Windmill Pools / Bad service
I hope everyone considering purchasing a in ground pool will take the time and read this. I had saw a add in the Dallas Morning News that offered discounts for Model Pools. I contacted the phone number and set up a appointment for Chris to come make a sales presentation. I might add that this was the only time Windmill Pools had upheld their word. Community Credit Union (Viewpoint Bank) has a advertisement on Windmill Pools web site and we are members so we signed the loan papers. It has been 48 days since excavation began. No one has worked on our pool in over 5+ weeks. They will not tell us when they will start work on it again. Their slogan is one or two weeks. I will add they have their money and we are ready to make our second payment to CCU.Mike and Chris (the owners) are the worst service people I have seen in all my life. We have been told many lies as to when, why and if they will finish our pool. I am hesitant to put my name on this email with thoughts that they may never finish until I hire a Lawyer. I will come back and write the ending….If you are looking to buy a pool, keep looking and save yourself some major headaches.
