William Nelson Ltd / The company overcharged me and still haven't delivered the order

I ordered some stuff from one company for my client, who asked me to deliver the order through the company William Nelson Ltd. I have no idea how it happened, but this company charged me twice for the delivery. I tried to argue with them, but they didn’t react to my emails and complaints. The rep from the company provided the confirmation info, and the order must be delivered already, but the client still hasn’t received it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
