This is crazy. I'm so sick of scams and ordering off the internet, bc of places like this. If someone orders and pays for their items - how hard is it to ship them!? And no responses make it worse. The world doesn't even have the decency to make money legally anymore or give someone a heads up on paying for nothing! During christmas too. Smh. When ppl are their brokest. Thanks wish.com. U lost what could've been, a good customer.

Wish.com suction bath bar security

I sended 31 emails in 7 weeks and nobody
Sended me an anserw. I am a very good customers for a while. Just last month I
Bought For $3000.00
And I always wait 2 weeks before asking for
Refund.
I am having a very good relations with wish
Except for the one I am complaining here.
I bought this security suction bath bar
I used it a few times but one night I Try
To get up with the bar as usual and the bar
Was in my hand broken. I fell on my back
I had to go to the hospital . After x-rays
And a prescription of anti inflammatory
And pain killer I went home. I had to stay in bed for 3 days. I am gull of bruises.
And the pain stay for almost 2 weeks.
So I sended with pictures 31 emails.
I had no refund no explanation no excuses
Nothing. What did I have to do to get an anserw.

Wish.com refunding

I want a refund on the things i ordered there should live person i want my money back within 48hrs i have left several refund request this is ridiculious i should have to go threwthis you took the money right out wheb it was purchase and it should be the way. I am not even close to recieving anything it takes over a month to gey what i even paid for someone needs to contat me

Wish.com legal action will be taken place

My husband's work is being featured on your app and he was not aware of it until I came across it. If you continue to use the picture, you either need to give him profit on it or take the picture down. If neither there will be legal action taken place against your company. This is TouchedbyTim's work.. give it to the owner or be looking for a lawsuit!

Ao finalizar compra sou direcionado ao tela onde pede xerox do documento de identificação e comprovante de endereço, ate ai tudo em, mais quanto tento apresentar cartão de credito e / ou fatura da ultima compra o campo fica em branco e não consigo finalizar, já mandei esses documentos através do atendimento do wish e tudo também pelo paypal, já cancelei e abri outras contas e da tudo no mesmo, já perdi varias compras por falta de pagamento em tempo hábil, estou com esse problema desde o inicio de dezembro de 2016 e vocês até agora não tomaram nenhuma providencia mesmo todas as vezes informando que entrariam em contato em até 3 dias, e ai como fico ? risco o wish da minha lista de site ?

Wish.com my order

I received a confirmation email that my order was accepted on 1-19-17. I received another email stating my order was processed on 1-19-17. On 1-20-17 I received an email stating one of my products order has been shipped. I have NOT received my order, and I am unable to track my package. I'm really angry my debit card was charged and I have not received any of my items. I would like this issue resolved or I want the money put back on my card immediately and I will never order from this site as it is not accurate and I am unable to track my package. I'd like answers, and the customer support number is not useful at all.

Wish.com no response to questions re: most recent order

After nearly a dozen inquiries, i am still unsure about whether I received credit for the many items I ordered that did not work. The items include 2 phone chargers, a selfie stick and pumice stone (plastic, no pumice) cuticle pushers. I could go on and on about the problems I've experienced with wish.com. I was left with no charger for my phone because of the poor quality of the items you sell. I did not request a refund for the eyeshadow, but it produces absolutely no color when I apply it. It appears to actually be invisible. I don't know what to think about an item listed as pumice when it contains plastic - not pumice. They are worthless. I ordered a shirt months ago in extra large. My thin, young teen can barely wear the shirt. I receive emails in languages I cannot even determine. I speak English, this is the US, and I expect my emails and messages to be in English. I am asking for a refund of the items listed above. My email address is deon.[protected]@gmail.com.

It doesn't matter how inexpensive an item is if it doesn't work. Wish.com has a very questionable reputation and I will never order from you again.

Wish.com salt and pepper grinders

I bought salt and pepper grinders. The title and description said salt and pepper grinders. I received on grinder. I contacted i was told the description say one grinder only. I checked again and same as what i read. They refuse to handle my complaint so im in the process of returning ever product bought. Its about $1000. I refuse to buy from bait and switch companies.

Tracking number Lt595245971cn has not been shipped to my place of residence and i have placed my order December 14th of 2016 and it said my order was processed on December 16th of 2016 and it is now January 26th of 2017 and i have still not received my order and its very upsetting when i order something and it doesn't come when it is supposed to its very upsetting

Wish.com service

I ordered some clothes for my daughters. Some of them do not fit properly. It is so difficult to send them back for a refund. They only sent one shipping label and told me to take pictures of each item I want to send back. Then send them a picture and another one of the pkg to send to them with the shipping label on it!

I have no way of doing this, and would just like to use one label, sending in one pkg!

Please advise... It makes me mad that you can't actually talk to a person!

Wish.com 3d rose king size bed set

I had ordered this 3D rose bed set for my Mother who has cancer so she would have a beautiful bed to get into cause she may not have much longer with us and she's never had a beautiful bed set before! So this meant a lot to be able to do this for her! However we only recieved sheets and pillow cases, no comforter! I want the comforter to make the set complete for my Mother, please! Can you please help me to complete the set by sending me the matching king size 3D rose comforter please! Your help & prompt b attention to this mistake will be so very much appreciated! Wish.com dreadful business!!

People, beware and do not trust this company Wish, I bought several items from their website and did not receive my order. They stole my money and I can't reach anyone from Wish to get a refund. I did not see all these reviews and had no idea that Wish was a scam organisation. Next time I will definitely spend some time and check the reviews.
My order was made on December 15 and it is now late January and I really doubt that I'll get my stuff. Very bad experience and I still can't believe that companies like Wish are allowed to do business! Avoid and stay away!

Wish.com three thumbs up flexible phone mounts

After telling wish.com over 50 times that the gift card that was used to purchase these three items was no longer in existence they are not sending my product they're trying to refund the money to the card that no longer exist when they've been given a alternative route to put the money back into my PayPal account which they're refusing to do this is order number 9 10 and 11 order 1 2 3 4 5 and 6 I either did not receive or I received the wrong item and that was on five different things this is by far the worst company I have ever come across you can't even speak to a human being who speaks and reads clear English my next stop is to complain to the Better Business Bureau I want my product not the money

The items I received were broke, purchased 2. Shipping container was not damaged and was just a bag with wrapping around the items I would like a refund or replacements. Wish.com not a product issue

I had the wish app installed to my phone and for the most part I love it. But due to business I had to delete the app so I can download other things once my business was done I reinstall the Wish app because I had made previous orders and wanted to check and see the status of them when I reloaded the app I wanted to use the same email and I had originally signed up with. I've done this before and had no problems but now when I try to login it says it cannot recognize my email address even when I try to reset my password. Please help me either I would like the products that I ordered or I would like a refund, But I don't know how that's possible if the system does not recognize my email address please contact me at [protected] or at my email and [protected]@yahoo.com

I am attempting to purchase the product shown below the description states it comes with one base and 4 poles does it come with the connection pieces that you need to connect the poles as shown in the picture I do not want to waste my time and money purchasing it if it does not include the key factors to connect the poles together the picture shows theme but the description does not include them

Wish.com pxp

Hello. My sister in law ordered her son a pxp in the middle of December. I believe December 15. I believe the price was $13 plus $5 for shipping. It was suppose to arrive by the end of December but she never received it. She says she has no tracking number and did not use an email. Her name is Senada Sutton and she signed in by her Facebook account and she used my card to purchase the item. I used the same card to purchase items on wish as well. How do she go about getting a refund? No one seems to be able to help.
