with my bank debit card pnc i never received my package after three months has passed i would like to file a complaint soon as possible i shall be contacting my lawyers this is the worst online service i ever experienced!

I have orders thid item twice and failed to receive this, but never received a refund as promised. I contacted Wish about 3 times with the picture of the wrong item sent to me and have yet to hear back from them, im trying to figure out if they can send the correct item or give me my money back, I really just want the correct item i got it for my niece but they just wont reply back to me.

I ordered two sets of the little bicycle headlights which equals for lights. I have only received one light, not even a set. I've waited two weeks for the other lights to show up to no avail. All I'm asking is for the other three lights. I've made several orders through this company and am overall satisfied with the service but this one order just got messed up. And I don't even see them in my order history. Please help
