Beware
This company promised me that they will print my daughters picture and bio of her accomplishments in highschool; for future scholarships and recognition. I ordered a book and plaque because I was excited to do something special for her. I sent the money and called, and a representitive told me I would be receiving my merchandise at the begining of year 2010. I have not received anything, I have not received a refund, and the web site is talking about the company is going through hard finacial times and they are trying to work on back orders. I am very UPSET! I have been ripped off, and my daughter is disappointed because she was looking forward to her items. Gary Shirley needs to be brought up on charges and innocent parents like myself need a refund on our hard earned money! I believe we have been taking advantage of and it makes me SICK! Beware parents and do not trust this company!

It's been 2 yrs since I gave Who's Who my money for a copy of the book my daughter was gonna be in for Academic Excellence. Problem is, I never received the book! Has anyone heard anything on how to get your money back or is there a way to contact them since their website was taken off? I feel so scammed by this company. Isn't there anything we can do to make them pay?
NEVER RECEIVED BOOK OR PLAQUE THAT WAS PAID FOR
Ordered a book and plaque for my daughter on December 21, 2009 because she was invited to be a part of this "so-called" wonderful experience, and we NEVER received the items ordered, nor did we recieve a refund for the money paid. I've tried calling etc to no avail, and the website does not work the last I checked. HUGE scam!

Same here, ordered the book as a keepsake, and I never received it, but they sure took my money :/
Publication and Plaque Order
3/27/2009 I paid for [protected] Publication of Who's Who (Receipt order #116972 $99). 9/30/2009 I was told that I should receive items either early 12/2009 or 1/2010. To date, 9/2/2010, I still have not received these items. I forwarded an email to the company and the email was returned is undeliverable. I called the telephone number that I had and calls were being routed to an answering service, that could only take messages. This company has taken my money and has not given me the items ordered, nor have I heard from them. How do I recover my funds when the company is unreachable? What do I do next?

Failed delivery
My daughter, age 12, was nominated for the Academic Award through Who's Who and her biography was accepted the yr of 2008-09 and 09-2010. I have only one complaint about the first yr, . I paid for her picture to be included with her bio and it was NOT, I called and they said since she was accepted this yr (09-10) to just pay for the registry book and not the picture and they will include her pic it this yr. I got her book last yr so decided to go ahead and order this years so I can have it with her picture in it. My complaint for this yr is I HAVEN"T received the book this time! I can't contact Who's Who because I lost her envelope with her ID number on it and their phone number. By this time last yr, I had already recieved her Book of Registry. Anyone know what's going on?

I just realized that I have not received the [protected] for my son yet. I called the number and they don't seem to exist anymore. A lot of people have ordered from them and spent a lot of money. I was really happy that my son was part of it since I, myself, and my daughter also were in it and we both got our books. I trusted them, but I guess I got ripped off this time. What can we do about this?
We've been ripped off. I was so pleased with the company in 2007 with my now 12 year old bio. 2008-09 publication was a great disappointment. I never thought that the company would go under and stiff us.

My child received a letter for his academic biography to be published in Who's Who Registry and my order was placed and billed to my credit card over one year ago and we have not received the order as of today 5/24/10. At this time I am unable to reach the registry to retain my order or a refund on the order. Any information on how to get the order we placed or a refund would be much appreciated.

Received application for my son - filled it out & sent check - have not heard a thing since (8/14/09).
(They did make sure to cash the check!)
