Messed up my order and did not do anything to fix it. The franchise owner acts as though they don't make mistakes. Refused to do a refund. And the owner proceeded to give me a lecture on customer service when it is clear he doesn't know the meaning. He told me there is nothing I could do about it.
I went to Wingstop on the 48th and baseline Road and I met this nice and respectful young lady she said her name was Maryam I would edge Wingstop to hire more people like her she is black respectful girl always smiling

I was so excited to order a party tray of wings and a onion mum for the saints game, cost me 45.00. Couldn’t eat them because they were cooked I old grease and the onion mum was cooked in old grease. Also the grease in the bottom of containers was disgusting. How horrible to bight in to something that you have to spit out . I’m so disappointed because I called that evening and the manager told me that fryers were just changed that day. I owned and worked in restaurants my entire life. I told him this and he did nothing and didn’t apologize either. Don’t waist your money on outback! Look at how dark these things were

I was hired as cashier at Wingstop on 184 w. foothill blvd #8, Monrovia, ca 91016 as part time! I bought my non slip shoes, and pants, because shirts are provided for you, filed out a W2 form. I went in on October 6, 2015 for my first training that was suppose to be from 11-5! I only worked 2 hours that day because the manager said it was slow today. Before I clocked out I got asked by Oliver Ocepedia if I had any problems that could prevent me from not working and I told him I was 6 months pregnant but my doctor said I can work this position and that me being pregnant has nothing to with my performance as a employee and even after the child is born Id still wanna work! He still sent me home. I came back two days later to ask if i I was going to get a schedule and Oliver told me that I went from being hired as part time to Temporary to now I am just on call. I mentioned that I'm still available and was wondering what the difference between part time to temporary was, he couldn't answer it, just kept saying we will call you. I waited a week before going back and asking if I could talk to him in private he said no that i could talk to him in the front desk where you take the orders so i proceeded with the questions, The first one was "If I could work night shift or early morning because I only got 2 hours worth of training and like more time to learn what I was hired for. He then told me that I wasn't working there anymore. I asked him why, and if it was because of my performance or me being pregnant and he said no! I asked why then he replied with because we have other workers to fill in your time. But outside there window they have 3 hiring signs saying they still need people for part time. I kept asking well why am i let go, he couldn't answer me that. I asked for my original W2 form back and he said they didn't have it there that day and to come back tomorrow for it. So not only did I think I was still working there for a week but that i had to walk in to there business to find out I'm let go and that it has nothing to do with my performance there or me being pregnant that just because. I asked for my original W2 form back and Oliver said they don't have it in the store or with them at all, I asked where it was and he didn't even know where it was but I had to come back tomorrow for it. When your let go they are suppose to give you the check then and there which they did not, he said it was to be mailed to me. I asked for corporate number, he said they don't have it, i asked for Nikki number who is the other manager that I interviewed with and he said he didn't have it and that she would call me. I asked for the general managers number and he didn't have it either, so i looked it up online. Why have 3 hiring signs if you have people that can fill in the positions, and how are you not going to have anything to give me, no check, no number to talk to, and no reason to let me go and how are you not gonna tell me I'm let go until I walk into the business a week later still trying to pursue the job?!?!? This was highly unprofessional. I was let go after he found out i was 6 months pregnant because before then they had no problems with me which is why they called me to hire me part time and gave me training for 2 hours! Nothing added up to why I was let go! I had 2 interviews before i was hired, then i only worked 2 hours when it was suppose to be from 11-5 and that i was sent home, first day of training after i told him the truth about being pregnant?! I will file a complaint and I will talk to corporate to pursue this because this was wrong in every way. Just because I am pregnant doesn't give you the right to just let me go with no probable cause!
To who it may concern, I was in your wing stop in port Isabel Texas to watch the Thursday night football game eating wings with beer and y'all closed before the game ended! I was told i could not watch the last 7 minutes of the game! That was my first time in a wing stop it was great food and nice cold beer but the reason I went in there was to watch the game! Something to think about don't close early on Thursday night, Monday night and Sunday night! I was so mad because the game was tied and very good and could not watch the out come!
