I thought I was purchasing a iman wig from this site and was totally mislead and scammed.
This website has the exact pictures of a imam wig from hsn that I purchased 3 years ago. I absolutely loved this wig. I purchased 3 of them from hsn and I was trying to find more of them. Hsn no longer offers them for sale. When I purchased this wig I started getting the run around. Olivia was the customer support person I was dealing with. This wig is not even close to the iman wig I purchased in the past.
This wig is horrible and very cheap looking. I am contacting iman to alert her that this fraudulent company is selling her wigs under false pretenses. This company leads people to think they are buying a iman wig that hsn once sold. Everything about this company is fraudulent and this company needs to be shut down.

Have you tried contacting the company to see if you can return the wigs you purchased? If they are not as pictured then you should be able to.

I ordered this wig 2 months ago.. I want my money back.. I have never received any wig. They give me the runaround about when I ordered it, and that they can't give me a refund because it was sent.. It was never sent! I am going to complain until I get my money back.. I don't want a wig from a company that lies to me.. I dont have 179.00 to throw away.. I need my money. Credit to roland mullins..

WigSis wig

I purchased a wig for my mother who is a cancer victim.. It is the first time I have been scammed on a online purchase, I don't have 179.00 to lose or to watch my mother worry about on top of all she has been through.. I cant believe this company or fake company still advertise online.. Has this company ever been investigated? My mother was planning on wearing this wig to watch my son graduate from college this past weekend but she decided to stay home.. It breaks my heart to see her worry about this. I need my money back, please rm.

I just got scammed by them too. I am going to post so everybody can know not to buy from this company. they are blatant crooks and have no compunction about doing what they are doing. I am going to post on celebrities boards and make them aware that they are being used to scam people.

I will add photos later in the week.

WigSis a wig I ordered 10-08-2017

Am being given the run around by a gal named candy for three weeks and believe I have been scammed out of $116.00 and will never receive my wig. Have turned all email exchanges over to my credit card companies fraud division. So sad to know that these type of scams exist but sad that I was so gullable to take the bait. Have not been given any contact information and I am only able to exchange emails with candy in early hours from 1:30am. To 4:30 am while I am sleeping. All my emails are sent to candy during normal business hours. Three weeks I have been trying to get her to send my wig but have 11/13 email excuses. Please help, ty

WigSis wig is horrible!

I placed a order for a hand tied, lace front, mono part, Remy human hair wig. In Pine one shade. What I got was a very bizarre hair textured wig. If its human they donated worse hair than mine! The color is a horrible burnt orange brown! The style of the wig is nothing like the picture! I've knew right away something was not right with this wig! No invoice... Nothing! I did took photos of the wig and the box, the mailing outer bag with address and fired off a email immediately! Everyday for a week now I'm getting emails from Olivia saying how I need to try it again, make this my second wig, send it back and they would make me a new free of charge because this one is useless now to them! It's useless to me too! I paid for it! 191. 00. Im contacting PayPal and I'm fighting this! I'm not giving them anymore chance to rip me off! Never again! Anyone that has a loved one that is going thru the drama of hair loss for whatever reason. I would not under any circumstance recommend this company! Horrible is a understatement! I can't imagine Olivia likes her job very much!

WigSis wig return and refund policy

I bought two wigs which look nothing like the pictures. I spend $205 and the company offered me $25 if I kept them. I have been trading emails with them for over 20 days. This company is a scam. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was told they are custom made. I know that's a lie how can you order a custom wig over the internet. I want to return the wigs for a full refund.

This company had a return address from China. When I tried to return two of these terrible wigs to the address on the invoice, they said it was the wrong address, try to get them back and return to the right address and they would make me another one for $45.00.. They must be out of their minds to think I would give them more money for junk which was all they were and now they claim they never received them. I am out over $300.00 for the two I returned that they claim to have never received. It's a scam. Don't order anything from this foreign company.

I have never been so disappointed and annoyed in my life. This is an awful company. They sent me the wrong product and then instead of trying to work with me the two options they gave me were to offer me a second product at a 50% discount. or refund my money...they wanted to refund $17 for a product that was $117. Awful company and awful customer service. They said it would cost to much to return the product, even though their website says it will give full refunds within 30 days.

WigSis stay away from this company

Nothing but disappointing.
What are people who were unsatisfied with the quality supposed to do? There would be one reasonable and logical answer: return the item and get the money back. Yes, but it works only for those companies that are sure you won't return anything, they are confident and stand behind their products. Not like WigSis. They will refuse to get the item back saying that it's used, nobody will buy it again. Why should this problem bother me? Your item is a crap, so take it and do what you want with this. I don't care.

WigSis wig

The wig that I ordered was not the same color, had lace that was visible/hanging out around the edges, was different lengths in the back, was larger than the size I ordered, and looked nothing like the picture. I contacted the company immediately so that I could return the wig and they gave me the runaround for days. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint against them and my money was returned to me within a few days. I did have to ship the wig back, and it did cost me $22 to do so but I got a majority of my money back. They have a us phone number and address (That they do not provide to consumers) but they are actually a company in china.

WigSis product not as advertised

I ordered a Refined Straight, short, black, human hair wig from WIGSIS, color #29. The color on the web is different from the wig color. Because they use numbers rather than the terms for the color, such as blonde, brown, brunette, etc., I thought the color appeared to be a warm brown. The wig arrived and it is a bright red hue. The shape and style of the wig is not what I ordered. The hair appears to be synthetic and not human hair. It is an unacceptable wig based on what I chose. After doing research on Wigsis, I have discovered that they are considered fraudulent by the Better Business Bureau, and a case has already been submitted to Econsumer.gov, so they are aware of this fraudulent seller. The seller is unethical in the methods. They responded to my complaint asking me to send them a photo of the wig, tag, and box; however, when I responded to them via email, it MAIL RETURNED. This is weird because this email worked before when I inquired about status of its arrival. Now the email no longer works. I have opened a claim with PAYPAL, and with the Better Business Bureau, and I have contacted the Attorney General about this fraudulent seller. Date ordered is 08/18/2017, receipt of product is 09/05/2017. Order no is ta170818c6117. Thanks for any assistance.

The seller WIGSIS will attempt to settle this matter, as they write in their email, "Way friendly" they state. I have received emails requesting that I consider a FREE WIG but for the $10.00 shipping fee, and that I can keep the wig I received and am disputing. I have declined their offer to accept another wig. I refuse to spend another cent with this company. I regret having done business with them. The email includes photos of celebrities hairstyles and I can choose one of them to have a wig made by a different manufacturer. After I declined this offer, they approached me with an offer that they are going to send me a free wig anyway, waiving the shipping fees. I have informed them not to send me another wig but to settle this matter, to refund me my full payment of $126.00. All I want is for my payment to be returned. The seller does not have an address that is deliverable. The one on the website of WWW.Wigsis.com is undeliverable, and there isn't any phone number to contact customer service. I communicated with the seller one last time today to request additional information from them which is the following:
1. The seller's mailing address
2. The seller's customer service phone number
3. When will I receive my full refund of $126.00

I included in this message that the above is all I want to hear about from them.

The website appears legitimate with their photos of models wearing very nice styled wigs. A customer can only purchase the wig through Paypal. The site indicates that the human hair wigs are made for the individual. It explains the time it will take to create the wig. I have learned that this site is totally fraudulent, and that the photos are not this company's. They do not manufacture wigs. They are not a professional wig merchant.

order #FA170822C702 from ordering my wig from this country, I have not received. However.138.00 dollars deducted from my credit card company. I called the number on charge statement but with no help. WigSis refund policy

This company operated by Chinese is a fraud. First, they claim "human hair", but the quality is even worse than any synthetic wig I bought from any other company in the US. I think we shall take it to a lab to see if their claim is true. Second, when I requested return due to lack of satisfaction of the quality within one day of receiving the products, they offered me 3 excuses to not to process return in three responses.
1) No return because we can't resell your item. They ask me to be considerate of their loss.
2) They even have the guts to ask me to send them more money so they can make a better quality wig for me.
3) they asked me to send them more money so they can send me another wig as compensation.

After I rejected all their offers, they just ignored my request of refund and i lost around 700$ on two wigs that cann't even use as mops. I even threatened them to take this to the court, they just keep silent not responding to my email.

Stay away from this company. Chinese business in general are not trustworthy.

WigSis poor quality

I'm writing this complaint to warn you about unfair actions of theirs. They are so unscrupulous. When I pay money for something, I want it to have a good quality and don't expect to get a wig that's only good for washing the floor, not for wearing. Shame on you if you think that quality like this will be ok for customers. No, no and no once again.
I'm a woman so I care about how I look. Wearing your low-quality wig makes me look like a mop. I will send this crap back and I definitely want a refund.

WigSis ripoff

on May 11, 2017 I purchase a wig. Buyer's Transaction ID: 35F79318FM6754205

I requested a refund and had to file a complaint with Pay Pal. Since China has no tracking system like US, I lost my money and the wig was sent back. This company is a fraud. you don't get what you pay for. I complained to the company and they said to keep the wig and they will refund my $25.00, I paid $147.00. the wig was not what the picture looked like

WigSis wig purchase

To start with my beautician measure my head once my hair was gone from Chemo. When I rec'd my 18"wig it was in a 12" box crammed for such an expensive wig. It is not the pictured style or cut. Their answer was to pay someone! It doesn't fit and that call was made by 2 Wig stores and numerous pictures I sent! Their solution was for me to find someone to see it to size! Then they offered 15% off of another shoddy piece of work. Plus I was also informed by Wig store 3 that it is synthetic not any form of Human Hair. Buyer Beware! Scam from the word go!

WigSis unethical company

I ordered a short all over soft curls wig from Wigsis. When I opened the box I didn't even brother to take the wig out of the box. Instead immediately sent an e-mail to the Company explaining the wig I received bared absolutely no resemblance to the wig as shown on their web site and I wished to return. I requested a return authorization and mailing label in order to promptly return this extremely dreadful looking item. I received a reply stating "extrusion" in shipping caused the wig to look as it did and I could simply brush it into the desired style. There is no way brushing can turn straight fiber into curly . Once again I advised the wig was unwearable and requested return authorization and label. Their next e-mail advised it would cost me $20 to $30 to return and rather than spend that I could send them $40 and they would make me another wig. I declined the offer and again requested the return authorization. Their next e-mail advised they were prepared to offer me $13 compensation and I could keep the wig. As what, a dust mop. That is all it could possibly be used for. Once again I have advised I will accept nothing less than the full refund of the $113 I paid for the imitation wig I received. I sincerely hope someone cares enough to help me obtain my refund. Incidentally, at their request I sent pictures of the wig, the tag (still attached to the wig) and for good measure a picture from their web site of what the wig was suppose to look like.

I totally agree with gcbc posted July 21 2017. I had the same experience. I ordered a short wig in a specific color. The color and style were nothing like the picture or stated color.. I emailed the company, sent pictures etc. I also ordered in Canadian funds but was charged exchange anyway. The answer I continually received to about 30 emails was " we are sorry for inconvenience, please send pics, or take to stylist, we will give you $10.00 ." I am embarrassed to say that I agreed to a second wig for $45, 00. They said they would work with me on the cut and color. In the long run the 2nd wig was wrong color ( not even close) and still longer than the pic I ordered. I also asked for a stamped self addressed package so I could mail these two ridiculous wigs back and get credit for both. They again requested pics. I've sent pics already of the two wigs I received and also pics of the style and the correct color to no avail. I was also told same as gcbc that the cost for me to send them back would be $20.00 or $30.00 . I have two wigs which are not wearable and I am out $150.00. What a ripoff.

WigSis human wig

paid 112.00 for a human wig that looks nothing like the picture in style or color as I ordered the exact one in picture.
MOSTLT its unfinished wig right in front, so its unusable and now for another 40.00 they will make a new one or for free except the shipping cost apx 10.00 pick one that they give you a choice of in an email. Which by the way only 1 human wig was an option the rest was synthetic.
Asian company, email are nice but no solution yet, and scary the wig was sent from the middle east?

WigSis wig purchase

Ordered wig on April 29th with expectation to receive within time stated. The time was 5-7 days with receipt 4 to 6 days. They charged my card immediately but never rec'd notification that wig was being sent. Received notification that wig would be shipped by May 6th - 8th. By May 10th I sent communication stating this was taking too long. Their response was that wig is under processing and will be ready in a few days. This was NOT what their e-mail stated on May 3rd. I followed up and received a message stating that the wig is "almost" completed. Tried cancellation and they gave me back 38.00 of the 127.00 charged on car. They get to keep 88.90 and I get NOTHING. Shame on you for the way you scam people. Its my fault because I should have read the complaints before ordering. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I also questioned the reson why it takes so long, well it comes from over seas and when i finally recieved it, wrong color, so wanted to send it back and they did all but give me an address and said it would cost 40 to 50 dollars to send back, I will never buy from them again and I caution anyone who is thinking about it, dont, will post with better business also, shame on you.

WigSis expensive wig - not resembling the item ordered - getting run around

I would like to share my experience with wigs is. I am extremely unhappy with this company. I followed the return/refund policy for the wig I received was neither of the quality or style advertised and nothing like the wig I was expecting to receive. It was also quite expensive - $300.00 plus. After making several attempts to reach their refund returns customer service department (several times within one week after receiving my wig), I have made a decision not purchase anything from them in the future. When I inquired to the return address, I received embedded emails that I could not access, when I advised them of the issue, they continued to send me illegible emails with no information and to be quite honest, gibberish (which I have copies of)I simply asked for the return address - which is not the same as the inquiry/complaint department. There was a Ms. Vivian, in Fairbanks, Alaska, for questions, which is where I returned the wig -the website states "this is not the return address", but it the item must be returned within a certain amount of days from receipt for a full refund. I kept getting the run around - embedded emails that wouldn't open, and no response after I requested that the return address be placed in the email subject line so that it is legible. I will be reaching out to other agencies regarding my experience, as I have heard awful feedback on their customer service.

WigSis indian remy hair wig

The wig I received was not of the quality advertised and nothing like the wig I was expecting to receive. Once I contacted the company regarding returning the wig I got the run around and they would not provide me with the information so that I could send the wig back. They offered to send me another wig without additional cost just shipping cost. Again, ignorant of the company's credibility I agreed but the picture of the wig they offered to send me was the same a the original wig, therefore, I refused to accept it and requested a refund. However, they have not refunded my money as this time.

I feel scammed.
