I recently emailed the Wingstop Corporate office about a complain and I received the following response:

"We apologize if you were not satisfied with the customer service you received at this location. At Wingstop, our guests are our number one priority and we are committed to providing the highest quality customer care.".

Great I thought, only to read later that since the store was owned by a franchisee they can't do anything about it and aren't really responsible.

Resolved

My visit to a Wingstop was the worse and I am not planning on eating at another. I visited the #1475 10/19/23 on my birthday. I ordered 20 wings and my order amount was $31.38. I ordered 7 Hot, 7 Hickory BBQ and 6 Garlic Parmesan. I contacted the store manager the next day concerning my visit at her location. The wings were not prepared properly.

The management hires a bunch of teenagers and then treat them horribly. They don't try to guide them they just work them like dogs. Then they talk to them badly. They let undocumented workers work there and take hours from the citizens they hired. Do not work for the Wing Stop in Lake Jackson Tx.

the wings were not all the way cooked the wing stop was out of ranch also no soda was available the wing stop number is 10044 This is horrible business how can you run a business and they are out of everything and my wings weren't well done as I asked

My husband and I were patrons at 595 Piedmont Ave, Atlanta Ga on 10-13-2023 around 6 pm. We ordered the 15 piece meal to go. The bone in wings were not fried thoroughly, corn old and the fries were not fresh. It was a horrible meal experience.

10/13/2023 Host kobe, terrrible customer service skills needs to be retrained

store was dirty including windows. also wings were not cooked to my order specifications . should have taken them back, ending up not eating product.

On 09/19/23 I placed an online order for 10pc mix & match original hot. When I picked up order and got back to office my order had 5 bone in and 5 boneless. For my complaint I received a free order of fries, why would I want that when they come with a meal. Please submit a partial refund

The store in Clifton (Cincinnati, OH).

First of all, I ordered online and they said it would be ready in 28-33 minutes but it took about an hour.

Secondly, the entire order was wrong. I ordered 10 wings and received 8. I didn't get my fries and one of the flavors were wrong.

Last but not least, I did not get a receipt.

On 3/6/2023 at 4100 N Portland Ave Oklahoma City OK, 73112 Phone: [protected]. I got a 10 piece wings. 5 mild and 5 lemon pepper and an order of the cajun corn. I also dipped them in ranch. I got food poisoning very shortly after. It started with gas and then i have been throwing up and diarrhea. Abdominal pain and cramps.

It appears that your company does not want to make profit when a restaurant refuses to take an order over the phone and the website has no entry for a credit card number. An order was to be placed from the Hosptial I work at for the employees that evening and could not be done unless someone went there .

Disgusting. The cashier was spitting in the trash can while taking my order. Both employees swearing loudly while making my food. Female employee “FaceTiming” instead of making my order.

I received my chicken sandwich raw! I used a 10$ gift card I had to pay for it and the rest using my Visa card. I want a full refund.!

I ordered my food at 12 noon it was then sent to a door dasher two hours later we still didnt get food and I ended up going to pick it up from the store. Heavenly told me she would contact door dash and get the delivery fee refunded. I still dont see a refund.

I placed an order online for $25.16. I never received my order by delivery. I ordered from the Wingstop website. Order number#[protected]. My order was never delivered to my home. I have been trying to get this resolved asap.

wingstop today shorted me 2 wings, brought to attention of cook, really didn't care. cashier while ordering consistently told me bone in said bone out 3 times. wanted to sell me ranch for extra $ told cashier 4 times no, she insisted the wings needed ranch. all 3 associates seemed very much detached from reality. pioneer parkway arlington texas. cashier needs social skills. she is not a good first impression or last. i now see all the numerous complaints towards wing stop, with very few resolved. wing stop needs to go away.

The wings were gross, cold and overcooked. They tasted like maybe they had been in the warmer for a long period of time

I tasted one and it was all dried out. No flat.

So the wings taste like wet chicken feders and it's they need clean it before cooking it make sure there's no feders make sure it has a good taste and the whole restaurant looks so dirty the restrooms are so disgusting they really need to be clean the tables and chairs need to be clean the soda machine needs to be clean to thankyou

I went in after a long day at work with my family of 4. Ordered a family meal. Waited a hour for my order. I told them the order was for here meaning I was dining in. And they bagged my food to go & it was super cold

No ice for drinks ...serving flat soda...worker said they have been out of ice for two days ...placed an online order that took almost an hour . Slow service and lousy customer service ..dont go here at all it's at 5228 Aldine mail route in Houston tx

I placed an order at 3:44 pm on October 5. I am at the store. 30 minutes later I am still waiting on my order. No apology. No acknowledgement that my order is over 30 minutes. employees are standing around in the back talking.

Our order was not right we we're missing several items. We called back when we got home spoke to the most rude crude and socially unacceptable gentleman. Was not willing correct the mistake made it sound like it was are fault.
I'm out the money for the missing items. They didn't even offer any form of reimbursement.
Will never go there again!

I was eating at wing stop, in Corsicana Texas... I had to wave my hand around, to keep the flies off my food .wings tasted bad.drank a Budweiser, it was warm.the table was nasty.

I placed a call- in order at wingstop on Mobberly in Longview, Tx...10 piece lemon pepper bone-in combo..picked up order and got home open bag I had boneless wings..I was so upset unfrustrated with not only wingstop but myself because I normally check my order...fries were cold...it was a terrible experience overall..

Came to wingstop and had 5 employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing while 6 customers including me was waiting for their food orders. Have a picture if you need to see it.

I have order wingstop 2 times this week and both times I have been highly disappointed with the product of my wings they are so oily and barely seasoning, my fries are burnt and I love wingstop and order frequently but the last times have been so disappointing I don't know if I will be returning to the location in garland or mesquite

Wingstop corporate decided to start cooking corn in with the fries and now it's altering the flavor and it taste like... So happy it's Thursday.

Whoever at corporate did this in my opinion is a you know what and doesn't have any sense and should be fired for coming up with this genius idea.

I had gone to Wingstop located in Temple Texas the store number is #253 at 7:43 pm. I walked in and one of the crew members named Chance Hassell refused to take my order, the turned around and started talking about me as a customer to the manager named Crystal where I could hear them. Then after I finally got to order another employee under the name of Leo Connis walked up to chance and crystal to talk about me with them. When Leo Connis was leaving he made the comment to me directly where the other customers could hear him tell me "We don't serve [censor], get the [censor] out" While he was banging his flashlight against his leg, I have never felt so offended or disrespected and threatened in my life as a customer. I contacted the manager on duty who happened to be crystal and lied saying that the employees named above were not there at all. I asked for the corporate number and she had refused to give me the number. I am very displeased if it isn't handled accordingly (Termination) I will be looking into some legal action to take place for store 253.

Terrible customer service which other employees beside managers are told is unacceptable if you are assistant manager or general you can be as miserable as you want corsicana got mice might want to treat employees better that's why service so bad because they slave them people for seven dollars an a 15 minute break but if you have sexual relations with all the cooks you got a job forever despite nasty [censored] attitude

I just experienced the most hostile and unprofesional phone contact I ever in life from the 47 w division location in chicago: the manager there by the name of shawn all but cursed at me, because I found a piece of grill cleaner or hair in my food. the guy told me I should've taken a photo of it and that I had no right to call the next morning ensenuating that I was frauding him... wing stop is not as cusomer friendly as I thought.. or is it just mr. shawn people? I lost$15.92 due to this guys bad attitude...

Called in today about 545 to place a to-go order for 30 wings bone-in and I asked for them to be all flat the lady whos' name is nicole that answered the phone rudely said to me "we cant give you 30 all flat, I can give you 20 all flat and 10 bone in, I then asked her why that was when they are on the menu and she said"because that's to many to put in at a time so I said "okay never mind". I then spoke to an old employee that i'm friends with that was a manager at one time and she said to place the order online that she isnt' allowed to tell me that. I placed the order online & went to pick it up the same lady nicole looked at my receipt and said "so even after I told you that we could'nt do 30 wings all flat you still went and placed it online, with a very bad attitude. I responded saying"yes because I was told by an old employee that I was able to receive 30 wings all flat that you aren't able to tell me that." had a very bad experience and will never go back again.

Terrible customer service at wingstop #0330 5342 rufe snow drive ste [protected]- ordered a 20 piece boneless wings witt 3 flavors (take out). they gave me bone in. did not realize until I arrived home. this is around the 4th time this happened, called to complain - since no one eats bone in in my household. shift supervisor said all he could do is offer me 10% off on my next order or visit. ask for the manager or owner name - said that is confidential information. called the next day and spoke with an assistant manager - said there is nothing they could do. I will never go back to this location. as a matter of fact I am going to call immigration and customs agents to come and check the green cards of the employees there.

Do not do business here.

I visited wingstop store on friday july 1st, at 18101 preston rd. dallas (corner of preston and frankford), food and customer service really suck. do not eat the food or do business there... I picked up my order about 11 pm after placing it in person at the location. food quality was very poor: hickory smoked bbq boneless chicken was too hot (spicy) and not edible and lemon pepper was dry and hard to chew. french fries were cold.
I called the restaurant the next day in the morning and spoke with theo, introduced himself as the manager and explained the situation to him which was complete waste of time. during the conversation he never apologized or tried to resolve my issue. he called me a liar and ridiculed me when heard my complaint. he told me to bring the food back if I want any resolution because he wants to use it for training purposes. I said the food was discarded and he replied that's your problem. I asked him again either to replace my order or refund my money but he refused and replied back with "take your f*ing complaint somewhere else and hang up the phone. he refused to give his supervisor name and contact information after calling back him and told him I would report him then he replied... call f*ing corporate and hang up the phone.
I called wingstop customer service and reported my experience with food and manger to customer service rep and she assured me a district manager or the owner would call and follow up as soon as possible. I am waiting on the call back.

I place an order at Wingstop Rowlett TX at 10:40pm. My husband arrived at 10:55pm to pickup order. When he arrived home and I realized the order was nothing close to what I ordered I immediately called Wingstop but I got no answer. I called back the following day and spoke with the Manager and I was told he would put a credit on the books for the $17.95 I was due. I called to place an order to replace the messed up order and was told my "Zuri" that there was no credit and there would be nothing she could do to help me and she hung up. I called back and asked for number to the Corporate and the name of the store manager. I later found out the name I was given for the store manager was a lie. After Zuri gave me the inaccurate information she immediately hung up again. I called corporate and filed a complaint with Sammy and was told I would get a call back. I called back and said to Zuri there was no need for her to hangup in my face and that I wanted to place an order anyway. She said I need to wait on the manager and hungup again. I proceeded to go to the store to place the order. After Zuri was still rude I pulled my phone out and recorded how I was being treated so that I could share it with her manager. When Zuri realized she was being recorded she called the police on me. Well the police showed up and spoke with other witnesses and realized I had don't nothing wrong they left and didn't ask me to leave. While I was speaking with the manager "Aldolpho" Zuri walks and say to me "I guess you think you can just come in here and talk ### about me" and yes she did this in front of the manager. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from the store or the corporate office. I was a very frequent customer at this location but I will NEVER go to Wingstop again.

Went to go eat there an got the buffalo wings and fries . The wings were OK but the fries had way to much salt. 25 minutes later my chest started hurted and hurts to breath .

Hello on February 22nd 2016 I arrived at the wing stop here in Macon Georgia I got there about 6:20 p.m. place my order at 6:30 p.m. my food was ready at 10 minutes till 8 p.m. and the lady at the cash register she was real nice she help me with my food because I am disabled but I did tell her this I will never go back here there was people coming in after me did placed an order and got their order and left me they just skipped all over me I guess because I was disabled who knows that timing is messed up but I won't be going back and I wish you all the luck in the world
