Hello People!
I got my internet on time and after a day I learned I could not have LIVE feed, such as Netflix, which alls I watch for movies ...Since they brought in the non attenia thing. 5 news or even get the live stuff from Facebook.
I called and wanted to cancel my subscribtion and they said they would review the call history.
The manager called me back and said that his representative did not tell me that after 30 days not saitsified.Full refund.! Absolutly It is to wild how these companies, come in out of the blue ?
P L E A S E B E A W A R E OF WILD BLUE A :K A: Direct TV>>>... It is expensive and unreliable.

    I ORDERED WILD BLUE AND THEY TOOK 2WEEKS TO INSTALL .I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE USAGE CAPS ON THE PREMO HIGH SPEED. MY SON USED ALL OF HIS USAGE TIME UP IN 7 DAYS FOR COLLEGE. NOW THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY 317 DOLLARS FOR THE EQUIPMENT I SENT BACK AS STIPULATED IN THE SO CALLED UNSIGNED CONTRACT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR LIES.

    J Guajardo fromcalifornia wild blue screwed us we got serice on the 20th and the service exceded the limit in one day we thought it was my son on the x box but he only downloded a small game that was only 900 mega bites out of 7500 but we waited and checked daily on there site to check our usage just before usage was supose to go up it said 154% usage then the day after it was supose to go up it said 111% My son is not on line because we returned his antenna the follwing week after our usage was supose to be over how can we use 111 % in one day???
    when customer service was called they told us that we wer over and 3 times said the problem could be corrected if we upgraded and if we did not use it for a day or two that the speed would go up i think that they riped us off and deserve a Class Action !!! a@%$$#h@#%$s

    Wild Blue is screwing us all...slow spotty internet for $79.00 a month AND FOR 2 XXXX years. sorry for the ex's...
    I am with ya, as is many people.. It smells like a class action suit.. Good luck

    Wow, talk about a horror story, never ever have anything to do with WildBlue internet, they also call their self Excede or ViaSat, once they get you to sign up for auto draft, they steal your bank account by claiming extra charges and short of hiring an attorney, and going to court, you are out of luck, its all legal and there is no way out. nice $460 dollar lesson for us. And to make it worse, we can not even stop them from doing it again, all though we are no longer a customer, they can draft our bank account until hell freezes over unless we close it, which of course will be done, pass it on, WildBlue, Excede, or ViaSat, beware of crooks. wish I know where to post this where everyone in the world could see it.

    Just one more person who has been duped by this company. We installed this service a week ago. It cost us over $500.00 for equipment, a pole and installation. Needless to say it was a big waste of money. The service stinks. Most of the time we can't even get on line. We have done speed tests, spoke to numerous customer service representatives, and wrote several letters. Basically they all say the same thing tough luck you signed the contract so you have to keep it or pay a termination fee which amounts to about $600.00. That adds up to $1100. This is nothing but a bait and switch scheme that takes people's money and gives nothing in return. I think that the federal government should get involved in this scam. I plan on contacting the FTC, BBB and Attorney General's office. Everyone else who has been ripped off should do the same.

    After paying around $90 a month for Frontier which was bundled with a phone line that I never used, I decided to try out Wild Blue since it was half the price and didn't require a phone line. Thank God I didn't immediately cancel Frontier! After a week of miserable response times, frozen PC, and sudden disconnects I called Wild Blue to cancel my service. They refused to cancel without having a technician come out to look at it, and told me that if I did cancel I would still have to pay them $345 for the contract period. I told them that Minnesota has a law allowing cancellation at no cost for the first 30 days. They told me that since they were not based in Minnesota they did not have to honor that law. They have miserable service and very unreasonable customer service. They are a total rip off!
