I was a tenant in Kings house from [protected]. We had set dates of payment. He kept harassing me for early rent threatening eviction. He then kept my security deposit. After further investigation, I found out he is a fraudster from SC who was a teacher and was fired. See William King in Charleston County Index.
Well William King still owes me a refund from a $895 deposit I put down on his Manning property than I changed my mind about BEFORE I signed the lease. I have emails and bank statements to prove this and it has been a YEAR and still haven’t received my deposit. I have three years to file a lawsuit and I will be moving forward. I am a yoga teacher with ties to my community here where I live. I offer free community yoga for four years, had my own studio, work with several non profit organizations, and believe in what you do to others will happen to you (Karma). You all may be Mr King family and friends for all I know. What I do know is He still hasn’t sent my refund so for ALL I know this person is telling the truth. His character speaks volumes!

All of this is false information coming from a jealous criminal that was convicted for manufacturing meth. He has physiological issues and his parents had him see the best doctors for help. Unfortunately he still suffers from delusions and is a kleptomaniac. I am sure if you search long enough you will find where he stole vehicles in Florida, tools in Charleston SC and sunglasses at Walmart. The person who posted this has a criminal background including manufacturing and use of meth. He has been in jail numerous times with an extensive record for theft. The ip address for all of his postings have been pulled by the police. The victim as well as the doctor named in other post are filing charges against the person. Defamation of character is a crime and can result in violation of probation in his case and jail time.
