Wish.com my order from wish

I cant get ahold of anyone i ordered 164 $ worth of items now saying it been refunded when i never ask for it to be i also have not got my money back i need to speek with someone to clear things up i do still want the items but if i am going to have these problems i wont my money back i have no idea what is going on and i have tried emailing and no one has gotten back to me

Wish.com black lace up boots

I started to have trouble adding more than one thing to my cart, so I tryed different things to add things my cart. Then I tryed completing my order and it just got strainger. I thought I was still atting things, but I was confirming each order one by one. I didnt know that and now I find out I payed for 2 pairs of boots and I just need one pair. I need my money back for one please

Wish.com not receiving my order I paid for

I have order two out fits and have not received them. It's been over 8 weeks.

Where is my order to 3 copper crescent, caloundra west queensland 4551?
Infant batmn out fit boy and girl.

Where is it? You just steal money.

I demand my order of I will make a massive complaint.

I have paid for 2 items I expect to receive them next week.

I've been ripped off by wish more than once. In one case they refused to resend the item or even refund the money. They're thieves!

Please I bought a woman's winter thicken keep warm jacket from wish. Com, the Vivi fashion store with the order ID: 58273ddf695eda424a398c22 which email was sent on 16.11.2016 that my order have been shipped and the Delivery Estimates was 13.12.2016 - 23.12.2016.
Unfortunately, I have still not received my order. Please kindly help me find my order.

Wish.com I'm not receiving my perches

I paid for everything, but I'm no receiving my item's, I know I paid the money came out immediately. I am stillwaiting for a jacket, 2 dresses a purse and a few pairs of leggings. I also tried to buy more and you wouldn't let me. I've been trying to figure this out since early December, I have sent several emails w/ a picture of the card I used for those items. I'm very frustrated please someone call me!

Wish.com undelivered orders

Hi,
I place an ordered at your participating seller Wish (Contextlogic Inc) last November 11, 2016 for $31. 50. It is red dress supposedly for our Christmas party. Unluckily it did not arrived until now. I was billed for this ordered and I paid it through my PayPal account. The trans. number was 6UW68842XE462713T and the Invoice number was 58266adbae76c4224c9409b3. Please help me get my money back.

Wish.com I have purchased two jumpsuits

Poor parcel an missing parcels.. I only received one of the jumpsuits. After driving 15 miles to an from delivery location. Also upon exception the quality is poor. Did someone send me a sample... Because I didn't want that... I wanted something with an entry point to try on.. Nobody plus size puts an outfit on through the neck with out at least a zipper or button ensuring easy access contact me asap... As this will be my most horrific experience ever. Happy birthday to me... You guys really out did yourself

Wish.com unauthorized package

My friend and I are customers of wish. She received swimwear 3 days ago with my credit card information that was unauthorized by either one of us. Upon further investigation, the package was bound for my address however, it was delivered to hers. It was bought to my attention because she notified to me to inquire about it. It was a two piece bikini that is not the size of either one of us. Further more, the bag states that the contents contain an extra large shirt and not swimwear. Wish is shady and I no longer trust them. I would like all of my personal information including my credit card information, deleted from their data bases, as well as their affiliates data bases.

Wish.com psp handheld

My order was placed December 1st it was received I'm supposed to receive my package on January 5th my package was never received I sent the message nothing was done after sending a message I received something saying January 12th on January 12th I never received my package I sent a text stating that I hadn't received it I also push the button because it asked did I receive the package I said no somehow or another it's not showing that I have received my package I've never received the package there's no contact number and there's no one responding to text messages I am a first-time customer from the looks of it I'm going to be a last time customer you have to have a better way of contacting you when problems like this occur all I want is my product or my refund

Wish.com online purchase

I recently signed up to wish last night and went to make my first purchase. It gave a prompt that my visa didn't match up with my billing address. I re entered it several times (17 to be exact) and didn't work. I called visa only to find out you guys charged me $1.36 every time I attempted to get the transaction to work! I am emailing you to let you know something is wrong with your online service but also to get these charges withdrawn. I really hope someone can contact me asap and assure me I won't get charged for this technical failure on your part. Thank you.

Wish.com smart watches

I did order 2 heads phones and 2 smartphones also 1 walk out band bracelet.
The total amount was 107 or more I have my statement from my bank.
I received my headphones and walk out band bracelet the other 2 smart watches ⌚️ I didn't find them, I can't speak with them, I can't text them
The customer service no good. When I try to call them voicemail, I can't leave

Wish.com fraud

I recently placed an order on wish.com about three weeks ago. A week after placing my order a huge unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card. Some one on the website used my credit card information and spent $600.00 at the Delta hotel. For my order that I placed, not a thing has changed with the tracking information since December 28th, it is now January 11th. I will never be ordering from this website again and I advise you do the same so something like this doesn't happen to you too.

Wish.com android tablet

I ordered a android tablet on december 23 2016 it was supposed to arrive to hammond la between january 7 and january 17 2017, i checked my wish order today and it said that my order was delivered and recieved by customer on jan.9 2017, i live in Hammond Louisiana it shows that my order was deliverd in los angeles california then on top of that i tried calling customer support and no one answer all i got was a b###h a## computer telling me if you got trouble with your order put in a claim under customer support, how and why cant we speak to any one?i want my money refunded to me asap and i will send it in to the media and news channels to make sure this bulls### never happens to any one else.

Wish.com beauty products and jeans

None of my packages have arrived on the dates! It was suppose to! They changed it and it was suppose to come a week ago! I checked the tracking number on only one of them because there was one one tracking number out of my 7 orders ! And it was here and then it was sent to jamaica! Why are y'all sending it over there when its suppose to come to Oklahoma city!

Wish.com unauthorized charges to my debit/visa card

I ordered a ring from Wish about a month ago. Was supposed to receive it on December 27th. Still haven't received it, then yesterday I noticed to unauthorized charges on my card. From a Home Trush Paypal...1. I do not use paypal, nor have an account witht them. 2. Other then using my card to purchase online from Amazon (from a reputable store) and Microsoft Xbox, I have not purchased anywhere else online. They first took out 3.95 and then took out 100.00. Luckily I checked my account and froze my card before they could take all my money. Launched fraud investigation with my bank. Do not buy from them. These products come from China, so doesn't really surprise me that they rip you off.

I purchased for the first time. Got overcharged on what was stated on Wish checkout. When they were to refund me, they only refunded a fraction. NO live customer service! Go with other sides! This is a scam!

I just had the same problem with wish.com someone took $6.80 out of my bank accout. Do not order from them like the post above its all from china and takes for ever to arrive. The person that used my card was not successful until my paycheck went into the bank. Very dissapointed 😠

Wish.com no delivery yet

Dear wish,

I have transferred around €60 to your account on December last year, to buy some things. But there was no notification about the delivery to my email address.
Do you want to process it ? Since I ordered things, such as shoes, shirts, bag, etc.
And therefore I attach screen shoot about proves payment. Otherwise, I need refund !

I have placed and paid for several items last year 1 December 2016 and to date I haven't recieved my items yet I have bank statements proving payment has been deducted from my account from wish . I also have not recieved any emails or correspondence from wish about where my products are at the moment . This is unacceptable and i would want a refund as soon as possible !

Wish.com cute and geek.com

I have ordered several packages from cute.com and Geek.com.

I have now been told that I have been blocked from the sites.

I have not received my items yet and I would like to be reimbursed for those. I will then delete the app from my phone.

I would also like an explanation why I was blocked. I contacted the site directly and I only get automated messages saying that my account has been blocked and as per company policy it cannot be unblocked at the moment.

It makes no sense what company policy that is and I'd like to have proper information!

Wish.com refunds

I had order & received 3 different pair of Classic Womens Snow Boots, Eva Fashion, on DEC 12, 2016
(Order # 584e3e01ae04d01f693fdba6). I had order size 10 for each of these boots, which is what I wear. None of the boots fit.

On DEC 13, 2016, I ordered a size medium 2016 Hot Sales Womens Denim Jacket, (Order # 5850c94b28b203ef2d5f076b). This denim jacket which was not the normal medium size either.

I went online to try to find a phone number for customer service & of course there is NO PHONE NUMBERS !

I went to your website to request the refund for both of the above orders on DEC 15, 2016. BUT, No response for your company. I then did a 2nd request for a refund on these 2 orders on JAN 4th, 2016 and on JAN 6TH an 3RD ATTEMPT FOR A REFUND ON THESE 2 ORDERS, BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE OR PHONE CALL OR EMAIL OR ANYTHING FOR YOUR COMPANY.

OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY. IF NOT YOU WOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. THIS IS PRETTY PATHIC & I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE TRIED OVER & OVER TO GET INFO ON HOW & WHERE TO RETURN THIS MERCHANDISE & WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE EITHER CALL ME AT [protected] OR EMAIL ME AT [protected]@COMCAST.NET WITH INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE.

I had ordered 2 items from wish I order it December 17th its said it be to me by January 6th and i still haven't got it yet wen in my email its said its been shipped but I still haven't received it yet if its not here I want my refund back to me...[protected]... I want to talk to somebody or at least track my package it wont even let me do that..why i want answers please if i don't have it I'm will not order from yall again. It's bad business.
