I am so upset with Wish! I heard a lot about this site and was so excited to try it, but that was the biggest mistake ever!
My order was sent to the wrong address and I did not receive it and also they did not offer me a refund. I feel scammed and robbed and in my opinion that is a terrible way to do business.
That was not my fault because I gave them the correct address and I checked it several times. That was their mistake but they simply did not care and ignored my issue.
I can't believe there are people who had positive experience with Wish, because in my case everything was terrible! I will not buy from them again!

I have had enough with this site, so many people have recommended it to me but I have had so many troubles
I have had not just one or two, but multiple items not turn up and no refunds, and it's still going to this day. I've spent over $200 and I reckon about half of that I havnt gotten back from unrecieved items. You may not be the sellers but you are the managers of this site, correct? Hi, I placed an order November 27 2016 for a code reader to be mailed to me by 01-07-2017. My credit has been charged $56.00 however her we are 3 months and a bit later and I still haven't received this product. I would appreciated a credit to be put back on to my MC in good faith since I didn't receive this product. Please see bellow the information I have copied from my credit card statement.

I have been blocked from wish for reasons I don't understand. My order has been stopped and not shipped. My money has not been return to my wife's debit card. We all loyal customers to shopping online we never had an issue like this please help us figure this misunderstanding out so we can continue to shop and spend our hard work money with your company.

I am submitting this claim because I want all my money refunded to me that was promised to me because you will not except my card and I cannot buy on wish again. My Wish account keeps telling me that I am to receive all my money Bath on my orders that I had previously thought. Now you owe me $231 and you took it out of my account really quickly when I place that order and I expect it in my account within a day, all of it, or I'm getting mylawyer involved and I will sue you. I will never use Wish again. Every time I place an order it tells me to contact support. Only I am not able to contact support because it keeps telling me to upload a copy of my credit card. If you do not want a bad review from me, and I will post all over Facebook how I was treated while using your app, I expect my money back now. All $230.00.

I have tried several times reaching out requesting a refund as I spent a lot of money on an order for my daughter for Christmas and never got them! I told them numerous times that I have never gotten my items no now they say my request is tooo old so I don't qualify! Seriously worst experience ever! Completely ripped off by you! So frustrated and would never recommend the site. Still in shock how this whole experience went down. Completely unacceptable...

I order a tie, cuff link, and hankacheif set and only received the tie I've been emailing your company for about a month now asking when will I be receiving the rest of my order and I haven't gotten a answer I need the rest of my order like now that's not right they sent a paper saying once they have it they will notify me but haven't heard anything yet

All items I have ordered from Wish are of very poor quality and don't look at all like the items in the pictures on the website. And now I'm requesting a refund and they make it so stressful. I'm so disappointed. I need a response as soon as possible and I want my money refunded to my card. This is no way to do business. Very poor customer service!

Your rpm tac caught fire on my dash. AND my money is not being refunded. This is not cool. I should sue your company for the cost of my truck. $10, 000 USD CASH. There's two options you guys have. Call my cellphone at [protected] and give my money back for all your fraudulent items, or I file a formal complaint through my supervisor at the FBI and we take everything we want.

I have tried everything to regain acess to my account and order's I've changed my password twice I know I'm putting in the right info because I'm using this same email address and I've even downloaded the app and tried from there I've looked up contact number and called n left several messages n then there's the emails I don't understand any of it starting off with the fact why was my account erased or whatever happened to it especially if I didn't get all the things I ordered I need n want to not only regain access to my account but my stuff I ordered or a refund also I don't understand why or how I have some orders as processed 2, 3 times n one not at all when I check my email the orders are all messed up I ordered about 8, 9 items I have only received about 3

I ordered this product on 12-16-16 and never eceived it ! I sent an E-mail to The Wish Store in regards to this and was told it takes time. I followed the tracking number, and it said the item was delivered, I NEVER received it ! I sent another E-mailtelling them I never received the sauce blender, and I wanted one sent, or money back. I never heard from them again. What do I do now? How do I get ant satisfaction ? I'm beginning to believe this company is a big rip-off ! They just want your money with no product !

I have spent many $100s of dollars with your company. All items are wrong, it's embarrassing, the quality is awful. Ive received 3 items of clothing the wrong size and the wrong items I'm a size 8 and the item's I received are 3_4 sizes to big for me so I've got 3 items of clothings here and not one of these items fit me and one of the items are not just 3 sizes to big but not even what I had ordered. I haven't recieved my stuff yet. I would love to have my money back. It's been two months since i waited. I'm not sure if that's normal but I'm pretty upset. I gave a lot of money for that motorola Bluetooth ear piece. Please hurry up i never waited for an earpiece or anything before... I order a lot of stuff from this app and this never happened before.

I was told it was going to arrive today March 4th 2017 and it still has not arrived. I have not received up to now and I will be travelling to overseas for one year and half on 7 march 2017.
Please forward all product I bought before 7 march.
There are other products another belt and jacket, all those products I want receive before 7 march.
Your company was punctual but now that heritage has been changed.
