my account is restricted and I want my money back

This is my 100th problem with wish and I'm ready issue out a lawsuit against this company I have order several items and not received them or my money back and I have recently purchased item and the still say processing and not only that my account is restricted what in the world is going on this app was my favorite online shopping app now it's just pissing me off I not only have a restricted account so does my husband what going on I need answers, my product or my money back
