Whole Foods Market Services - the hot bar

Hi, today was not a good day for me at you guys store. I shop at this location just about everyday and today was a waist of time for my company and myself. I arrived at the store today for a half of a pan of bacon. Today was our breakfast greeting. I noticed a few days ago that you guys had this single bacon option, I did try it an thought it was delicious I bout quite a bit of it that day an shared it with the company and they as well like what they tasted, so it became a request for today's event. A young lady was prepping the hot bar, so I let her know that the bacon that I had seen was over cooked and extra crunchy and she agreed, we chuckled at the fact it crumbled as if it was made to go on a salad. I did ask the young lady to make me a half a pan. She said no problem it would take about 15 minutes. I told her that's not problem. So I continued to shop around the store for about 20 minutes to give enough time to prep the food as well. I had a timer set to my phone so that I wouldn't shop to long. I then waited about 10 minutes for the young lady to come out of the back. The young lady then approach me and tells me her manager told her not to make any more. This really upset me. I did speak to mike the manager in that area. I realized that mike walked pass me several time while I stood in the thresh whole of the pizza area, not once did he ask if I can help you, if you are waiting for anything, can I assist you with any services or do you need help finding anything. I spent 45 minutes or more waiting for something that was not being made for me. I then had to find a way to resolve the problem my calling other stores but it was now 11am and everyone no longer preparing breakfast food. I wasted to much time waiting for what I ordered. I would understand if I only wanted a few pieces. This was unexceptionable, and inconvenient and a slap in the face to my company that expected better service from you guys. I never though I would have bad service over bacon!
