winferno software / will not answer phone line to request my refund

I did not need to software due to the fact that my husband has puschase norton 360 for both computer already, which I didn't know. When I found out on Feb 1, 2010, the same evening I purchase this one, I've been on hold and hung up on. I started feb 1, 2010 @ 1730 central time trying to get a refund, until 0200 hrs Feb.2, 2010. I started again on Feb. 2, 2010 @ 1730 hrs. and it now 2033 hrs. I've been put on hold 3 different times. I have on phone line that's been on hold now for 4 hrs and 3 mins.
All I want is a refund of my $98.00.

Where do I have to go to get my refund?
Would someone PLEASE CALL ME, AND GIVE ME MY REFUND.
