Hi,
I've placed an order with them near 3 weeks ago... So far I haven't got anything shipped, and from their side all they tell is lies... They kept on saying they had shipped it already, but never gave me any tracking details. After i've been pushing them insistently, they gave me some tracking number... But it wasn't working properly. So I contacted the courier, and they said the sender never left any parcel to be shipped... They had only bought a shipment label on that same day... So basically, it seems they just bought the label since I was insisting on getting the tracking details... After that, they told me the parcel had been already shipped days before... Please, stay away from them! Don't buy anything! I really believe they are not legit... So far they haven't proved they are!
I had a fast delivery from them and no issues. Great crop also. Everything so far as they have described. I think you just got unlucky, maybe the package got stopped Also could be a USA thing? Honestly I have nothing to do with the company but they delivered surprisingly quickly to me.

Placed an order on the 14th of May, payment received nice and quick by the 17th saying they shipped multiple times a week. I wasn't too concerned because I knew it was right before the weekend. Then the very next week passed. 5 working days with no updates and no sign of shipping. I emailed them on the 22nd and they sent me a tracking link that hasn't updated at all. I was hoping to have these by the 30th and there is absolutely no sign they are on the way. Terrible service, and the worst part about it is I've ordered successfully 3 or 4 times previously. Most recently in November and January. Now I'm seeing all these posts in recent months about people saying they've been stung by Wholecelium. Have they just given up and are now ripping people off?
God just saw this... I ordered 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have the tracking number or anything from them... :/ ordered more than 100euros for shipping outside Europe... damn.
