Wishnot a product issue

I had the wish app installed to my phone and for the most part I love it. But due to business I had to delete the app so I can download other things once my business was done I reinstall the Wish app because I had made previous orders and wanted to check and see the status of them when I reloaded the app I wanted to use the same email and I had originally signed up with. I've done this before and had no problems but now when I try to login it says it cannot recognize my email address even when I try to reset my password. Please help me either I would like the products that I ordered or I would like a refund, But I don't know how that's possible if the system does not recognize my email address please contact me at [protected] or at my email and [protected]@yahoo.com

    Uninstall the app, reboot your phone, then try again. It should ask if you are a new user or existing.
