White smile pen rip off and scam

I REQUESTED A SAMPLE FROM WHITE SMILE AND PAID 2.95 FOR SHIPPING. NO WHERE IN THE FINE PRINT DID IT SAY THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED 88 BUCKS A MONTH WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THESE ###ERS NEED TO BE SUED.

i have their phone number, which i was given to me by my bank when i cancelled my debit card in order not to incur any more of their heinous charges. when i called their customer svc line the woman (who was extremely rude) told me that the charges were completely valid. i got so mad at her i hung up. HERE'S THEIR NUMBER. [protected]
apparently they run this scam with not only this product, but other products as well, because the first thing she asked me was which product i was calling about. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL. IF ANYONE WANTS TO HIRE A LAWYER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT PLEASE LET'S ALL GET TOGETHER AND CONSULT WITH ONE.

i had to remove my phn number from here, because some people were mistakenly calling me and cussing me out like i was the company.

White smile pen scam

I was referred by an australian web site to obtain Whitening $89.00 free. I was directed to the site, I was then ask to give credit card details for shipping, relucantly I did this figuring nothings for free, admitting the postage wasn't that bad to pay, AU$2.21, this amount was taken from my account immediately, I also received a receipt via email. All I had to do now was wait for delivery. Still waiting for delivery but in the mean time I have now had 2 x deductions from this company one for a year subscritpion AU$142.58 and apparently it seems the other a monthly amount. AU$58.63 neither of these amounts I have a receipt from no invoice nothing no product.
I contacted this company able through the chat via their website two different peoples name, probably like nigerians scams, all they say is you sign up for this, and no refund can be made, have a good day and signed out. I conacted them immediately when I noticed the annual fee, so to cancel.
They are a scam, the Australia website that refers this company says its not responsible well ok, while they can only refer they should have trouble sleeping at nights, I can't afford this money and I am still waiting for a product, anything I still have not received anything from them. Tell me this isn't a scam?

Was given return instructions that were followed to the T. Now says that return had to be "processed" in the warehouse by a certain date. That date was 2 days after the date they said needed to be there. There is no "procedure" for them to refund. Charged $87.62 twice.
This Company is a scam----do not do business with them.

I cannot reach this company for my money back as the product is a rip off and their marketing tactics were deceitful! Huge amount of money taken from my credit card.

This product was trial only and they keep charging me every month 10 times the amount of the trial price and it seems to be different companies..

Order a sample from this conpany and they charged my credit card almost 90.00. I contested the charge with the credit card company, it was taken off.
Now they have charged my credit card again. I guess I'm going to have to do this every month. Haven't been able to find a telephone number or address.

i agreed to a trial sample of the white smile pen and they keep taking 102.97 every month out of my account.i want full refund for the last 3 months as i cant find a number to call.

There is no address they only charge you 87.62 and last monthe when the y charged me i was able to pull them up on the computor now i cant i closed my account last month because i did not know about the charge it said in the ad free only 1.95 shipping and handling. what the hell do they think people are stupid or what

My wife ordered a White Smile Pen, which was supposed to be free, except for $1.95 for shipping and handling. We were charged the 1.95, but on a separate transaction, they also charged our account $126.42. This is a scam. Nothing was ever said about any additional charge. Had we known they would charge such an exorbitant price, we never would have purchased the product in the first place. Since this cost was not agreed upon, I can only chalk it up to credit card fraud. We are contacting our bank and asking them to take action.

I contacted my Credit Card company and changed my credit card number as well as reported all fraudulent charges made to me by White Smile, et al. They have charged me under 5 separate names with accounts originiating from Cyprus and Great Britain. Truly an international fraudulent operation. The credit card company (MasterCard) will prosecute and seek relief since they will repay me those fraudulent charges.

Everyone needs to report the fraudulent charges immediately to your Credit Card company. Do not try to contact an overseas scam outfit when they are fraudulently billing you to begin with.

White smile pen Eroneous Charges

Here's a number for Premium White - [protected]. I was online and saw the advertisement for white smile pen free trial for the price of shipping and handling.It was ordered on 1/6/2010. Like everyone else, I thought I'd try it. Well. It took 3 weeks to recieve it no less even try it. I just received my charge statement and there's a charged for $126.42 and additional charges for currency conversion because they are in Great Britian. I called my credtit card company and they gave me a phone number. The Premiun White employees will not give any information, not even where the company is located, but they'll tell you where they ship from, and insist that the web site states the fee is not refundable.The fine print blends in with the background on the bottom of their web page.

I keep calling number only to be told the office is closed, doesn't matter what time of day or night. I want my freaking money back, if that isn't at all possible stop taking any more, you are more then welcome to the product back never used still in brown envelope it came in.It says to contact web site but doesn't say what it is and nothing posted any where.

I also ordered a sample of the White Smile Pen. Have been fighting with them ever since. They also charged my card #126.42 and refuse to refund even though I did not authorize them to continue. I even called to dispute, yet they insist to NOT listen. Will not even refer me to management. Refuses to give me a Telephone Number. Truly A Rip Off.

White smile pen Unauthorized Payment

On 15 Jan 2010, White Smile Pen hit my credit card account for $87.62. I called the 800 number ([protected]) and was told that they would cancel my "autoship". I never signed up for an autoship program -- only a free pen if I paid the shipping costs. I was provided a cancellation number.

The number you wrote in your complaint helped me contact this rip-off company. [protected]) THANKS. I was told I could return the last shipment for a refund and given instructions to do so with the caution to write the number they provided "clearly on the outside of the box containing the return product" (or I am sure they won't refund the money).

White smile pen Unauthorized charges

I bought the sample of this product online in October of 2009. White Smile then started charging my checking account in November of 2009 in the amount of 87.62. I called and they said automatic montly purchases were part of the initial sample purchase. They claimed it was in the fine print - which I have never seen to date - and they would close the account. The same thing happened in December. The same thing has happened in January 2010, per my new bank statement. I have been calling the phone number on my bank statement and the number is constantly busy. I have cancelled the debit card. I appreciate any help you can give me with this.

I've been duped by the same scam. All you can do is cancel your account or tell your bank these are fraudulent charges. White Smile Pen is the same as Premium White, Dazzle White etc...the company has many names and has changed names due to fraud.

Here is a review from the better business bureau (BBB):

There are thousands of complaints and the company is NOT accredited by BBB and has received an F grade (graded A+ to F, A+ being the best score, F = worst (Failure))

What you can do is call: [protected] (Monday to Friday 5 am - 8 pm & Saturdays from 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time)
But beware, I got upset and wanted to speak to another person and begged for a refund and the lady just hung up on me. Don't know how that is even possible.

yep, i too, was taken. i agreed to the $3 odd cost for the tooth stuff, only to get a mobile ringtone, which i never got .
is there anything we can do to get our money back?...i'm in australia...i'll see my credit card company tomorrow but i know they won't be able to do anything, but at least i should ber able to stop any future payments if they have the audacity to try, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I want my money back too! not anywhere did they say that they would charge 94.59, on my credit card for another pen that I did not recive because I cancelled it, I cancelled on Jan 6th had an arguement with two employees that said to bad can't change anything, my Feb credit card statement is for Dec 31 for another pen I did not get, they are ripping people off,
thye cannot charge for items without notice, all charges seem to be different amounts, so they are doing what ever they want. C Richards

Be very careful when ordering from this company. I not only got double charged but have had charges appear on my credit card company for products that I didn't order. Apparenty, there's a statement regarding the automatic subscription to things like on-line magazines, beauty care tips etc. I was told when I cancelled my White Smile Pen that there is an "Opt Out" button to click that negates all of these other subscriptions that I, obviously, didn't see. I'm on the hook for them. I had to go to the websites to find out what they were when they suddenly appeared. My advice - don't buy it, the stuff doesn't work all that great anyway.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE "FREE" Trial. THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL. EVEN IF YOU CALL THEM IN TIME TO CANCEL.

I signed up during the 5 day "free" trial and they charged me $126.42 2 days after my trial period. Customer service was hopeless. The lady basically told me that it was a non-refundable membership fee and hung up the phone on me.
