We had a bad experience booking tickets through this company. They sent confirmation and took money, yet when we arrived at the airport they had mis ticketed our flight. The airline spent hours with us trying to help us get rebooked including trying to contact this company. Wholesale traveler promied they would pick up the tab to reimburse the extra costs we incurred althoughthis would not make up for the hours we spent at the airport and having to lose a day and a half of our holiday. On our returnt they ignored our calls we went through ASTA and they ignored them too and they never reimbursed us for our loss. They refuse responsiblity to the consumer for their mistakes. I would not recommend them after the frustration of our experience.
