I have weighed the pouch on several occasions and it has come up 24grams when I paid for a packet of 25grams I have taken a photo of the last occasion which was about 45 mi utes ago if you need it... I'm frustrated cause it is false advertising... This was bought yesterday Friday the 17th of February 2023 at Woolworths at Park Beach Plaza Coffs Harbour...

I purchase a pouch of 25 Gram White Ox at the Woolworths at RAYMOND TERRACE 2324 NSW. I purchase the Tabacco, papers lighter ECT... every week, once a week. Sometimes I purchase the pouch at Cignal at RAYMOND TERRACE, aswell., But on Wednesday 26th of October 2022 after buying the pouch from Woolworths I opened the pouch and there was long strands of bark...

White Ox Tobacco tobacco

Hi my name it troy, I have been smoking ox since I can remember and lateley, 19/07/2018 my 50gm pouches have been over dry crumbly, a crap load of bark and not the nice moist fresh smelling white ox? I spend $140+ dollars a week on your smokes as they are the best and even though i've been getting sorry to say, crap dry and bark filled for weight large 50gm pouches I stay loyal to you and will till I die. Please i'm not asking for free pouches or anything, all I ask for is that the tobacco going out is a lot closer monitoring and I get fresh white ox not dry ox kind regards troy

Yes I would love the tabacco to go back to the original standards
not dry and full of bark nearly 3 grams per 25gr is shocking and wrong
We pay top dollar for this so we should be getting top quality tabacco

White Ox Tobacco white ox

Hi guys this isn't a complaint I will trying to get a nother white ox tobacco tin I complained about my tobacco about 11 years ago and use sent me out a new pouch and a white ox tin I have had it since my son was born and last year I went to jail and when I got out all my stuff had been stolen and I would love to be able to get a new tin I don't mind paying for it at all I have smoked white ox for 25 years and it would mean the world to me to get a tin can you get back to me asap thank you my email address is [protected]@gmail.com or call me on [protected] thanks very much

I've had 3 pouches of your white ox tobacco and there is so much bark and dust in these pouches.
What can you do. Free pouches since I've been buying so much

I've smoked White Ox for 20+ years. I am sick of paying $73+au and I only get 40g I can feel the difference and I weigh it too so I ain't happy.

I no longer smoke White Oz, because it's [censor] now. You've lost me after 35 years of smoking it. It was the best now the worst tobacco on the market, why have you
changed a great product to something that tastes like butt.

Gday Guys ive been smoking white ox for 30 years now and over the last few months i have noticed that alot more bark is present and also the tobacco itself is very dry not happy at all i pay $36 for a 25 gram pouch n would actually like to have a fresh smoke ive always enjoyed White Ox ive taken pouches bak to the shop were i bought them to let them know they dont care as long as they get there money thats it. Now sending U Guys this letter hoping for a bit of compensation as im not about to change brand or give up i dont care if they put price up i will always want to smoke White Ox so Please could u Help me out on this oneThank U forYour time
