Wigsbuy / they did not cancel my order

I have purchased a wig from Wigsbuy and they said that I'll get my order within 14-21 days. When my wig did not arrive I contacted Wigsbuy and asked them to cancel my order. They said sure and promised that I'll get my money back any time soon. I believed them and thought that my order was cancelled so I bought another wig from a different site.
Time passed and there was no sign of my money. And when I tried to contact Wigsbuy they did not reply.
Several weeks later my wig arrived.
Even though they said that my order was cancelled it wasn't and they never planned to refund me. Terrible experience and of course the worst customer service ever. I will never deal with this dishonest company and would not recommend them to anyone. Please, stay away!
