I ordered truffles from this website, was convinced by them to change from registered post to unregistered as the said delivery of this method is more successful. After the purchase they stopped correspondence and it has been 2 months and I still have not received my order, I suspect that they never even sent them. They are ignoring my emails which is a display of extremely bad customer service. I recommend people steer clear of this company. They look legit and may very well be within the Netherlands but their failure to communicate with me indicates that they are a custom to ripping off international customers.

After placing the order, was never sent a confirmation email or tracking.
When complained about this, was ignored.
2 weeks later received DUDS in the post. When contacted about this, I got a very childish response saying that the reason I got duds was my fault?

I got emails from your company to complete the order with payment. I emailed back saying I pd w/ bitcoin from coinbase, but they said wait until monday before it sends. Monday passed, the payment of approx. $50. U.S. was made but I have not heard back from your company. Please acknowledge order.
Growkit arrived finally. So company is legit/ok. Just a little communication issue on their side.
Ordered twice to the UK as a first time truffle buyer. Used direct bank transfer. Bought the on-sale truffles both times months apart, 15g and 45g. Easy to track product as it comes in and had no problems. Took about a week to get to me. Package is discreet and well sealed, truffles were also well sealed. Good potency and accurate description of product on the site. Honestly amazed how easy it's been as a beginner.
Ordered growkit and truffles. Got the growkit but not the truffles and wholecillium won't refund or send product. They say contact the shipping co. I did, nothing, then they say send us pictures. I laughed, pictures of something I didn't get, awesome. I won't be using them again
Places an order, received multiple communications up until the time I sent payment. Then they went silent. I haven't received my shipping info nor have I received a response to the 3 times I've emailed asking for confirmation.

I live in a '3rd world' country and I was chatting with wholecelium's customer service. I asked if they could do 'pay after delivery' cos there is no assurance that I'll get the product after I pay. The [censored] reported and gave all my details to the financial crimes organization in my country. So much for privacy. Be careful.

Just placed an order on may 7th. Same thing all the complaints are saying. Quick to reply before your payment. Then all of a sudden they dissapear after you paid. Its been half a month. Yet to hear anything.
Please stay away from WHOELECELIUM stuff they have BIG problems with their quality

Was about to order but these reviews are fixed. Highly suspicious of the fact they were all posted on the 6th or 7th of July 2011 then nothing for years.
I have also placed an order...and I haven't received anything! Now they barely reply my emails...They say they'll send tracing details..but nothing! Please stay away from them! SO sad how they play with people's money...Is there any way we can do something about it?
Wholecelium is really taking their customer for granted.

Bought Alien shrooms from them, supposed to be rated 11 stars out of 10 for strength and potency. The first night i took the recommended 15g dose... nothing!
The next night i took 40g dose and I got absolutely nothing except for a feeling of contentness, like valium. Im not a hard core shroomer or drug taker for that matter and I raised this issue with them and they didnt even respond. So p***** off with them as i bought over 100euros worth of crap shrooms and had to pay 50euro to visit the delivery depot center 70km away from my place... Avoid these guys
Was very happy with them until now. My package was seized by customs and, obviously, that resulted in my not receiving it. While I’m disappointed, I understand. What I don’t understand is why Wholecelium is now completely ignoring al of my emails. Seems like bad business to me.
Will order from another site now.
Love this shop, they are the only one that still ship to UK, they are a small shop, but always walk an extra mile for you.
Be honest after going thru all the reviews i've placed my order, the old company i use to use doesn't do it anymore. So i look forward to trying a new product from what sounds to be an outstanding company. thanks everyone for verifying cheers!

Tottaly absurd?.? Stupid [censored] . A lot of people haven't received their product even after purchasing numerous times from them. Now I've been waiting over a month for my product. Payment was sent 3 weeks ago. They sent a tracking number over a week ago. Yet it hasn't even been picked up by the courier. And we ain't getting a reply back. This is for myself and 3 other friends. So I don't get where you get the audacity to say this complaint is absurd.

Love this shop! They told me they are a small family business, and still looking for solid trustworthy new employees. I understand this can be a hard thing, expecci. in there business. Payments options were a bit unclear for a while, but they are really open for feedback, so you can always send them a message with a tip or advice.

Ordered 10 times from Wholecelium. No problems with communication, delivery and stuff. But i found Psilove kits not so productive as promised. Also send some free stuff last times. Trust 100%
I've ordered a growkit 2 times from this company and never had any problems. The second time it came in really late though and I got a bit worried. But they responded very well on my emails then and they send a portion of truffles with it as a free gift!
I dissagree with this complaint .. I always order from them, i travel a lot, and sometimes I live in UK as well. When you order magic truffles, they tell you about the risks of ordering magic truffles with non tracking for example and then it is better to order a growkit (with tracking), because they have always arrive. So I always decide for growkits and I grow my truffles (or shrooms) myself. Think this is super easy as well. No problems what so ever.
Can agree with the complaint! This shop is quite clearly a scam, I ordered 9 packs to the u.k. Before my order I would receive instant email replies regarding any questions I had. Soon as I placed the order and paid the money they started ignoring my emails, I saw the bad reviews before purchasing and told myself it would be fine but it's been a week now with no tracking number like promised. They also definitely do not ship 4 times a week haha. Steer clear of this company, use a more trusted webshop. A lot of these comments also look like fake accounts repeating the same rubbish over and over.

They are refusing to reply to emails once recieved payment but we're happy to reply before hand.
Most companies who sell truffles do not accept credit cards because it is illegal, so therefore easily traced. Also wholecelium use pay pal so you can use your card. Once they send you the confirmation email that you have paid they stop replying to your emails. Same thing happened to me. Basically they take your money and stop replying. I would avoid this company and just do the bank transfer with other respected companies like Zamnesia.

well ive been ordering from wholecelium for a few years now always had good service but i recently been buying there new kit called Psilove-MAX-Kit-Xtreme-Qlty/ and ive found them not to be as reliable as they state them for being i would buy 10 kits and like 5 of them would give me a decent amount of shrooms tho more like 3 having the highest yield of mushrooms while the other 2 would be just a decent amount of shrooms and the other 5 kits their would be maybe 1 kit that doesn't work at all and the other 4 giving me tiny deformed mushrooms there for like each kit having 4 to 7 tiny mushrooms which is a yield of 1 gram fresh mushrooms they state theses kits for giving you a kilo of mushrooms and ive also found the second and third flush for being very small yielding in the other five kits that work. so yea i would just like to say this product is not what they say it to be its extremely unreliable i find it to be more of luck getting a few of theses kits that will be slightly reliable, so im very unhappy with this new growkit and what they state it for being, ive had the best luck with the classic grow kit and find it to be reliable.
Well they don't ship to the U.S. anymore because of seizures so DO NOT ORDER from them IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.S. Back in May there was one order I didn't receive from them so that was $70 down the drain. I never received a seizure letter from customs so I wondered if they ever really sent it. They never responded to my email asking about it so I wouldn't expect good customer service no matter what country you live in. If you don't receive what you order then you're SOL.

I also failed to recieve my package then i find out that it could be siezed and id so it is not there responsibility
no way to run a business took them a week to respon to my email
i run a seed site if a customers order doesnt make it or is damaged i take care of that

I have a similar story with that wholecelium.com. And it's total ###ing fraud (but well organized). Ordered truffles at wholecelium.com, after payment they also have stopped responding on my messages.
I've received everything I paid for from wholecelium but the quality of truffles has gone way down since last year. They claimed they sent me some free ones for giving feedback on OKPAY but I never did receive them. I really liked the quality of their truffles and grow kits in 2011 but since then I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I ate four bags of their Atlantis truffles yesterday and barely got a buzz. I've read some some complaints of their truffle quality on some other sites too.
I am having a bad experience with Wholecelium. I ordered and payed a product 1 month ago and the product has not still been shipped, and I did not receive any answer from the costumer service of the two complaint emails I sent.
The comment made is utter rubbish! in two years of dealing with this company I've had nothing but BRILLIANT customer service and BRILLIANT products with the odd free'bee hear and there to go the extra mile in order to satisfy me! not alot of company's fall in that category these days!

i have ordered a few things from this site and its excellent granted that response to emails can take time they always do . i also had a shipment stopped on registered mail i simply told them they told me about the success difference and offered to send some free via unregistered they did and they arrived so believe them when they say unregistered is better !
