I ordered 2 products from wish in Dec. and it was suppose to be here in between Dec30 and Jan.9 and I still have not received my products. when i go to tracking it wont let me open the page.

All I'm going to say is this: Either I have a very sensitive nose or everything made in China literally smells terrible. That's it that's what I want to say and it's the truth every time I've gotten items from wish.com theyve smelled so bad that I'd end up throwing them away bc the stench is THAT STRONG. Imean...everything smells terrible. I know that sounds odd, yes you're right. But I also know this doesn't happen when I order from a US seller, be it eBay or Amazon, or a company based in the USA.
If you have any kind of lung or breathing problems do not order from them. Srsly don't even take a chance, their merchandise their products smell so bad it sends me straight into an asthma attack. The stuff that will get me the sickest- is anything that's plastic. Well it's not REALLY plastic of course. Nonetheless, every single item from wish.Com smells to high heaven. I know BETTER NOW. I will pay more for items made in the USA and no where else. It's not worth the stress the time and energy anything I'd rather pay more and suffer Less.
Rule of thumb- you get what you pay for. Wish.Com confirmed this.

unauthorised purchases
A number of purchases were made using my account totaling £722.85 of which l did not do it personally but l found out on my email that a very large order has been purchased - l sent an email about this unauthorised purchase ! Under normal cases, this bill by far l could manage to pay for it and as such, l am asking that all order be cancelled because people did not authorise the purchase of these orders .
Wish.com - requesting to allow debit card and cash on delivery option
Hello Sir/Mam, I would like to buy products in wish, but couldn't order any of the products, because of only one option that is credit card.I don't have credit card to buy any of the products.I would request you to allow debit cards /cash on delivery option aswell. I would like to buy more number of products from wish. I hope you people will consider my concern.

I ordered a pair of boots on the 24th of December an i still have not received it. When it was almost time for it to be delivered, I received an email saying there was a delay with the delivery date. My package was suppose to arrive on the 17th. It's the20th an i have not received my package nor have I received an email about where it is it when it's going to arrive. I would like my money back. I have never had to wait this long or go through this many problems with anything I have ordered online. I need somebody to tell me something.
not being able to purchase anything
My account with Wish says it was used by fraud and won't let me purchase anything. I have bought a lot of things from wish and now they are not letting me purchase anything. I pay through paypal and they want a copy of my debit card which I do not use on Wish. I need to get this resolved so I can again start purchasing things. I live alone and I am the only one that uses this computer. I like the products and would like to continue shopping so if you could get this resolved it would be greatly appreciated.
smart watch
I sent an email earlier about the smart watch I received yesterday, 01/19/2017. However, it did not work. It was on charge for 24 hours and I kept checking it every 2 hours which was suppose to take that amount of time to charged. Even this afternoon, it still would not come on.

Hi,
I have bimistaken checked out on certain items I didnt need it. I was just trying to finalize one swimming costume out of 3 and I donno what happen, three of the items got selected and my pay got cut. I have emailed Wish the same say and also requested for refund.

Delivery took way too long! I bought something from Wish and it was a present for a friend and before I ordered I contacted Wish and asked them how long will it take and they assured me that I have nothing to worry about and that my order will arrive on time. Well, it didn't and when I asked for a refund they refused! This is the worst site I have ever dealt with! They simply lured me with their fake promise! They said that I'll get my item within two weeks but in reality it took 5 weeks to get my item. I will not make the same mistake again!

There is more than just one ad on wish.com for this particular shoe. I put in my size and my color and I enter and it triples the price. I'm ready to order several pair, however I'm not going to pay triple the price of what you are advertising. I also have several things in my shopping cart and I'm ready to check out, However until this is resolved I will not purchase anything from you. Are you really legit? It has also been very hard to find the place online to ask questions about your products. You make it very hard. Waiting for your reply and I hope it comes soon.

I've been blocked from my account but i've still got outstanding sales that I haven't received
I was blocked from my account without explanation beyond being told in a form letter (1 in Hungarian!) that they can't reinstate my account and direct me to their terms of service. I've done nothing wrong!
I still have outstanding purchases that are now WAY past the estimated date of delivery but I haven't received the products. My emails are being ignored and so am I. I can't communicate with sellers, nor can I respond to their questions of whether or not I've received my items. I've tried telling that to wish support but it's come to nothing!
I've tried calling and I've sent many emails that have all been ignored. Not once have I reported an item as having not arrived when it has, and I'm owed about $300 Canadian. I'd like this resolved please.

i just started receiving the same treatment from wish. they want a copy of my drivers license and bank statement showing wish.com purchases, to verify my identy. have they ever shipped your stuff to you? i have had nothing but good luck with them for over a year now and all the sudden this, . what should i do?
Refused to help. Got nonsense emails even i sent them thousands of emails i have the same issue im about to lose 250$ for no goods

When I order my jacket it said I would recieve it on 1-8-17 then it switched to 1-15-17 I still havent recieve it and I have order 3 more that is surpose to be here 2-1-17. Same prob as everyone else. I've waited a month, it's now a week past due dates. When I inquired about tracking they sent email stating a refund. Wtf at this point my products should be here. I never ever asked for refund. Where are the products. And yes at this point give me my money since I never received any product or was told they would never arrive. O actually the watch and glasses showed up weeks ago, just not the electronics. And there's no way to find out what's going on. #### CHINA shady ### business practices. I had ordered some bluetooth wireless headphones on December 7 & my package was supposed to arrive over a WEEK AGO and it still has NOT arrived. Im very disappointed, you guys sent me an email saying you guys will refund and still deliver the package but the package isnt here and i havent gotten the refund so whats going on! I used to love your company. I bought things all the time. I placed an order in early November. I spent almost $400 on products, a total of 26 items never showed up.
I ordered these items for Christmas presents and when they didn't show up I had very upset kids and family members.
I am extremely unhappy and depending on when and how these items arrive I may no longer use your company for my online purchases.
I would request a refund however having to individually request a refund for each i team of the 26 missing from my order, is an inconvenience!
Please fix this!
princess castle tent for kids
I ordered a princess castle tent for my daughter for her birthday back in early December and it still hasn't arrived. Instead I just got a bag of plastic balls. I went through the return process and they made me pay for shipping for their mistake and I still haven't received the princess castle tent for my daughter whose birthday is in a week. I am so frustrated! I tried to call and talk to a live person and all I got was voicemail after voicemail telling me to contact them through the internet or app and they never get back to me. First off, I should not have to pay for shipping to return an item that they sent me in error and secondly...where is my item that I ordered. And third, it's very unprofessional to not have a phone number where a customer can speak with a live person or management. This wish.com website and app is crap and it's ripping people off and fraudulently using people's credit cards. I DO NOT recommend this website or app or any of it's affiliates to anyone!

I placed an order back in November of 2016 for a kitchen gadget "Kitchen Cling Film Sauce Bottle Storage Rack Paper Towel Holder Kitchen Accessories". It stated that it would arrive by 12-23-16 so it would be in time for Christmas. Then after Christmas, I received another message that the item was delayed and would be here by 12-31-16. It is now 1-17-17 and I still have not received the item. I looked on my account to see if I could get a refund and the item is no longer in my order history. I did not delete it as I kept looking to see if it would still arrive. So, now I don't know how to either still get the item or get a refund because I don't have it in my history. Is there any way to be able to still either get the item or get a refund?

I bought a yellow pen that checks to see if wires are live with electricity, a voltage meter pen and it never arrived. I also bought a security pencil camera and it also never arrived. My account used to have a rating of 16 and has now dropped to 3 including my account history and purchase history which has disappeared. I can't see any of my order history.
