Wingstop 2 wings and fries combos

Over a month ago after waiting over 30 minutes for an order I called in advance to only received substandard burnt wings and fries from wing stop in Perris Ca. I immediately called in as soon as I got home and open my dis-satisfactory food purchase. The manager told me I could not get a refund and instructed me to call the general manager Claudia Rodriguez who was off that day. I left a message for her to call me and I waited 2 days and no reply. I called again and left another message and no reply again. I then called the number that receives the calls before the actual Perris wing stop gets the calls. I told them that I was trying to get a refund and was unable to reach the general manager. I had them send an email to manager Rodriguez regarding my refund. I called back 2 days later and finally spoke to manager Rodriguez. She told me she could not give me a refund. I asked her if she had checked her email in the past 2 days? She hug up on me and did not return my call. I called back to the reception from wing stop and spoke to the person that helped me. She had to call wing stop n Perris and was told by manager Rodriguez I hug up on her. The reception agent knew I did not hang up on Rodriguez because I had spoke with her on more thhan 2 occasions and had been on hold with her that same day for over 20 min. and did not hang up. I informed her that she was sent an email regarding my refund and she should look at her mail. She came back to the phone and informed me she was leaving shortly and I could only get my refund from her. I asked her when she would be in and she told me that I would have to call everyday because she does not have a set schedule. Every time I would call and leave a message I never once got a call back. I finally got in touch with her 3 weeks ago. She said I could come in for my refund. She told me she had to call her manager because she was not authorized to give me a refund without approval. She said it should take 10 min. or so. Her supervisor usually gets beck to her quickly. I said okay, please take my number once again and call me hen you hear from your supervisor and I will return. I came back over an hour later and she was gone. No call or anything. I left my number again and went shopping across the street for almost another hour and no call. As I am half way home she calls me and ask me if I'm still in the area? I told her no but I will come back. I get to the wing stop and she asks for my debit card. I told her she could give me cash because it was a debit purchase. She said she could not do that. I asked her to be sure to check and make sure the card was the same one I used to make the purchase. She assured me the numbers matched. She said it could take 5-10 days for the refund to be returned to my card. A few days passed and no refund . I checked to see what card I used and I was not the same card she took. I called back to let her know the wrong card was processed and she still to this day has not called me back. I left several messages and no response. I have made over 5 calls to wing stop complaint department and no one has called me. I spoke with the wing stop reception and made complaints and no one has called me. I want my refund and compensation for all of the stress and time this situation has taken from me. Please respond to me. I have photos of the food. It is horrible!

Wingstop 15 mix and match wings

On March 27, 2018, I ordered 8 mild (classic) and 7 hickory smocked bbq (boneless) wings.
When we arrived home, the bag was all wet and the sauces had came out. The person who packed the wings had put them upside down.
All the wings, classic and boneless, were extremely dry. It seemed that they were 2-3 days old chicken. It was really hard to eat them.
We were expecting to have a nice dinner, but instead, we had a very bad experience.

Wingstop 10 piece wing combo

I order from wing stop on 62 street and 6 ave at least 3 to 4 times a week. Today I place a order for a 10 wing combo. Once I received the order the wing was fried so hard and they look as if they were freezer burnt. I call the store and asked to speak with a manager which the manager never response to the call.I call back again to speak with manager to only be placed on hold then hung up on.This Wing Stop customer service is nonexistence and the only reason I frequently returned is because it the only wing stop within the next 7miles. So I usually pick up my order and get out of there as soon as possible.

Wingstop product

I went to Wing stop in Gonzales Louisiana Sunday March 25, 2018 around 8:30 in the evening and ordered 50pc wings all Louisiana rub
Cajun fries not the sweet fried 2 honey dipping sauce 2 ranch sauce and order 3 extra ranch sauce order was 62.32. When I got home I had 50 wings just fried plain not fresh, left over hard cold sweet fries not the Cajun seasoning fries NO dipping sauce, No veggie sticks, I call for a manager the employee told me he couldn't talk he was outside I told the employee what happen he told me he couldn't replace my wings only fries and sauce and veggie sticks. This isn't the first time this happen on the evening shift no problem on the day shift. Please correct this problem with your employees this is not professional. This is too much money to be spending for cold nasty food if you need to contact me

Wingstop wingstop belton, tx

Called in to place a order and was put on hold for 15min no one ever came back to the phone. Decided to come to the store while I was still on hold and asked to speak with the manager. She asked if we could just come to in instead of calling. The whole situatuon was unprofessional and could be handled better. Other customers where unhappy with their service as well. Wing stop belton will no longer be reciving our families service.

Wingstop feathers left on chicken

To Whom It May Concern,
I️ placed a online order today to pick up at the Wingstop location in Lakewood CA . When I️ got home to eat my order I️ noticed very long feathers still on one of the chicken wings. I️ went ahead and called the store and explained how disgusted I️ was to even resume eating my meal. the young lady on the phone put me on hold then came back and apologized told me on the next order I'd get 20% off . I️ asked why my next order and if I️ could get just my chicken replaced she proceeded to tell me not to sound rude but it is chicken and chickens do have feathers. That definitely didn't help the situation and she said that I️ could only get 5 wings and not the 10 wings I️ originally paid for I️ asked to speak to a manager who never got on the phone. I️ explained to the young lady I️ would like a new order of chicken and she agreed to change the order. Once I️ got to the location I️ instantly felt uncomfortable for even asking for a new meal they immediately took the chicken and all began laughing no one ever Came back out never saw the manager and when I️ received the new chicken the employees were all huddled together and laughing. I️ felt a sense of embarrassment when I️ didn't even do anything wrong . I️ definitely won't be eating at that location again or even possibly not eat at Wingstop at all. This was the poorest and rudest customer service I️ve ever had and I'm very disappointed.

Wingstop service

I'm so upset at Mundelein's Wing Stop.! Be careful when ordering food there. They just tried to have me pay for an order they messed up on. I'm so hurt since this is one of our favorite places to eat wings at, until I ran into Jay the manager there... I called to order 30 traditional wings as usual. When picking up the order, Jay said "you are here to pick up 30 boneless wings?" I said "No" I ordered "30 wings with bones." He said no you didn't, I took the order "and began arguing with me. I said"obviously it was a misunderstanding. But I do remember the person I talked to over the phone had a very soft voice and I could barely hear him. An employee approached my husband and said that he is willing to correct the order and it will take 12 minutes. We said "that is perfect!"as he walked back to fix the order the manager yells at him not to do it until we pay for the 30 boneless wings and continued to insist we pay even in front of another customer, and Really why would I pay for something I did not order. it was your mistake jay! rude and unprofessional he is! Terrible "manager"!
So we just ended up walking out with nothing! What a waste of time driving there!😡

Wingstop unethical behaviour

This incident, happened on 03/29/18, i, antonio crisantos, placed an order on phone at 9:56 pm was told 18 min. Arrived to pay at 10:12 pm and the cashier, jacquelina after fighting with me about veggie sticks I asked to substitute she said no, of course I understood, and just asked for the veggies to not be placed in the bag, I payed and sat down more people arrived and left before me that placed an order there, I see a bag they never called out my order was sitting up there and me waiting like 40 min I asked how much longer for my order? She picked up the bag I have been looking at since I arrived and handed it to me, I replied "are you kidding me? That bag has been sitting up there since I got here!" this is after I waited 24 min extra trying to be understanding if they were busy. I don't get an apology, I get a response of the cashier "its not my fault" I grabbed the bag and left, only to find out when I get home there is no fries that I have ordered, returned to the restaurant requested my fries, from the same cashier, jacquelina, and asked if I wanted a refund or my fries, I replied "I just want my order right, I have never had so many mistakes and I order every week" I always order the 30 piece crew pack, she gave me my fries, I left again after her and an attitude, never once did I receive an apology, and recommend highly that action for this intolerable actions is taken against this employee from wingstop #0437 on 3326 n. Western chicago, illinois. This is unacceptable behavior, and wish for you to contact me at [protected]@gmail.com on how this matter was resolved.

Wingstop customer service

I called to place an order for pick up service. A memeber on the team answered and asked me if I could hold. I told the person on the other end yes I will hold. I could hear other things going on but they never returned to take my order. I was on hold for 9 mins and no-one came to the phone so I hung up. Poor customer service skills. I understand they could have been busy but my hold time was way too long.

Wingstop food and customer service

My name is Gwendolyn McKnight. Today 02/24/2018 was my very first time eating from Wingstop, 3880 Gosford Rd Ste 100, Bakersfield, CA‎ . I would love to supply a store number but no paper receipt was given. Due to sickness, I am unable to drive so I placed the order online approximately 3:29.. The confirmation screen for my order confirmed the order would be ready at 3:56. My daughter went to pick up the order and waited almost 30-40 minutes. My daughter kept asking about the order and was repeatedly told a few more minutes. The food my daughter was waiting for was sitting on the counter the entire time and no one bothered to tell her it was ready and getting cold. We liv about 12 minutes away. When my daughter arrived home, the food was cold, it was sauce all over the bottom of the bag.. the original wings look as if they were thrown into the container.. very sloppy. The fries were so cold they were hard to chew. I tried to reheat by microwave but that did no good, so I called the store asking to speak to a supervisor.. I was immediately placed on hold! Someone came back to the phone and once again I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was hung up on... I called again and stated if I can't speak to a supervisor, I'd like the number for corporate. A person who could barely speak English answered. I stated my case and voiced my disappointment. He listened but did not give feedback. I said this is my first time eating at Wingstop and it will be my last! At this point.. he said that it's my choice and I hung up. You simply don't treat people as if they don't matter when they are spending their money into your business. Whole experience.. Pathetic!

Wingstop food

The food was horrible. I've never spent $30 on food and wasn't satisfied. The boneless wings were hard. The lemon pepper sauce ran all over my fries and they were soggy. I did a to go order and they didn't put my fries in a closed container. They use the container that's used when you eat in, my fries were all over the bag. I'll never eat wing stop again. Very disappointed. 😖😩🤦🏾

Wingstop customer service and disgusting food area. I have pictures.

Called in to order on my way to Wingstop. Was on hold up until I pulled up too the parking lot. Was told by David Lovato the DM he is the only one doing a million things by himself. The store was empty except for him and a cook. Them I placed my order and was told 18-25 mins. When I asked what happened to the 14 mins he said that's not for bone in. Them I waited for 35 mins. Checked my order and didn't get it right. So the cook took it and three on cheese. I was like really? Took a picture of it as well. The place os disgusting food all over the kitchen floor and the dining room area. I asked for a refund after wasting my time. He said you can have your money or order not both.I didn't want both but would have loved not to have wasted my time giving this place another try after 6 months. Will not be going back. I'm livid cause my family really likes the food here but the customer service and messed up orders are not being fixed. The reviews for this place says it all. It really needs to not have the wingstop name.

Wingstop horrible customer service and unacceptable service. poorly run

We were told we had to pick up order at exactly 4:30 PM today and we are still waiting an hour and a half later to get our food. A friend of ours called their order in last night, were told to be there at 4 PM and they are still waiting at 5:30. They have wall-to-wall people furious because their food is not ready. This is a poorly run establishment and there are too many other wing restaurants in the city that can handle Super Bowl Sunday. This is utterly ridiculous and I want a refund for our inconvenience not a gift card. It has ruined the Super Bowl for us and for our party. I will never use this establishment again. Sadly the company keeps getting complaints and does nothing about it. I'm done. Buffalo Wings and DBos, never have this issue and they have my business. This happened last year and I decided to give them a second chance. No thirds sorry. Poorly run and business ethics stink.

After finally getting home, guess what, ? Half the food was missing that we ordered but we did have a ton of other stuff that we didn’t order. Had to go back to the store to get the order straight. It is now, 2 hours past time order was guaranteed. Excuse me, when we were told to be there at 4:30 on the nose. My husband is so mad, he will be disputing.

Wingstop bad rude customer service

Today I order the 24 piece family pack from the 1445 W. Pleasant run road Lancaster Texas store. I was very disappointed when I arrived back home to notice that they forgot to give me my 3 dip ranches. I called the store and let them know and they passed me to the supervisor. I told her my situation and instead of her saying sorry come back to the store and pick them up. She gave me a rude additute and said no I did put them in the bag. I couldn't believe how rude she was to me. I told her if that was true I wouldn't be calling. I then told her I was going to make a complaint and asked her her name and she wouldn't give it to me. She instead said just come to the store and I'll give you 5 ranches. I then told her that I would have to send my brother to go get them because I could not leave my toddler alone. When my brother came back with only 3 ranches and still they wouldn't hover him the supervisor name. I am very upset and disappointed how I was treated. They seriously need better supervision.

Wingstop I am complaining about the management located here in tallahassee, florida 32301

Hello, my name is Katelyn C. Faust, I am 19 years old, and I depend on your corporation for my living. I am working at your west Tennessee location located in Tallahassee Florida, when a customer complained on me, which resulted into my termination. Typically he say she say always should get denied, and I did exactly what I was supposed to, after receiving the call, I told Mary Massey, (the manager on shift) that she was rude on the phone, and watch out upon arrival. The fact that she threatens to meet me when I'm supposed to clock out, and Chris Saam knew this as I was telling him on the phone, he did not care. Now, im unemployed, and for no reason. I would like to speak with someone over him and his mother, this is unjustified and not fair. In the end I just want my job, don't even want to turn this into a legal matter, but I feel like I'm forced to because I am the third employee to be unfairly terminated. Wingstop wing meal

I placed an order on the phone and was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. When I got there the employee asked if he could help I said yes. I told him my name. And he said I told you your order wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes". I said no I was told 25 minutes" he said that is 31.00. I said I was told 26.00 " he said no" I gave him my card and he charged. He handed me receipt and it wasn't my order. After he fixed that he went and got my order ready and brought it to me and just walked away. I looked inside and there was one box and an order of fries. I called him over and said I had two orders" he said it is all in that box" I said it is two separate orders" he said one is one top of the other one " I said I made two separate orders for a reason. All he said was its all there ma'am. So I got home and was very disappointed. I had an order of fries that had about 18 French fries in it that looks like left overs. And 2 orders of wings crammed into one little box.

Wingstop chicken wings and french fries

I am a resident in St Louis Missouri & each & Everytime we order Wingstop the wings are soggy and undercooked the same for the fries that they fail to season. The fries are horrible please change them asap. But this particular Friday St Louis was expecting an Ice Storm which it had began to rain but not freeze. I called around 6pm to place my order & was hung up on about 3times before I got an answer. When I finally did get an answer the young lady asked me to hold. When I tell you the hold lasted all of 18entire minuets I'm not lying because my iPhone was counting them. Now the young lady finally came back to the phone to take my order which went fine but I had to call back to ask for extra sauce & this time the young lady answered that they are closing due to the weather. I said ok we already ordered our food she said ok just come now because we're closing due to the weather. So we went to get our food which was not prepared the way I ordered it. I asked for the wings to be cooked crisp because they're known to be soggy. And our fries were not seasoned which is needed on those God awful fries. Not to mention these kids were so excited about getting to close down early they didn't ask for payment. Of course it was wrong but I didn't offer it either due to the rough time I had even placing my order. Not to mention the food was below average. I wish these predominantly Black restaurants would take more pride in the quality & service of their products & we wouldn't be vindictive when they make mistakes such as forgetting to ask for the payment 🙃🙃

Hello Wing Stop, I'm writing to you about yesterday 2/4/18 Super Bowl Sunday. My name is David and I put my order in on Saturday 2/3/18. I was hoping that when I came to pick it up it would be ready at 5:00 pm. It was, but they said they could not give me all flats I understood. Then I had to wait as they cook some more chicken I guess. I waited and then someone brought my order out. Now I had paid $27- $28 and all I received was two small boxes of the chicken I ordered. I was suppose to get Fries, Dipping Sauce, and Celery sticks. For that amount of money it just is not right. When I got to my friends house this was all that I had. I was not going back to town, because it was way to crowded. I felt ashamed saying how could they have mess that order up. I realize that during Super Bowl Sunday is probably one of your busy days. Just doesn't add up.This is not right. I could have bought a whole chicken for $27-$28 and had plenty left. Wingstop customer service/ wrong order

Every single time I call I'm on hold for 10 min or more. They always give me my wrong order if is not one thing is another. And when i go back to ask for the correct items, they act so rude and careless. Today at 10:38 was one of those occations, they gave me the wrong sauce I went back and the guy that was working the front had the nerves to get loud with me because i told him that this happens all the time he started clapping and told me multiple times BYE BYE BYE.

Wingstop wingstop/ telephone etiquette and professionalism

I called on 5 Jan 2018 around 11:15 to place an order over the phone. I called the location at 25 NW 16th Ave in Gainesville, FL. The guy picks up the phone and says, " Its someone from the Army Reserves calling". I'm Army Active Duty and yes I work at a Reserve Center which is still irrelevant to my call. He is still not acknowledging me on the phone and is still talking to another guy in the background yelling, "Its the Army Reserve Center, someone from the Army". The guy in the background says something that I didn't understand and the guy on the phone says, " Oh ok, later Mr. President" then hangs up. I called right back and the phone rang almost ten times before someone answered and it was a female. She put me on hold almost 5 min, then another guy answers and finally takes my order...I don't care for a refund or discount, but it should be brought to the employees attention that this type of behavior is unacceptable. If paying customers decide to stop coming there, they don't have a job.

Wingstop food & service

I have been to Wingstop before always enjoyed it until today I took my dad we got the boneless wings and his fries were so salty you couldn't eat them the chicken they were so small in the 4-Piece and one of my four piece chicken was a whole tender so I had three little pieces of chicken and 1 big tender which made no sense so I go up to get to go boxes because they were fried so hard that you couldn't hardly chew them so I'm going to give them to the outside cats the gentleman working the counter asked me how everything was and I just shook my head and told him not good you would think he would say what can I do to make it right he just looks at me and goes back to the back to eat and pull up his pants that were hanging below his butt cheeks so from now on I believe we are done with Wingstop
