Order is still processing
I have placed an order with Wild Orchid Quilts and purchased one item. I was supposed to receive it about a week ago but nothing arrived and when I went online to track my order it still said "processing".
I also can't get any information from customer service, they are absolutely unhelpful and said that they can't tell me when I'll get my order.
Do not order anything from this site!
I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received it. The status of my order still has not been updated on their site. But my credit card was charged the day i made an order. I've called them many times, but received only inaccurate and ridiculous responses. First, they said there were some problems with their system. Next, they said my package is almost ready for shipping. Then, they said it would ship within few days. Today i called again and was told that my order was cancelled. Then, i insisted on talking with the manager. But they said manager was very busy and he’ll contact me later. Their manager contacted me the same day and told my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I still have not received any excuses, and my credit card has not been refunded. Well, i’m an optimist, and i hope they’ll give my money back. But i will not order anything else from this site.
The seller hasn't contacted me that the item was shipped
I have ordered sofa from the company www.wildorchidquilts.net. After a week money was already taken from me and the seller provided the confirmation email, where he promised to contact me about the delivery time and confirm that the item was shipped from the warehouse. Time went, but still no email or any other details from the seller. It isn’t ok that they haven’t contacted and I’m worried about it.

Seller hasn't delivered order and refused to return money
Scam, scam, scam. I placed order on the website www.wildorchidquilts.net. The rep informed me that the delivery would take only 2-4 business days. It was fast, but after 7 days I got nothing. The seller continued to provide some promises and again told me to wait 2-4 days. He is liar, so I want money back, but he has refused to return money back and told me to wait for the order. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
Seller didn't change my order
Don’t buy from the company www.wildorchidquilts.net. I got the completely wrong order, so I decided to return it. The seller agreed and promised to provide refund within couple of weeks. Blah-blah. It was big lie that I ever heard. The seller took my order and never again communicated with me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Returned order and no refund provided
The company www.wildorchidquilts.net is unprofessional and illegitimate at all. I ordered curtains from them, and they provided different colour and the form wasn’t right. So I returned the package and the seller continued to state that they received nothing, but I had the receipt of delivery. So don’t buy from them and post your comments about this company.
