I have spent many $100s of dollars with your company. All items are wrong, it's embarrassing, the quality is awful. Wish.com I have ordered 4 items of clothing and 5 other items such as razor hair removal and ect t

Ive received 3 items of clothing the wrong size and the wrong items I'm a size 8 and the item's I received are 3_4 sizes to big for me so I've got 3 items of clothings here and not one of these items fit me and one of the items are not just 3 sizes to big but not even what I had ordered. I don't understand how this has happened but I'm not a rich person or a wealthy person to just let this slip as yourself also took more money from my bank account than agreed I'm not happy with this services at all all the little items I received were good but the clothing I ordered were all wrong size wrong item and took more out of my bank account than agreed please please please someone please get intouch with me so this mistake can be fixed I have had a hard time trying to get intouch with ureselfs really hard time very upsetting for me if nobody gets back to me on this matter I'll have no choice but to seek legal aid as like I explained I'm not rich person or wealthy person I can't return these items of clothing untill I have heard from yourselfs instructing me to do as well as other problems like myself having to pay for the items to be sent back so I can receive the write size but this is not my mistake so I'm needing ure assistants I'm needing for ureselfs to send me mailing bags so I can send them back free as this is not my fault I'm just so worried that youse are just going to fob me of not get intouch to sort this mistake out I don't understand why it is so hard to get intouch with ureselfs to resolve this please please please please please someone anyone please get intouch with me please ASAP thankyou so much for taken the time to read this thankyou miss Victoria whyte

Hi there somebody please get intouch with me please ASAP as use have gave me the wrong items and the wrong sizes and youse also took more money than agreed out of my bank account the same day I've been trying to get intouch with ureselfs to resolve this problem this is so very frustrating I feel like I have been ripped if buy yourselves and made a foil automatically of me if nobody gets back to me I'll have no choice but to seek legal professional help thanks miss Victoria whyte

Wish.com motorola hint wireless earbud headset - gray (certified refurbished) (color: gray)

I haven't recieved my stuff yet. I would love to have my money back. It's been two months since i waited. I'm not sure if that's normal but I'm pretty upset. I gave a lot of money for that motorola Bluetooth ear piece. Please hurry up i never waited for an earpiece or anything before... I order a lot of stuff from this app and this never happened before.

They are the wrong size. I need them for 4 couch sets also. I have shopped with you all for a long time, I have never gotten my discount percentage. I have had problems with some of the products. I was told it was going to arrive today March 4th 2017 and it still has not arrived. Wish.com belt bmw

I suppose to receive my belt bmw on 3 march 2017.
I have not received up to now and I will be travelling to overseas for one year and half on 7 march 2017.
Please forward all product I bought before 7 march.
There are other products another belt and jacket, all those products I want receive before 7 march.
Your company was punctual but now that heritage has been changed.

Wish.com everything I order is junk

Everything I have ordered off that site either didn't work, was to small or wrong. The boots I received yesterday looked nothing like the pictures and are paper thin. The clothes say they are a certain size but are actually to small. Then when you request a refund they want you to pay for shipping the item back. Why is it when you have a question for wish you always have to take a picture of the item. I'm trying to cancel the order I have placed and they want me wait until I receive everything. Why so I have to pay for shipping it back?

I'm writhing on behave of my mother who ordered a pair of your magnified glasses to go over her glasses, which were ordered in jan. 2017.
Her visa was charged the $11.00 dollars. Ca but the product was never received. Could you please look into this further for this is our second e-mail.

Wish.com blouse, small brown pea coat, white lace tennis shoes & a blue cardigan (even though on my order, it said pink).

I made quite a large order from Wish on December 9, 2016. At first I thought they were going to straighten things out, but obviously I was wrong. I got hold of them 2 or 3 times, talked to a man named Kenneth. He seemed very nice & helpful, said he would get it all straightened out. So I waited & I waited, no response from anyone after that. I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from Wish to no avail. I don'the know what to do from here. I feel like I have been ripped off. I am very angry & upset. I told that Kenneth over & over about which items I never recieved. I really thought he was going to help me get my items, but here it is, March 1, 2017 & I still haven'the recieved a refund or the items. I really hope you can help me. I don'the care if I get a refund or my items. I would just really like to conclude this problem one way or the other.

Wish.com wrong design of product arrived instead of the designs I wanted.

I contacted www.wish.com by email as you have no other option to discuss complaint with wish.com. Just like so many others they do not give a damn. They told me i ordered the design i got. But I actually did not. On the order page it asks for size option. So I clicked on 8 for the largest cup size in cupcake cups size. They claim, that is the design. Well it clearly states size not design.
Then they said they will not pay for return shipping. I will have to pay for that. I read through every review on this item just a few minutes ago. And many others having this same issue. So now I like so many others paid and have a product we did not want and cannot use. Or it will cost us even more money to return it to them. Why is it we cannot speak live on the phone to customer service? Just through email messages? This company is very fraudulent and must be brought to justice somehow.

Wish.com my bed set queen size with 3d roses on it & red, white, & black colors on it also

I haven't received my order yet from wish & it was supposed to be delivered on feb. 21st, 2017.. Can you please help me to find out what's going on with my order? Why i haven't received it yet & I'm not getting any email or notifications about it in my account or my email at all. Also i can't get in my wish account too & I had to make another account to see if i can recover my old account but it wasn't helpful at all. I really would like to know what happened to my orders and how can i get into my wish account? Thank you

Wish.com women's strappy v-neck cold shoulder shirt

I haven't received a shirt I purchased in January, and when I go to order history it doesn't show the order. Therefore, I can't request a refund for not receiving the product. I have tried contacting WISH via phone, website and now this. I'm hoping that this will help me resolve the situation and issue that has occurred. Wish.com none delivery of goods note refund

I ordered these light fittings in October 2016. I paid a total of £36.

My status in my order history shows still in transit. Today's date is 28 Feb 2017. I have been refused a refund by customer services. Therefore I have no option now to contact UK training standards. In order for me to do this I have to report the issue to the Metropolitan police. Once a crime never miner is issued I can process this to the small claims court. Where additional charges will be added to my refund when I get it. As UK law does not allow a company to take funds and neither post/deliver nor refund. You can put whatever you wish in you T&C, but this does not over ride law.
I have to give you 10 days notice of court action so you can send a defence. So I hear by give you until the 11th March 2017 to respond to this notice. If in which case I have not heard from you with a acceptable solution I shall continue with my said course of action.

Wish.com most my orders

I am being charged for everything, and not receiving anything. Orders were placed back in August and its almost March and I am still waiting for almost everything. I want either everything refunded, money back. They are ripping off many people, taking hundreds of dollars from people and getting away with it. I would like this to be solved because they are stealing our money, when they should be shipping out our orders.

You are absolutely right, in addition our orders disappear from the site and impossible to have proof that they have been ordered.

They took $ 75 off my credit card but they did not find anything. In addition, they always send me the ### message, which is only an automated message.

So they scam us. They are the same as Ebay who are real scammers.

Wish.com no refund or return slip for refund!

Order an item it arrived in time but was of very poor quality, requested a refund but in order to get refund I need to send the item back, but they won't email me the return slip... I need a refund asap... send return slip or refund, or at least contact me with a reason as to why I haven't received it I used multiple emails to make sure I was doing it right and have received nothing...

Wish.com taking money from my account

I have had £113 taken from my account, I have not ordered anything for this amount. I have purchased one item from you in the past with the value of £7. If this is not returned to me immediately I will be contacting the police as this is fraud. Please can you get back to me on this matter within the next 24 hours as I will going to the police if not !

I made four to five orders in december 2016.. I'm still waiting on some of my items... Thru pay pal some of my stuff was sent to france.. I ordered like six blouses I didn't get... I also see another complaint listed today with the exact same information listed below from another concerned citizen. I have received this email twice in the last couple weeks. I cant check with paypal because it is going to an email that I used with paypal a couple years ago and changed to my newer email. Paypal shows an account but I cant access it even though it is my email address..but WISH must have some sort of breech my email says it is a bill for Wish for a seller in LONE TREE COLORADO. I never authorized anyone at WISH for my paypal. How do they have this info? Is the email even real?
