Wingstop there was hair on our food and nobody seems to care the store was closed by time I tried to take it back

There was hair on our food and no one seems to care that it happened the store was closed by time my husband try to take it back I don't want money back I just want a free order and nothing would be passed on to the better business bureau my husband order some wings for take out and by the time we made it home to eat the food had some hair foticals inside and we stay in the country so we couldn't make it in time to reorder and by it being the next day I decided to file a complaint

Wingstop manager

Wingstop in takoma park. MD, store manager does not interview ppl and does not get to know that person, so on the day before I started working he had liquor, I saw just before I left. So on the fourth day I had told him that I wasn't able to work 40 hours and he asked why and I told him and he asked me if I was that slow counting my drawer down. I took that very offensively and the manager didn't seem to care. He talks very inappropriatly to his employees. And yesterday I was on my training week and he was yelling at everyone and I was not able to leave on time. He also said I would get paid 2 pay periods now he says I won't even get paid for my hours.

Wingstop take out order

Hello i called in to make a pick up order over the phone. I was asked could i hold please i said yes. 23 mins later i was still on hold.. I wad already in route to the location so when i pulled up to the window i waited another 5 mins.. We the employee came to the window i said hello i tried to make a carry out order but im still on hold. He proceeded to pick up the phone and BOOM there i was still on hold lol.. That wasn't the first time this happened i usually hang up but this time i wanted to see how long i would be on hold.. I asked could i place my order and gow long would it be he said 32 mins which i was already on hold for 23 mins So i told him don't worry about it and i left... That was very POOR customer service

Wingstop theft! refusing to give refund for items not given or inedible.

Where to start?! We ordered online over two weeks ago for the first time. Our order was 20 minutes late and they told us the oven was broke so they could not give us our rolls that we already paid for. They burnt our 2 orders of fries and they were inedible. Every employee was a teenager and we asked for a manager and we were told there wasn't one there. We asked for a refund on the items that were burnt and missing and they told us they were not able to give refunds and would need to write a handwritten note to the manager and they would call us back. Waited an entire work day and no one called us. I called in and asked for a manager and was told that even the store manager was not authorized to give refunds on online orders. He said he would need to submit it to the district manager for approval. A WEEK goes by and I had to call in again because I still did not have my refund. Same manager says it's out of his hands and he has done all he can do by submitting to district manager. I asked for the general managers number and he said he could not give me that number. I asked for the district managers number and again he said he could not give me that. He said to call corporate. I called corporate and was told they will share my experience but it would take 48 hours before anyone would get in touch with me. Another week has gone by and again no call back from corporate, district manager or even the general manager of this location. Still no refund. I am BEYOND upset with the customer service with this company. As far as I'm concerned this is theft. You can not take a customers money and not give the items promised and then make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund back. I've never had a harder time with any food establishment. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Wingstop will never get another dime from us. Totally unacceptable business practices. If you cannot give your store managers the authority to give refunds for online orders you should not offer online orders. PERIOD.

Wingstop customer service and food

This is my second attempt to give Wingstop a chance. I asked for crispy wings and did not receive. After waiting 25 minutes. $13 is a lot to pay for an 8-piece lunch, nevertheless not the way you wanted and to get poor service on top of it. The cashier had no resolution instead, she debated with me...poor service! This is the second time I may add that this is happened to me at this location.

Wingstop 10 lemon pepper wings

Hello I ordered a 10 piece combo from you guys today well from a location in Union City and I specifically asks for extra crispy when I received my order which was late I ordered this through doordash my chicken was not cooked at all it was really soggy I am not sure what really happened or the confusion at the restaurant but it was not OK please fix it

Wingstop 15 classic combo lemon pepper

15 classic combo lemon pepper

My order was Saturated with oil I had to take the wings out of the basket and place paper towels to absorb all the oil that was saturated at the bottom of my Wing . It was so much oil that I complain about it to the manager he said that's the way it is I always get lemon pepper chicken and never have I seen so much oil I even took pictures of House soak the wings were with oil .

Wingstop horrific (needs to be fired) customer service

On 9/28, I placed an order online. When I got to Wingstop, it wasn't anywhere to be found. (After looking at my online receipt after leaving, I caught an error that the so-called manager and his manager didn't even catch; right city, wrong state.)

When the guy kept telling me that they had no record of my order, I asked how I would be compensated for the error. He said I could have my money back "more food...whatever." Initially, I was fine with the food.

When he asked me what my order was, I handed him my phone so that he could see it. He said, "You need to write it down. I'm busy." RUDE. That's when I asked who his manager was because he had already debated with me about the order in the first place (remember, I showed him my phone and he didn't see that it was another state and I didn't notice it either until after leaving).

I waited for about 10 minutes without him explaining what exactly I was waiting for. When I asked, he said that he was waiting to call his manager; he took calls and orders during this time.

He finally asked for his manager's number (by yelling for it to another staff member) and got his manager on the phone. After a few minutes, he then switched over to Facetime. I said *several times* that I needed his manager's number. The guy kept blowing me off. I reached to get the same highlighter to write down the number and he said, "Reaching all over the counter and ----" to which I replied, "I guess we're all being unprofessional tonight." (Still very calm at this point; the staff can vouch for that.)

When his manager asked to speak with me, I took the phone and walked away from the counter (because it was crowded). The "manager" said, "Don't be goin' nowhere with my phone...come back here with my phone." (What do I want with your phone?!) I said, "I'm stepping right here so I can hear." He said again, "Don't be walkin' off with my phone" (SMH) and I pointed to where I was going and he said, "Alright" (not happy about it, though).

His manager got the information he needed and I gave the guy back the phone. I said, again, about three times that I needed to speak with his manager and he said, "OK, I got you" but *never* told the manager and never gave him the phone back while he was on the line.

After giving me back my money, I said, "I still need his phone number." He yelled back to a staff member for it and said the first three numbers. I asked for that same highlighter and he said, "Look, just put it in your phone." I said, "I'm asking for the pen because you just had an issue with me taking it." He shrugged and said, "Oh well." I said, "What is his [I know his name but I'm leaving it out on purpose] number?" and the manager said, "You got your refund, you good."

I then looked to the staff and asked them what the number was. You could tell they were conflicted. He said, "I'm the manager. Don't give her nothin'" and then looked at me again and said, "You good. Bye." WOW.

My response? "You're getting fired."

I left without my keys and went back to get them.

Again he said, "Don't give her nothin'" and again I said, "You're getting fired" to which he said, "So. I don't need this job" and by then I was HOT. My last words were "CLEARLY you don't!" and I left and called Wingstop's customer service line (which btw, only put in my report that the manager was rude and disrespectful until I asked them what exactly was in my report---make sure to always ask. The "gloss over approach" isn't going to work in this case).

I am now waiting for the manager's manager to call me back. According to Wingstop's "hotline", although complaints are routed immediately, they have no clue when someone will get back (again SMH). I'm giving it 72 hours. If the manager's manager doesn't handle this, I'll keep pushing until *someone* does because 1) I'm trying to figure out what kind of training this "manager" has to even be in that position (a couple of weeks ago, the same guy asked me my name five times in a row) and 2) I firmly believe that if he felt *that* comfortable being *that* rude, he's been that way with others...so the fact that he still has a job, let alone a management position, boggles the mind.

Wingstop poor customer service and not receiving what wasn’t paid for.

I online ordered the big night in bundle special from the Wingstop store off 1960 in spring. I was to recieve 25 wings, and 3 sides of ranch in my order. I picked up my order and drove home which was 20 minutes from the wingstop location. When I got home I opened my order get wings with no ranch. Ranch is the best part about eating wings. I called the store and asked if I could receive a discount the next time I come in to order. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. He said he would "ask his manager" he then came back to the phone and continued to say "we cannot give you a discount" I then asked to speak to a manager and he said hold on. He then said "the manager isnt here" after his manager "supposedly" said he couldn't give a discount? So there isn't a manager on duty during the dinner rush at 7:30 at night? I asked for the managers name in which he told me was Jose and that I would be coming to the store to speak to him. Besides all this, I did not recieve a receipt for my order, and have never had this bad of customer service in such an unprofessional manner. I will take my business elsewhere after I recieve a refund or some kind of compensation for the situation.

We went to the Portland Wingstop yesterday afternoon and came away disappointed.

The wife and I have been regular customers of this store for several years. We eat there or get a to go order at least once a month.

According to the staff you no longer offer potato salad or cole slaw. Fried corn is not a substitute for anyone trying to cut down on unhealthy fried foods.

Kudos to the staff as they are friendly and helpful.

Another customer we see there frequently is disabled and confined to a wheel chair. Due to her physical difficulties she sometimes leaves a mess. The staff has been especially helpful to her, going well beyond the call of duty to make her visits pleasant. They all deserve a pat on the one and all.

Thank you for having this comments page. Many businesses make it hard to connect with management. Now, if you can restore the salads to the menu...

Wingstop wait time/food quality/employee attitude

On September 1, 2018 I went to the wingstop in Storrs Connecticut, I ordered approximatley 70 wings and french fries as well. The employee who took our order said it would be 20 mintues. We waited over an hour...during this time several other patrons came into the restaurant..ordered, got their food and left as we sat and waited. No one came out to apologize for the wait..offer us drinks while we waited..nothing! after an hour I went up to the counter to ask how much longer and the employee gave me an attitude..when our food finally came out the wings were cold and the fries were old, cold and disgusting! I brought this to the employees attention and he offered to replace the fries..which he did..never offered to replace the wings. It was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. I will never go to another wingstop

Wingstop sanitation

I visited this store located on 87th st near Stony Island. I requested to sample the sauce. The cashier reported to the food prep area with no gloves and without washing her hands and retrieved two miniature /condiment cups. She dipped the exterior of the cup into the different sauces bringing the cups back to me with no sauce on the interior of the cup but on the outside of the cup. I ask her why she was expecting me to sample the sauces in the manner and she replied thats what corporate tells us to do. I requested to speak with a manager. The manager explained the same thing corporate doesnt allow the sauce as a sample to be inside the cup. I find this to be unsanitary due to the cup being handled on the outside by staff. I find it to be rude to expect me to lick the outside of a condiment cup. I refuse to spend anymore of my money in your establishment until this matter is remedied.

Wingstop food

I went to the Wingstop on Royal and N. Central and got the worst food ever the fries were hard and old most of the wings were fried so hard my family and I couldn't hardly eat them. I try to give this store another shot but they have proven to me over and over they can not be trusted to serve good food. The time before I complained about my driest I gave them back for fresh fries and I watched them give those same fries I had my hands on give them to someone else and when I complained the manager didn't seem very concerned NASTY people. I wish I could post the photo of my food.

Wingstop wings

I wanted to order wings I tried to use thier online menu and it felt like they really want to hide thief pricing. Really, who wants to create a login account to eat some wings ? I decided I'd call the store and the person who answered gave me three varying prices for the order. My query is When did Wingstop? Corporate didn't have prices and the boy who answered repeated he was sorry 8 times. Still no pricing . NEVER AGAIN BW3 here I come

Wingstop customer service

I ordered a 10 piece meal by phone and was quoted a 22 minute wait. After waiting 35 minutes, my meal was finally ready. The manager handed me my bag of food and a cup, but the cashier told us the soda fountain was broken. They had can sodas as replacements. Although I was disappointed by the wait and the fact that there was no diet, I inquired about the difference in size for sodas and I was told that's all they had. In my opinion, two sodas would have sufficed. However, I was told no. At that point, I asked for a refund on the soda and was told it would cost more. Even though I was already speaking to a manager, the cashier kept speaking to me in a very threatening manner. She was telling the soda fountain did not belong to your company. She said she needed to walk away before she got too upset. She was posturing. I couldn't believe all of this was happening and it was happening in front of the manager. That's when I asked for a refund for my whole purchase, which took a while too. Before I could leave, the cashier was telling me I should have just taken what I was giving. My experience at your establishment was horrible. I wonder who else I can tell to make sure you don't permit this to happen to any other customers.

Wingstop fries/wings

I ordered a 6 pc bone in wings with a side of fries the fries had to much seasoning in them and the wing were old and dry I love wingstop and never complaint about it but this has already happened a couple times before at this location I understand happening once or maybe twice but this is the 4th time this happens a waste of money you can't even enjoy the food

Wingstop food

what a shame. I ordered online for my wings to be ready at 4:45 p.m. My husband got there and they were not even started. So he waited. I had ordered the 25 piece bundle. When he got home, I only had two flavors, not three as I had ordered. There was NO sauce at all even though I was supposed to get three. The fries were soggy. The corn a bit stale. I was really looking forward to having a wingstop near my home but this first order was a mess.

Wingstop Owner

I am an employee but I would like to file a complaint anonymously I have never been so stressed on a job before working at Wingstop as a shift leader I've never had to run in homeschool or without a general manager assistant manager and the owner Bailey not being here to see what's going on in his store Billy wants to pay anyone any money employees coming in when they want to go as being late all the time nothing's being done I'm being mistreated differently than any other shift leader and I don't feel that it's right I have a family also

Wingstop management

My daughter was wronfully terminated. The sad part is she is not the only one. There have been several woman that were employeed at the Granite City Illinois 62040, that were mistreated because of their sexual orientation. He speaks to them with aggression, refuses to give them the same hours as the opposite sex. When asked Why? He response is I do what I want and nobody can do anything about it. I several past employess that are willing to make statements to this fact. The last incident is recorded on tape, my daughter was at work. When another employee arrived to ask why she wasn't on the schedule. The manager was outraged begin to use profanity. My daughter spoke up, he then fired her and called the police and said she was trespassing while on the clock. I'm not sure if anything can be done but this very upsetting that someone that represent your company speak to anyone like this. I was informed by law enforcement to contact a lawyer after viewing the recording. I hopefully that this matter can be resovled without involving a Lawyer.

Wingstop service

I ordered online and since there was a limit to how much money it was to pay in the restaurant I had to pay online there was a 25 dollar limit if I wanted to make an order . I ordered what I wanted and the balance was at 29.53 at the restaurant at Houston Main from Houston Texas. I called and wanted to cancel the order. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not yet received my money back.

I have called them 5 times already and they still have not yet returned the money even though the lady said it will be 6-7 days until I get the money back in my bank account. I called my bank and they have not yet heard anything about a wingstop return in my account.

It's been 3 weeks the manager from the franchise told me he was going to submit a form to help me get my money back. Ever since July 25, 2018 I have not yet received that money . How can I receive that money back?

Wingstop employees rude

I live in senior apts right behind wingstop so I walk with my dog. I have been going to that wingstop for 5 years. I always take my dog because they have a couple of picnic tables out in front. I will tie my dog and go inside order a 10 pc plain classic and a miller lite beer. No problem I get my dog water and I sit and drink my one beer and wait on my chicken. About a month ago I tie my dog as usual go in order my wings and my beer. I am 67 years old and the cashier asks me for my ID which I did not bring. She would not serve me. Said they could get a 500 dollars fine if she served me without me having an Id. I was so angry that I went home and complained.
