Wilson Paving Ltd. review: Incomplete paving job ignored

Last summer (2015) , we had our driveway paved by wilson paving, excellent job. Perfectly finished edges so my scooter can easily go off and on between the driveway and yard. The following month, durham region ripped up this brand new driveway, but offered to pay to have it totally repaved. It was suggested not to pave it until the spring of 2016. Under the supervision of carlos, wilson paving came the end of may and did a terrible job. When they tore up the driveway, the beginning of may, they did not roll it. We had to remind them that is was not rolled, before they started to pave.In the middle of the job, the crew suddenly packed up and left. One side of the driveway wasn't even rolled and was six inches short in width not lining up with the curb with a very wide trench not allowing my scooter to transfer from driveway to yard without taking out the bottom gears. Two people came over an hour later to finish the job but didn't have enough paving materials to finish it properly and they did a terrible job on that one side. The driveway is starting to cave as it is not wide enough to for a second car to back out onto our court without driving on the grass or for a passenger to get out of their vehicle safely (6-inch wide trench). The sides were not finished smoothly, lots of indentations. Contacted guy lamarca early june re complaints who promised to come by many, many times but never did. Late july, tony finally sent dave over to look at the job, who promised to discuss the problem with tony and get back to me. Never happened. After several emails, tony augello contacted me mid october & came to look at the job. He understood our issues & agreed to extend the width the following week. No one showed up, but tony promised they were coming to do the job & cancelled three times the night before. Nothing has been done to this very day... December 27, 2016. Unfortunately, durham region has paid wilson paving for the terrible job, so now that they have their money, we have nothing to work with and no one cares. As senior citizens on a fixed pension, we cannot afford to have our driveway repaved again. So, we are s. O. L.
