I have purchased quite a few items from Wireless Galaxy over the years and never had any problems until this year. I purchased an accessory kit for my phone, which included 3 items. Only 2 were shipped to me. When I tried to contact the company to inquire about it, I was on hold for many minutes and gave up after I didn't receive a reply. I sent quite a few e-mails, and received sporadic replies. I was able to finally get through to someone on the phone, who promised to ship the missing item, but it's been 6 months now and I haven't received anything. It seems to me that this may be a one-man or one-woman operation now, and they just can't keep up. They should shut down if they're not able to fulfill orders.

    I bought a phone from them over a month ago. Still no phone. You can never get hold of anyone to talk to about your problem. They need to be investigated.

    I have ordered from them 3 times -- 1st time the order shipped right away I was very pleased! 2nd time, it didn't ship right away, and then (a couple of weeks later) a hurricane came through, but after some email they finally shipped my order so I thought, OK, hurricane so I'll give them another chance. 3rd time? Order was placed on Nov 20, it's now Dec 26th -- 1 email received back from customer service (Dec 13th) saying my order was "flagged" and that the shipping supervisor would be contacting me in 24 hrs . . . still no order! This is the last time I will be ordering from them, hopefully I can get a refund on the purchase at least (paid through paypal so at least I'm not totally stuck in their non-helpful system).

    Awful Customer Service. Do not use this site people. They will never ship out your purchase on time if at all. They have no link on their webpage for an order status. They WILL backorder you without notification. You have to dig through their webpage to find a customer service email.. but be warned.. you will likely not receive a response.. If you do, they will just resend the original order verification. If you call them, the voicemail WILL be full or you can wait for 30+ minutes for someone who barely speaks english. They will offer you a refund but it never comes. I can back this up with my own experience and order number. I bought a Motorola Q battery that NEVER arrived. They are pathetic and should be shut down.

    Well I can't say how disappointed I was today.10:46am, your phones still not working and no email response, No pkge so I ordered another phone. Then late afternoon after cancelling my order/credit card the phone was brought to me by some one living in the park.It seems the UPS did not want to bother driving up to my house to deliver.My lot # plainly on the pkge. Well I thought I would give you the benefit of the doubt so I opened it up and BAD turned into nightmare.The phone was in a crushed box, no manual, or anything else mentioned in the ad.The WRONG battery and the Phone is programed for T-MOBILE not ATT as stated in the ad/shipping order.ATT said it cannot reprogram and I need another phone.A DC charger was in the bx.THIS IS WRONG there is no way you will stay in business doing this.This did my trust in.Whoever is your quality control should be fired they are ruining your business.I think your only hope is to regroup & start fresh. So sorry.
