Wish order history

I placed an order for a phone cord and a set of mini lights with stars. The phone cord does not work and the lights are missing a piece in the battery compartment which causes them not to work. I went on line to my order history and there is none! Why? I would like these items replaced. When contacting support they tell me to go to my order history! I would like to return these items for replacement! How do I do that?

Wish refund issues

I placed an order for $198.75. The money was taken out of my account. Wish notified me that there was a problem with my payment method that I needed to send a copy of my bank statement showing a past wish order. I responded with my bank statement and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. So far they have refused to refund my money and they haven't processed my order.
I feel like they robbed me of my $198.00. I have made repeated calls to customer service and get a recording saying the line is not available. I have sent numerous emails, messages (face book messenger), etc. No One has contacted me or refunded my money or processed my order. I fell like wish stole my money. I am unable to contact anyone at Wish about this matter personally.
I plan to talk to the district attorneys office in SAN Francisco and see if criminal charges can be filled.

Me also have the same problem. The only different in amount. It's 165 dollar. And I have tried with these all same procedure. But no result. They sent me a reply that to wait for 72 hrs more. How to solve this problem?

Wish contact support/re: refund and exchanges

Good evening,

On November 10, 2018 I placed my first order with Wish.com for a few items I purchased for Christmas (Order #: 5be77d690833c2795064093b). The experience was great and I felt that I had made some good choices. When I received the (2) aprons on 11/17/2018 they were to small and I realized that I needed "plus-size" aprons (my fault completely). Then on 11/29/2018 the (3) Micro Plush Fleeces I purchased arrived and were too small (again, my fault as I thought I was purchasing full-size throw blankets). On 11/30/2018 and 12/01/2018 I logged onto the website and followed the instructions via Contact Support to submit my refund and return request. I confirm that I did receive (3) out of the (5) refund requests, however, Contact Support did not provide any information about where to return and/or ship the unwanted items. I sent multiple messages via the Contact Support and e-mail to try to find out this information, but kept getting the same response telling me to log on the Wish website by mobile or web and send in a request to Contact Support. Basically, at this point, I am going in circles and getting no assistance at all. No return label, address to mail items, or any other technical assistance has been provided.
**This is very upsetting (considering I used to work in retail and understand how customer service should be run). I have spent many hours online trying to find out what I need to do to return the unwanted items (even tho I did not receive all of the refund I requested) and I am at the point that I am just going to place all the items in one box and ship them to the nearest Wish Return Facility, which would be the Atlanta, GA location. At this point, I will not be recommending that anyone use Wish.com considering the poor communication and customer service from your "contact support team". I will be cancelling my account with your site once the rest of the items I purchased are received.

I am sure I am not the only person to have this complaint and suggest that you improve you website and contact support services to better assist your future customers. Thank you for your time.

I have done ALOT of ordering through Wish.com. Something that you MUST know and deal with, especially on their clothing, is that it is all manufactured in China and therefore to Chinese measurments. All their measurements are in cms, not inches and if you don't pay very careful attention to this, you will get a shirt that will only fit over one boob! LOL! That's just the way it is. If I order clothes from Wish, I always go 5XL and never any smaller. There is a huge difference between 4XL and 5XL, too! Shoes.. go at least 1.5 bigger. Also keep in mind that their products are not the highest quality, but they do offer items you won't find anywhere else.

I make jewelry and their beads and findings are authentic (semi precious stones) and dirt cheap.

and Main Point i have not placed an order in wish.com in this month/Dated 22-Nov-18
i want to refund my amount in Bank Account because some on the internal team use my personal data

Wish my account says its locked

When I try to check out it tells me my accout is locked until I send a copy of my bank statement showing that I have ordered from wish in the past 30 days. But my account has been locked for almost a year. Also haven't got a bank account anymore now I use a prepaid reloadable credit card. So was really hoping this issue could be fixed so I can order stuff again. Please and thanks.

When I go to checkout it says my account is locked until I send a copy of my bank statement showing that I have ordered from wish in the past 30 days. I haven't got a bank account anymore I have a reloadable credit card now. And haven't been able to order anything from wish now for almost a year. Please unlock my account so I can start ordering again.

Wish restrictions on account

i am anxious to complete my checkout i refuse to let this go, why when worked 1st time ), my second order no acceptance i live 800 killometers frm nearest bank and 35kms from nearest post office, so i can only give what you have, i would like to have that restriction taken from my account for my 2nd order, direct me to an Australian dept. as i see no other recourse than to make sure that i dont order any products again.

Wish wish new policy on un-received or defective items

This is to warn other customers that Wish is activating a fraudulent policy on products to be refunded because either have nit arrived or are not as described. I had to instances recently on products that never arrived and I get an automatic response that my account has been reported for too many refunds and thus customer care agents will nor assist me nor refunds will be issues unless I demonstrate that I buy more products from Wish. I never asked for a refund voluntarily, I have merely been issued refunds by wish because tracking showed that the products were not delivered. Now they are blackmailing me saying that on non received products I will not get refunds unless I buy more stuff. As a consequence, I am not getting my money back and I have been robbed. Wish has become a fraud.

I recently had two instances on products that never arrived and I am getting an automatic response telling me that my account has been reported for too many refunds and thus customer care agents will nor assist me nor refunds me for the undelivered items, unless I demonstrate that I buy more products from Wish. I never asked for a refund voluntarily, I have merely been issued refunds by Wish because their company tracking showed that the products had not been delivered. In short, they are blackmailing clients saying that, on products defective or undelivered they will no longer issue refunds unless clients give evidence of buying more stuff from the site. As a consequence, I am not getting my money back and I feel that I have been robbed. Wish has become a fraud.

Wish unauthorized charge

today I see a $94+ charge that I ndid not do or authorized. what I did do was2 small items I ordered singularly..amounting to $4 and other about the same. NOTHING ELSE
. WHERE DO YOU GET. $94+. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY...IMMEDIATLY!
I am also awaiting the credi back for he error I maid of $86+ and cancelled minutes after.

Why is I thatwhen we make mistaks we cnnot immediately correct i9t and no0t get chargrd? You are quick to take out the money but certainly not give the credit baccck...so move it and give me back those 2 amounts of $82+ and $94+ NOW!

Wish unauthorized charges

checking my banking statement for November I found 4 unauthorized transactions in the amounts of $163.40 $47.50 $22.70 and $3.00. These were all clothing purchases and I rarely purchase clothes online because I do not know the sizing so why would I purchase $236.60 worth of clothing? This needs to be cleared up ASAP. I am stopping all business with Wish until something has been done.

Wish unethical matter

Hi there,

I am a merchant for Wish the sales channel that promotes my store.My sales have been very good etc.When my scheduled payment dates started to be cancelled one after the other, it became a serious concern.Thereafter I was notified that my account has been suspended and that there has been a an issue with shipping fraud.I don't see how the shipping fraud is any of my fault since they are the companies that liaise with Wish for business.My account has such is completely legitimate, with legitimate products.I have requested a reply to my queries of which I received nothing other than repeat information that I had to send.I cannot see how my entire account can be suspended because of shipping fraud.Can you help me shed some light on this matter please?

I made a substantial amount of sales and cannot see that I have to just lose everything.

Wish product sent to wrong address

On 18 July 2018 I ordered a number of items from Geek. All to be delivered to my registered address - my PO Box at Strawberry Hills Post Office in Sydney. When one of these items failed to be delivered I notified Geek and was given a tracking number. The item associated with that tracking number had been delivered to Darlinghurst Post Office. When I contacted Geek to advise them I was told the 30 day complaints time frame had expired. I have since written to Geek on 5 occasions and provided the necessary proof but have been ignored.

Wish pair of free fingerless gloves with fur trim.

I was trying to order some items on line as I have done before. However, when something says its free just pay shipping it comes into my cart with a cost plus shipping. When item says five dollars I put in cart it comes with a higher price. Sorry this needs to be corrected.
Not saying this is a rip off or anything but don't offer a price of something for the price of shipping only and then when I add to my cart there is price of 3 or 4 dollars for a free item plus the cost of shipping. Something is not right there. Please check and correct. There are a few things I would like to order aside from the one free item but now I am afraid I will be charged even more.

Wish my wish account was restricted suddenly

I had just placed an order and then I got a pop up saying that they need more information from me to continue to let me shop. They asked for a screenshot of my bank statement to show a recent purchase from wish. Then I got an email saying my account was restricted. It's automatic messages. I don't understand what happened. My purchase from 2 days ago was also refunded without me asking for a refund. And now I'm trying to refund the item i purchased before the restriction and it won't let me refund that because of the restriction. what do i do?

Wish order just placed on 11/30/2018

I was trying to place an order, then it said shipping was 79 dollars or something and I didnt give my payment, it just used past information and said it processed my order. This is a RIP off, I was not allowed to review my order before it said thank you! Please fix this immediately! How can a company add too much shipping and use a past credit card without asking for name, and charge information? Please correct this!

Wish christmas decors

I proceed with the order as it was mentuoned that it will be delivered by nov 30 though i find it a long time already. When i checked today, it states that it will be delivered again by dec 6. It is so disappointing to let your customers expect on a certain date and yet will not receive. U should deliver it earlier than the expected date of delivery to avoid disappointment. This will be the first and last purchase from you and will definitely discourage friends to purchase anything from your irresponsible company.

Wish ipad pro 9.7 keyboard

First of all when ordered the IPad Pro 9.7 I thought I was getting a Tablet not the Keyboard I received. Second I paid $19 for early shipping, Nov 19th only to received my package days later than expected Nov 22nd. I tried up and down to get in contact with Wish, leaving emails and the whole bit so I could return the item in exchange for something else. I grew tired of their automated responses to my request for a simple exchange or refund. Finally giving up on such a hopeless situation I gave the Keyboard to my sister as a gift. Then I took a page from their play book and made my own wishes come true by disappearing. I canceled my account!

I have ordered tons of stuff through you guys over the years. My order history only shows 1 item way back in 2015.
I usually log in through Facebook.
I dont know what's going on but I did order that stuff. I need it for Christmas.
You guys debited my account twice then put the money back.

Wish payment issue and order deletion

I am a previous customer. I placed an order on Cyber Monday using a different credit card. I get confirmation of my order, great. Then I get a notice the is an issue with my payment please submit a statement showing previous wish order. The word "previous" implies an order before this one so I find the statement, make sure my cc # is blocked out and send it. Next I receive an email stating there is still an issue, submit screenshot of statement showing previous Wish transaction, then they give me the info for the order I am trying too place...thats not a previous order its the current order. Anyway now knowing thats what is wanted I send a copy of the APPROVED transaction on my cc statement. Another emal stating there is still more info required arrives late last night 12;30 am EDT according to notifications on the app they now need a photo of my DL. Ok I get it its Christmas season, stop fraud yada yada. I figure I will take care of it during the day. Now when I log on I no longer have that notification AND MY ENTIRE 20 item order has been cancelled with no notice. I have emailed their support dept and am awaiting a response. This is no way to do business!
