Wish.com multiple products

I tried to order for a second time. Same as last time: money is taken, order dissappeared. They have now taken my money 3 times in total, never refunded and the only thing I received is a laserpen that they promised to me for free because of my first order and had to pay for anyway. And another ghost order. My bank suggested paying again but via the website and not the Android App. When I tried this they removed the iDeal paying method though they still advertise with that.

Wish.com no package received

I orders crochet hair approximately three months ago i paid for my product with my bank debit card pnc i never received my package after three months has passed i would like to file a complaint soon as possible i shall be contacting my lawyers this is the worst online service i ever experienced!

Wish.com magazine wallet

I have orders thid item twice and failed to receive this, but never received a refund as promised. I was supposed to get by September 24, 2016, when I informed them they say the item was lost the next day 25 of September they say the item was out of stock, its an inconvenience for people and I want justice for everyone who spent hard earned money to get what they were promised

Wish.com I did not receive my product

I would like to receive my product if I don't receive my product I am going to bring a lawsuit against wish.com it said I can find the product. But I did not get it I'm going to stop business with them if they don't ship my products it said it was here on the 16th and I haven't seen it my number is [protected] I would appreciate a phone call because the number I get the voicemail is full

I too am having problems after being a loyal customer. I have been asked to send a copy of my bank account proving I have made payments. In the last two days I have received 3 items I had ordered and paid for. What is the problem.?

i cant order anything, afer several irders i did, since I open my acount with you, and every time i neer to make a payment, i have a message that says" something is wrong with your account, so please go to fraud detection@wish .com, but nobody helps me with this ussue, what do I have to do then?

Esse local parece ser um muro das lamentações por pessoas atingidas por um mesmo problema. Eu também estou passando pelo mesmo constrangimento descrito por todos acima. A única coisa que estou tentando fazer é reparar um equívoco na minha compra pois ao tentar, dentre algumas coisas, comprar um cartão de memória micro SD, comprei um SD que não teria serventia nenhuma para mim.
A partir daí não consegui mais nada. Como estou viajando e comprei pelo paypal, tive a minha compra confirmada, mas não consegui cumprir as exigências de enviar-lhes a cópia de meu extrato, só a cópia da minha compra, que se recusou a fazer o upload. Fui tentar comprar, novamente, os cartões micro SD e fui remetido para este site muro de lamentações. O que fazer a seguir?

I contacted Wish about 3 times with the picture of the wrong item sent to me and have yet to hear back from them, im trying to figure out if they can send the correct item or give me my money back, I really just want the correct item i got it for my niece but they just wont reply back to me.

Wish.com bicycle headlights

I ordered two sets of the little bicycle headlights which equals for lights. I have only received one light, not even a set. I've waited two weeks for the other lights to show up to no avail. All I'm asking is for the other three lights. I've made several orders through this company and am overall satisfied with the service but this one order just got messed up. And I don't even see them in my order history. Please help

Wish.com bad customer service and no help whatsoever

Once upon a time I placed an order from this website thinking it was too good to be true...apparently it is! They charged my credit card for the amount agreed upon...and a week later my card was refunded with no reason given and nothing sent as they cancelled the order. I assumed they were out of all of the items I wished to purchase and that's why I was refunded. (this was last year) Just recently tried to purchase a few items again hoping to actually get something sent this time. After attempting to purchase items my account said it had been blocked and that I needed to contact customer service. After a few days going back and forth with a complete and total idiot trying to get my account "unblocked" I was told I needed to verify my bank account and send them a "picture" of the date/amount/and banking information. What? I cannot place the order at all and they want me to send them a picture of something that doesn't exist as I cannot place the order just to prove that I am who I say I am? It's $20 worth of items...not $200. Emailed them back asking how I am to "take a picture of the transaction, if the site will not let me complete such a simple task" WILL NOT try to order anything again from them. yaaa they want a picture of my credit card statement...are you totally insane?

Wish.com unauthorized order

Visited and looked at number of items on Geek/wish.com and placed them in my wish list from wish.com few months ago, August 19th ordered one item$10, August 22nd my card it card send me a fraud alert of $492 merchant wish.com and cancelled the order, next day received a message the order had been processed (seven items six of the I did not ordered) and when I receive them return the items for a full refund, three items arrived before Friday I checked the order and the rest of the items still in process how come they could not cancel them if items not delivered yet?

Do not purchase from wish.com
What the hell?

What are you doing with the order?

When will I get to this product?
Do you really deliver product or not?

Now I knew, you are running fake website and you are holding customer's money for 1 or 2 month and you are earning interest on it but now I will post to this real issue over the social site on facebook, youtube, google plus, quora and everywhere where I could reach.

I have purchased 2 product but no one has been delivered to me.

Wish.com terrible website, don't waste your time or money!!

I purchased $199.00 worth of products from Wish.com July 9, 2016. Today July 14, 2016 i went to the website, and every item i bought had a refunded item underneath it and stated to contact customer service. To contact customer service, you have to leave your email add and info and they stated they would get back to me within 14 days. So they are going to hold on to my money for 14 days ? I am contacting every complaint department in the United States and get something done about it, BBB and the rest. I hope you can get something done about this, Thank You.

Wish.com false advertisement

They advertise much of the jewelry as 925 sterling silver but it is not and after wearing it for a short time it tarnished and turns your skin green. Also ordered a lot of the clothes and got nothing like they advertised. Very thin cheaply made clothes that falls apart after weAring it once. And there Is no contact info for customer support.

Wish.com complaint for online shopping site wish.com

I had made online purchase from the website www.wish.com around of 30 $ on 17th March 2016 and made payment from credit card. After purchase i have been informed that the item would be delivered on or after 30 days. After 15 days i had tried to track the item from my wish account but on order history page it shows that " you haven't made any purchase". After this i had tried to contact customer support team whereby they have just assured me that the goods are under shipment but they haven't give me exact details of delivery. However till this date i haven't received the ordered item nor refund of payment. It seems that i have been cheated by the website.

So i would like to initiate legal action against them. I have mail confirmation of product which i have purchased from the website.

Wish.com customer support unresponsiveness!

Dear Team

I was surfing on the website of the e-retailer by name wish.com and added (Deerekin Real Tempered Glass LCD Screen Protector Film for Canon EOS 70D 700D) to cart for later purchase but the retailer has processed the payment basis on my last transaction history on the same site and charged 7$ from my cerdit card without my consent and then when I requested them to cancel the order they suggested that the product is in transit and it's dispatched from their end.

they also suggested that once you receive the product you can initiate the refund request after some days when I tracked the status of the product on the carrier site It shows as the product has been delivered to me, which is not true and I haven't received it yet.

Delivery Status: Delivered 9 May 2016 (which is false statement )

My friend, there is a tracking number that starts with LS, then numbers and ends with CN. Take that info to your post office. I thought there was a problem with three of my orders from WISH. I have never had a problem until these three orders. I found out the the items were indeed Shipped to my post office who claims they left my three items at the porch when I live in an apartment building. I started out an investigation with the post office two days ago and will contact PayPal as well.
I will be contacting WISH today to let them know what happened as well. I found them to be VERY GOOD at satisfying the customer best as possible. Give this a try and see if you don't possibly come up with the same problem on the mail server end.
If you don't, I would also apply for PayPal credit and use it for future purchases like these.. When there is an issue that's hard to resolve, PayPal certainly gets the job done for you. They give you STRONG backing when using them for outright or credit purchases.

Wish.com service, fraudulent activities

I placed an order with wish. I never received the two orders. Favor and move the money successfully out of my account. After the transaction was made all of a sudden my account disappears. I still receive emails from West wanted me to place another order but it's as if it has been reset no history. Convenient! I will be filing fraudulent action through my bank to return my funds. As I can see the history of wish with other customers and myself, they deserve to have a thorough investigation done on them and be reprimanded for their actions.

Do not order from wish!!! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. The representative from the iloveyou store (tina) was very rude and refused to help solve my issue. The wish web site claims "they got your back" but in all reality they don't even...

Wish.com customer service

I placed Lots of orders to wish.com Now they're saying my account is blocked But still have purchases from my last Order Can I talk to somebody And customer service? I also sent pictures of proof That all cards used on my account was mine. They contacted me and then they closed The emails. I'm starting to get frustrated I've spent lots of money at which over the last year. I would like to continue placing orders but it's been two months since I placed my order. Can somebody give me a number? Not the wish.com customer service in the app or website I can't even get through. Thank you!

i'm having the same damn problem ! they will not reply to my emails ! and now it wont let me track my other 2 items im supposed to be having on the way. this is the second time now, on my 2nd account that they suspended due to so called fraud. its pissing me off. i have sent my photo ID, and the card i was using to prove to them that they are mine! but covered up the middle #'s only showing them half and covered up some on my id too.. it's like they're fraud trying to point out to us calling us fraud.

I just had the same problem three days ago. I have been ordering items from Wish.com and have been receiving them. However there is a clothing item ordered in August whose status still says "Processing". of-course the money was already taken out of my account. Then three days ago as I was making purchases they blocked my account claiming "fraud alert" and requested that I sent screen shots of my Bank statement reflecting past transactions with Wish, they also asked me to send in a photo of my bank card with only the last four digits showing, and of my Driver license with only my name and picture showing. I did all that but my account is still blocked. On top of that they have already taken out of my account funds covering the items I was purchasing at the time, but the items are not being processed at all. I have continued to contact them by email to have this issue resolved but so far no response. I will update you next week

I ordered four items that were shipped to the wrong address.They said they would refund two of them.They haven't yet.I update my address...again in time for them to send one item to the right address and they send it to the wrong one anyway.I tried to straighten it all out and get a replacement or refund.They have closed my complaint and won't respond!They are idiots, when they screw up, they get mad and ignore you!We should get together a class action suit!

Wish.com non shipment of purchased goods and counterfeit items

I ordered 52 times from Wish site. Eight never showed up, five were falsely advertised due to the counterfeit item that showed up. Several were of bad quality. I complained several times about Wish enabling and encouraging the corrupt behavior, because they had the power to stop business with the company doing the corruption. The best items I ordered are the ones that never existed or were never shipped. "Shopping made fun" only true for Wish and it's affiliated companies. They have absolutely NO PROBLEM with counterfeiting items and non shipment of purchased goods!

I ordered a item. Off of GEEK one of their sites through a mobile app. The item was delivered to some place in China .
I contacted cutomer support. And stated what happened and said I don't want a refund I want what I ordered. They refunded the money. I also replied to that stated I want what I ordered not my money back. Buyer be where this company is wish .com. And they don't have customers back as their tag line says.
