Willie Ray Meadows of St. Vincent De Paul Village Village Place apartments located at 32 17th Street Apt 321 San Diego, Ca 92101 is able to control the management there. This man has several drug felonies. According to Sonya in unit 305, he is a crack dealer and crack head. This man seduces women in the building, then when he's tired of them. he complains to Erica Jardine the housing manager to arrange an illegal eviction. This African American Ape moved into the unit in 2012 and colludes with another ape woman next door to him in unit 320 named Lorraine. She is a drug user and extremely insane, This woman attacks people, breaks neighbors windows in the middle of the night and is busted for selling drugs on St. Vincent's property yet this ape is never evicted. Why is that? Erica Jardine is a very corrupt woman that should be fired from St. Vincent De Paul.

Erica allows blacks like Lorraine Prenters of unit 320 and Willie Ray Meadows of 321 to use and deal crack on the property. Willie uses a black woman named Chante who goes to 17th Street Neil Good. Lorraine Prenters broke Willie's window in the middle of the night in front of security cameras. Willie is a male [censor] who gets involved with almost all of the female tenants then had Erica evict them illegally
