headphones ordered for cell phones
I ordered 2 headphones for cell phones on 2-28 with the understanding that they would be set to me by 3-20. I t is now 3-24 and I have not seen anything as of yet. There is no contact by WISH either by mail or messages as to the problem associated with mailing procedures. Please advise.

Wish.com - cannot contact seller and hard to navigate
You have a fabulous site, with some very reasonable prices. One of the problems that I've noticed with wish - is your inability to contact the seller of the goods. It is exceptionally difficult to navigate The Wish website with those types of things in mind. I've searched for ever and ever trying to find a way to ask a simple question on several occasion...

I ordered a item but it will not show up on my order history and i was just trying to return it and get my money back I have called and they said there is nothing they can do about it I need a refund because I ordered a glass cup and it arrived broken into millions of piecies I need a refund before I sue you for sending my item broken it was a gift for my uncle and now its broken and it did charge me for the item I paid 50$ it does show on my bank statements

It has now been over two weeks from then my colored contacts were supposed to be delivered. It was shows on my purchase they would be delivered from March 3-15. The store is named PK LI QI. I purchased a pair of turquoise colored contacts for $5. All I ask is for my contacts to be delivered or a refund. I really enjoy your store, and never had any problems until now. I would appreciate if you would take the time to assess this little issue, thank you.

MAny orders have been place thru my account and because of the delay i request a refund for eveerything.
Refund has been made to a credit that is no longuer valid .
Im not with the bank anymore and they refuse to refund me.
Ive requested a refund to my new credit card wich is not with the same bank or thru my paypal account.
I keep receiving same message from WISH that i need to speak to the bank directly.
SOmeone needs to help me because im loosing about 300$ right now.

I have ordered many different things from wish. Its just a hokes! You take money dont send and products. And keep telling me to wait for refunds that never come. Next i will contacting my attorney! The glow in the dark moon and stars came in different colors whether then the all green ones I ordered. My daughters princess dress came in a too small size that I didn't order and she can't fit. My wunderbrow was suppose to be black/brown which is wat it said on the box but the container said and clearly looks blonde. The glow in the dark tinker bell sticker didn't come instead I received Spider-Man. I was sent useless items and you all can have them back

I was charged on my Visa card $57.00 this was for the item and shipping charges.
I received another notice that the store was preparing my item for shipment. You stated it would be shipped within the next 3 days.
It also states at the bottom:

It is now Mar. 21, 2017 and I have not seen or heard from you regarding my order.
I am very displeased with your company at this time.

orbeez/never received order and paid for it on bank statement
In feb 2017 I ordered Orbeez for my daughter off of wish the amount was taken out of my bank account and here it is almost April and we still never received it but we paid for it and everytime I try to track the order off my email I get the error codes and then there was a message saying that I had duplicate accounts and that's why I hadn't received it or couldn't track it I do not have duplicate accounts I have the order coming to my email and then it won't let me track it I am so angry and my daughter is so disappointed I want my money back or I want the Orbeez this is ridiculous
playstation 3 controller (white)
I ordered three playstation 3 controllers. I received one package containing 2 of the 3 controllers. I received the black and purple one. I did not receive the white one. I contacted their support department 5 times and still have not received an email back from them. It has been 2 weeks past the expected date. I do not want a refund. I would like the controller that I ordered. It seems that this issue is pretty frequent with wish reading through all the complaints.

I bought 3 shower curtain of the same I purchased these the end of November 2016 I have only received one. I received the one Feb 2nd never received the other two. I have tried calling, texting, and emailing I got one response saying that I got my order, I responded saying that I only received one, not three and I have not heard back. Oh yeah, Also paypal will let you contact the seller through them and if they dont answer you then paypal will refund the money back to your card. Also if the item was not exactly like it was described, they will refund tI
Those purchases. You cannot loose woth paypal. And also with paypal wish cannot harvest credit card numbers.
Here is a little heads up use a credit card from your bank account . Then sign up for paypal. If you do not get an item pay pal will contact them for you and make sure you get your product .if you did not then paypal fraud services take over and find out why it was not sent .if they do not recieve an a legit answer or proof that it got delivered by the tracking number . Then paypal will refund your account and get a pentalties from paypal.
60cm grey elephant
I purchased and have paid for a 60cm grey elephant and have been sent one half the size. When I try to contact support I can't go any further than insert a photo of the item which countless times I have tried to do but it won't let me insert one so my email won't send. How can I get the right order sent to me. I'm getting really annoyed and am very disappointed. Can you rectify this? Await your reply

I have tried multiple times to buy items. I have a debit card, but when I put in all the information, it still doesn't go through. It says it has a problem with my billing, but I don't know what it could be. I have checked everything clearly multiple times but every time it is declined to process.
