Windsor Blue review: windsor blue superkings

I buy between 200-400 cigs a week. On a pack I've opened 1 of the cigs is unsmokable. The butt is unwrapped not completely but enough so I can't smoke it and I dare not even attempt to smoke it due to this. I'm disabled and not able to enjoy my smoke and shouldn't even have to write a complaint to you about your products. They shouldn't leave the factory in this way and be allowed to go on sale. This is very poor quality control. Something needs to be done to compensate this. It's beyond a joke that this cigarette has left the factory really. I want more then just a sorry. Why should I buy this and not be able to smoke it!
