White Fox Boutique Inconsistent and Disappointing: My White Fox Review

White Fox is a place that I had high hopes for when I first stumbled upon their online store at whitefoxboutique.com. However, my experience with them was extremely inconsistent and disappointing. I had some sizing issues with my online orders in the USA, and I think something looked drastically different in person. But, to my surprise, the store does not allow returns or exchanges. To make matters worse, their customer service is almost non-existent, so there is no one to explain your situation to, let alone try to help you with it.

My very last order with White Fox left me with a completely shattered heart. One of my purchased items came broken, and it really ruined my mood. I was so excited about that particular item of the set. It was a top with a chain halter, and it broke off the fabric as soon as I got it. I immediately reached out to White Fox and begged them for a refund since I wanted the item for a specific purpose, and I knew their shipping process takes forever. But instead, they advised me to ship the broken item back to Australia first and then they'd take me seriously. This would have cost me twice as much for the top in order to receive store credit for half the amount, a total rip-off. I had already spent $120, and now I had to find another outfit in short notice to replace it.

While I suggest supporting businesses based in Australia, but when it comes down to it, White Fox has extreme flaws you should consider before placing an order with them. I would recommend searching for an alternative like Beginning Boutique that offers a $9 flat rate return postage. All these errors aside, I still believe White Fox has got some great clothing items, and the website is user-friendly. However, the downsides of not being able to return items, slow shipping, poor customer service, and their return policy not paying for shipping back to Australia make White Fox an extremely unreliable shopping destination.

White Fox Boutique Warning: Stay Away from White Fox - Worst Company Ever for Clothing Orders!

This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I implore anyone even considering ordering from White Fox to strongly reconsider and save themselves from the nightmare that I and many others have unfortunately suffered.

To begin with, their clothes are always damaged and if you want to return them, they will not give you your money back, only store credit which is next to impossible to use. It was my second time trying to order from them, the first time I had an item missing and had to be given store credit in March 2022. It's been almost a year and I still have not been able to utilize the store credit because of their horrendous website. When you select the store credit amount, the total amount is not changed to incorporate the credit. It's just like they are stealing your money.

The second time I ordered from them, I was sent damaged items, and it took forever for them to arrive, even though they were falsely advertising their shipping times. I had to beg them for free return shipping for the damaged goods. I then told them that I wanted my money back for all the items in my order, damaged or not damaged. I stated that I had no interest in ever dealing with them again, but they had the nerve to offer me store credit AGAIN. The worst part is that their store credit doesn't even work, what a joke!

I cannot emphasize enough how much of a scam this company is. They don't care about their customers at all. It's like they go out of their way to provide terrible customer service and cause unnecessary frustration for their customers. It is beyond unacceptable.

Please stay away from White Fox at all costs, not even worth a second thought.

White Fox Boutique White Fox: Appalling Customer Service & Cheap Quality

So I decided to try out White Fox and boy was it a mistake! My dress came in all kinds of wrong. The lining was longer than the dress itself, the shoulder strap was malformed, and the material was clearly cheap. I contacted them right away and they insisted that this was not their fault. I mean, seriously? It was so obvious! All they would give me was a credit note and I had to send it back for them to assess. They said it would only take 1-2 business days for them to get back to me but it took them a ridiculous 1-2 weeks! By the time I got a response, my return request had already been rejected on their website. I finally agreed to send the dress back, as I didn't want to be stuck with a credit note. It's now been two weeks since I last emailed them about my return request being rejected and I still haven't heard from them.

Honestly, White Fox's customer service is appalling. They just keep dragging you along and you really don't get the quality you paid for. They only respond when you mention getting someone else involved, like the department of fair trading. It's like they don't want to provide customers with any helpful information or even try to fix the issue. It's just so frustrating.

I've learned my lesson and will absolutely never buy from them again. This whole experience has been a total nightmare and I don't want to put myself through that again. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

White Fox Boutique Buyer Beware: White Fox Boutique - Unprofessional, Expensive, and Inconsiderate to EU Customers

This website called White Fox (whitefoxboutique.com) is a no-go for anyone living in Ireland or anywhere else in the EU. The reason for that is, I ordered some clothes off their site and had to pay customs, which was alright. However, the clothes came in two separate packages which they mistakenly sent out. Incredibly, they charged me twice for it. What a bummer! Now, the website was so busy at the time due to its influencers launch that I accidentally cancelled my order (I was using Apple Pay which has a ‘cancel’ option). I thought everything is sorted then but it was a different story when I received my items. I had to pay a separate customs fee just for the package that was cancelled. That made my blood boil, and it made me send it back immediately without paying the fee. Now, this is where the real drama begins; when they received the package, they made me pay customs in Aus and additionally for it to be sent back to their warehouse. I explained the situation and my grievances to them for about 20 times over email. Unfortunately, all of my pleas fell on deaf ears. They were unprofessional, and it seemed like they didn’t want to hear my side of the story. The worst part was when they told me that accepting a refund was them doing me a favour. Absolute hogwash! The total amount they charged me was 119 AUD, but in the end, after all the charges, I only got 35 AUD back into my account. What a rip off! What’s even worse is they threatened to dump my parcel if I refused to pay the fee. If that wasn’t unprofessional already, they didn’t take any responsibility for their website, crashing at that time. Do yourself a favour and never, ever buy from these guys!

White Fox Boutique White Fox Boutique: A Total Scam - Save Your Money and Avoid the Headaches!

I gotta tell ya, I bought a few things from White Fox (whitefoxboutique.com) more than once, hoping they'd step up and make some changes. But let me tell you, don't waste your precious time and hard-earned cash with this one. They make so many goofs and don't bother to improve over time. You might get all excited by their online pics of dresses but believe me, they won't even be what you asked for, but rather damaged goods. Or, if the clothes actually are to your liking, you'll need to suffer through total incompetence from one of their staff to have it delivered. Crappy things keep happening and they'll try to make you foot the bill for their mistakes.

Here's my story: I ordered some duds like 10 days ago for an upcoming trip I'm about to leave for in just one day. Normally, I wouldn't buy clothes for a trip when it's this late in the game. But they offer 2-7 day shipping, so I figured I'd give them another chance. What a mistake that was on my part! Every darn day I've been refreshing my browser like a crazy person, hoping to see an update on the shipment. But just last night, I got the dreaded email informing me that it will take a fat FIFTEEN days for the clothes to arrive! You heard me right - fifteen sleepless nights of worrying, crying and pulling my hair out, and five days into my vacation. Now I'm not dumb, I know that shipping from their HQ Down-Under can take a minute. But geez louise, why offer a quick shipping option if it's a total fantasy?

This company is a downright cheat and liar, and they leave you stuck, no support in sight. It's just super stressful and makes me want to just toss my computer away. I wouldn't wish this awful experience on anyone. So when I come home and my vacation vibes are totally shot to hell, I'm going to have no other choice but to deal with these crooks and tell them that I need a full refund and that they get to pay for all the shipping costs so I can send the stuff back that I don't need anymore, thanks to their trash ways.

Now listen up, folks, and listen well: do yourself a solid and steer clear of White Fox. Don't waste your hard-earned money, and don't get caught up in their losers’ game. Just don't.

White Fox Boutique White Fox Boutique Review: Disappointing Quality and Returns Policy

White Fox Boutique is an Australian clothing company that has been gaining popularity among fashion enthusiasts. Unlike other Aussie fashion websites, their selection of clothes is somewhat limited but still manages to catch the eye of shoppers. I, personally, decided to give White Fox a try after watching some YouTube videos.

At the outset, let me tell you, most of their items didn't appeal to me. The outfits were too short and not suitable for everyday wear. They looked better fit for Instagram pictures, but not much else. Nevertheless, I bought three items online and decided to use Afterpay as my payment method. However, to my surprise, my card was charged for the total amount of purchase. Despite this, I received my order promptly, but had to pay extra for customs, which was around 30 CAD.

This is unfortunately where things started to go wrong. The clothes' quality and material were very thin and light for the price tag, which I found disappointing. As an online shopper, I don't usually mind this, but this time I was holding a dress that I paid 80 dollars for! To make things worse, the top that I bought was huge despite picking up a size small, which was defective and not made correctly. Additionally, the dress and the skirt were incredibly short, which made it impossible for me to wear them outside. Given the issues with the items, I decided to return everything, but to my disappointment, White Fox only allows store credits, not refunds.

This means that I had to pay 77 dollars to ship back the unsatisfactory items, and the store credit doesn't include shipping, customs, or return fees, which was a major letdown. I know a lot of online shoppers experience these kinds of issues from time to time, but the fact that I had to pay extra to receive my clothes and then to ship them back was disappointing.

All in all, I would not recommend White Fox Boutique or do any more shopping there. I have had good luck with online shopping in the past, but this experience was very bad. I would recommend checking out Princess Polly, Showpo, or even Shein instead. Showpo has better prices and even better quality, and you won't be charged $80 for poorly made clothing. My advice? Don't do it!

White Fox Boutique - A Lesson Learned the Hard Way

So, I found this online store – White Fox Boutique. My daughter's prom was coming up, and she'd saved up $300 to purchase her dream dresses. Being the naïve mother I am, I let her order from the website. Unfortunately, our experience with White Fox Boutique did not go smoothly.

Let me give you the rundown. My daughter ordered two smalls, but received dresses that could fit someone who wears a medium – one of the dresses even fit me, and I'm a size 12! We weren't sure why this was happening since we had followed their sizing chart carefully.

When we tried to reach the company to return the dresses, we realized they had made it impossible to speak to anyone on phone. The only option was to send them an email; we received an automated email response saying that we will get a store credit which can only be used for one year, after they receive the dresses back.

The whole process was quite annoying. Not only did we have to pay $62 for taxes and duties on top of the dress cost, but we also had to pay the postage fee of $42 to return the dresses. And, there's no guarantee we will get the store credit either!

We didn't want to give up and lose the money we'd spent – that's when we decided to turn to professional seamstresses to alter the dresses. But alas, it was not meant to be. No one wanted to work on these dresses because of their quality.

To say the least, we are dissatisfied with White Fox Boutique. It's a scam site, and its business practices are shady. They won't honor their quality, have no tangible customer service, and have no way to directly contact anyone.

What upsets me most is that my daughter's hard-earned money is gone. I truly wish other online stores would come together and try and get rid of such malpractices. Online shopping should not be a gamble. I know my daughter won't be taking any chances like these again.

In conclusion, my advice to anyone thinking of shopping at White Fox Boutique - Don't! It's not worth your frustration or your money. Look for other options, and avoid this online store at all costs!

White Fox Boutique Disappointed by White Fox's Stock Alert Feature: A Review

Last time, I visited White Fox website and I found this pretty little dress that I really liked. The only problem was that my size was out of stock. But then, I noticed the 'stock alert' feature and decided to give it a try. So, I entered my email address and waited patiently for the dress to be restocked.

I made sure to check my emails and the website every day because I really wanted that dress. I even contacted the head office to see if they could give me an estimate on the restocking date. Unfortunately, they did not have any information on that.

But a few days ago, I decided to check the website once again, and to my surprise, the dress was back in stock! I was so excited that I didn't waste any time and rushed to buy it. However, I never received an email notification, which made me doubt if the 'stock alert' feature is working as it should be.

The worst part is that I just checked the website again and found that my size is already sold out - had I not checked the website when I did, I would have missed out on buying the dress.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed that the 'stock alert' feature didn't work as expected. I really hope that White Fox will improve it in the future so that other customers won't have to face the same issue. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to wear my new dress!

White Fox Boutique Terrible sizing, damaged product, and awful customer service - my White Fox Review

So, I decided to give White Fox a try and ordered my first bathing suit. The first one was okay, but then things went downhill. I ordered three more suits, going off the size chart, but they were totally off in size. Not only that, the string at the front of the suits was super loose and the threading was a mess. I sent multiple emails trying to sort out the problem, but it was like talking to a brick wall.

Eventually, they agreed that the product was damaged, but told me to use their shipping label. That cost me a whopping $20, and even worse, their "credit" system meant that I had to pay for shipping back to the US if I wanted to order another item. So now I'm out $40 and feeling pretty frustrated.

The customer service was just terrible, too. All they could say was that I should have emailed them before purchasing. But come on, how could that have made any difference? I followed their sizing chart and ordered an XL for tops and bottoms, but I'm usually a large or medium. How was I supposed to know what to do differently? And to top it all off, their material quality was terrible and arrived damaged.

Honestly, I'd much rather just go to Target than deal with White Fox again. They were a total waste of my time and money.

White Fox Boutique Unreliable Shipping and Nonexistent Customer Service: My White Fox Review

Yo, lemme tell you about my experience with White Fox. I ordered some stuff on November 21 and everything was cool at first. But then, they hit me with the shipping time saying it could take up to 20 days. Ain't nobody got time for that, but okay, I can wait. Fast forward to Christmas week and ya girl was getting impatient. I hit up customer service, but they ain't got no phone number (like, why tho?) so I had to email. At first, they told me it was taking long cuz I didn't pay for the fancy shipping, but then I checked and it said the order was delivered...to Australia. I live nowhere near Australia, so I don't know what's up with that. After that, I sent around 20 messages and got no response. I was so bummed 'cause I had two girls who were looking forward to some White Fox goodies for Christmas, but no dice. To make matters worse, it's now January 2 and the order is still sitting in Australia. The weirdest thing is that some of my friends who ordered from the same place got their stuff within a week. Like, what is going on here? I'm not feeling this White Fox situation at all. Stay away from this company, folks.

White Fox Boutique Unreliable White Fox: My Experience with Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

Last month I decided to get some clothes for Christmas prezzies from White Fox. But guess what? It's December 17 now and I still haven't received my items yet! I mean, what's going on, White Fox? They said that one item I ordered wasn't in stock in the size I asked for. Like, seriously? That's not cool, dude! So, I tried to be a decent customer and asked them to send a different size instead. But guess what they said? They said that they can't do it since I purchased my items at a badass deal (Black Friday Sale). Like, why is it my fault that they don't have the item that they advertised on sale? Am I right or am I right?

So, I tried to get them to ship my items without that one item I wanted. I mean, I'm not unreasonable. But guess what they did next? They just ignored my request and kept my order sitting on their shelf! That's not cool, White Fox! Not cool at all!

So, a few days later I hit them up and asked if they could ship my items express. I even asked for it with ROTFL emoji, just to lighten the mood, you know, cause I still hadn't received my prezzies yet. But, seriously guys, I don't think they care about their customers and their needs!

I went to their website to check out the other customers' reviews but couldn't find any. Like, what kind of business doesn't have reviews? Normal businesses have reviews. What's with the secrecy, White Fox? Hmmm...

Overall, I wouldn't risk buying from White Fox again, folks. You might not receive your items and their customer service might not give a flip. So, beware!

White Fox Boutique White Fox Clothing Review: Don't Believe the Hype - Poor Quality and Frustrating Customer Service

I was on the hunt for some new high-quality clothing items and decided to give White Fox a try. I usually shop at cheaper sites like Zaful, Shein, and Fashion Nova, but I was willing to spend a little more for better quality. White Fox seemed like a great option with all the sponsored reviews and high price point.

When my package finally arrived, I was excited to see what was inside. But let me tell you, I was absolutely shocked at how cheap the materials were! Whoever said this was good quality clothing was definitely paid to say so. Every item felt cheaper than anything I've gotten from Shein, and the fit wasn't even as good.

Take the bikinis, for example. They were white on the inside (my biggest pet peeve) and the fit was really weird. Their lounge wear was decent, but still overpriced for what it was. And get this - I washed one of my pull-over sweaters and the material was already permanently worn out after just one wash!

I had to return half of my order and have been waiting for my store credit for over a month now. I've even sent multiple emails and haven't gotten any replies. It's definitely been a frustrating experience overall.

I will say that I kept a few items just because of how much money I spent, but I wouldn't recommend this brand. Unless you want to be severely disappointed and waste your money, I'd look elsewhere.

White Fox Boutique Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service from White Fox Boutique - Do Not Recommend

Their products are truly amazing and cute, I gotta give them that. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was beyond disappointing. Let me tell you a little story - I decided to order a bikini from them back in JULY, excited to rock it at the beach. Fast forward to today, and it's still nowhere to be seen.

Now, I'm not unreasonable - I understand that shipping to the US from Australia can take a little longer. But this? This is just ridiculous. Not only did they attempt to deliver it, only to send it back for reasons I still don't understand, but I have yet to receive a refund either. I paid over $60 for a single bikini, and at this point, it feels like I might as well have just thrown that money away.

To make things even worse, customer service has not been helpful AT ALL. They keep saying that they can only issue me store credit for a return, but it's not even a return - I never got the damn thing! And to add insult to injury, they won't even issue me that store credit until they receive the item back, which they say could take 60-90 days. Well, here we are at over 90 days and still nothing.

It can be hard to find a company with both good products and customer service, but unfortunately White Fox Boutique is not one of them. I'm thoroughly disappointed and angry with the whole experience. So, if you're thinking about buying from them - don't. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

White Fox Boutique Frustrating Experience with White Fox: Missing Order and Poor Customer Service

I just want to share my experience with White Fox and it isn't good. I placed an order worth $90 for an Offstage set in mid-February, and it's already almost May, and I haven't received it yet. I've tried reaching out to White Fox multiple times, but all I get is an excuse that they're trying to communicate with Australian Post.

I've asked for a refund or a replacement, but I haven't received anything yet. It's frustrating because I've invested a lot of money into this order, and it's still missing after two months. To make things worse, the customer service representative, Chelsea, who has been answering my emails, isn't helpful at all. Every time I reach out to her, she always has the same excuse, and she doesn't seem to care about giving good customer service.

It's disappointing because White Fox doesn't seem to care about their customers or their orders. $100 is a considerable amount of money to lose, and any decent company would realize that. If White Fox were a good company, they would work on finding my order or at least compensate me with a store credit.

For anyone considering buying from White Fox, my advice is, don't take the risk. I'm still waiting for my order or a refund after almost three months, and it's frustrating. White Fox doesn't seem to care about their customers or their orders. I'm annoyed because I trusted them with my money, and they've let me down. It's essential to look for other online stores where your orders will be safe and you can trust the company to deliver.

White Fox Boutique Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience with White Fox Boutique

I was really looking forward to receiving my new skirt from White Fox Boutique when I ordered it in February 2018. It's now June 2018, and I still haven't received anything! I'm a new customer, and I really feel that the staff at White Fox Boutique have treated me badly.

I decided to contact their customer service team on the 13th of March because my tracking number wasn't updating. The team was kind enough to send me a new one, and it worked! However, it only told me that my skirt had arrived in the UK, but not in London where I live. I waited a couple of weeks, and then I saw that my package was being 'Returned to the Sender' for no reason!

I immediately contacted White Fox's customer service to ask what was going on, and they told me that my parcel had been delivered to me on the 1st of March, but I failed to pick it up. This was completely untrue! I really don't know where they got that information from, and I told them so. We went back and forth a few times, and they eventually said that they'd resend the skirt to me after 90 days. It's now been almost 6 months, and they haven't replied to my latest emails!

I'm really disappointed in White Fox Boutique's attitude towards me, not just because they're refusing to refund me after all this hassle, but also because they won't do right by a new customer like me. It feels like they don't value their customers at all, which is just not acceptable for a successful company. I really don't recommend shopping with them.

White Fox Boutique Product and service

I made my first purchase with white fox weeks ago. I was very patient with the shipping even though I was worried that my clothes would not arrive on time for my vacation. I got an email saying that my package was delivered and when I got it was not at my home. I contact customer service immediately and they have been completely dismissive and rude. They said because the driver signed a line (not my signature) a line that that’s all they needed. So I paid 300 dollars for literally nothing. I continued to ask for a manager and have been ignored multiple times with rude comments. I just want my money back this is unacceptable how fast you take my money but if I don’t get my package no one cares. I’ve confirmed with DHL that the package was not delivered to my home and lost and now no response from your customer service. This is not okay. I don’t know how many times I have to tell you guys that I need my money back.

White Fox Boutique Non contactable

I placed an order and received a product which barely resembled the image. It cost $100 and looked awful on. I have tried to return the product but have been met with silence since asking for details of where to find the labels that they need printing off when sending the item back. I have sent half a dozen emails which have been ignored. I have tried the live chat which gave me a response time of 11 minutes, I never heard back.

White Fox Boutique Return of order #USA848308

My daughter placed an order for an item from White Fox on December 26th, she ended up getting the identical item as a Christmas gift and therefore requested to cancel the order the very next day, December 27th, at this time the item had not shipped. She did not receive a confirmation of the cancelation and wrote messages through their customer service chat on the website several times with no response. On January 6th, she received an email that the item had shipped. At this time, she messaged them again and received this reply "I'm sorry to hear you were wanting to make a change to your order! Unfortunately, your order #USA848308 has already been processed - I'm sorry!" and they provided her links on how to return the item for credit.

She received a mailing label to return the item, however she is responsible for the Return Label Fee of $10.99. The item was returned through USPS and it shows they received it on 01.31.23. She received an email that the package was received. She is ready to order a replacement item, however her account still does not show the credit she is to receive of $31.01 ($42.00 original price - $10.99 return shipping). My daughter has continued to email them and message through their site with no response. It has now been 14 days since they received the return and there has been no response from them and no credit has been issued to her account.

This has been a very frustrating process as there is no way to contact the company other than through email and their website and they have not responded. They at times have a chat which we tried, however every time we have waited for hours with no agent available.

At this point, we don't know what to do. She is wanting the credit to be able to order a replacement item. It is my opinion too that she shouldn't have had to pay the return shipping as she immediately cancelled the order and it didn't ship until a week and half later, it should have been cancelled prior to shipping.

Desired outcome: We would like the credit to be applied to her account. I would like the credit to be for the full amount of $42.00, or for them to provide a discount for the purchase of the replacement item to cover the cost of return shipping.

White Fox Boutique Clothing

I placed an order in November. I repeatedly emailed for an update but no reply. 4 days before Christmas they email me that half of the order cannot be filled. So I replied back to cancel it. I did not need half the order without the matching pieces. Instead they send me half the order and will not reply to my messages to do a return. This company is awful. Customer service is non existent. The one rely I did get did

Not even read my email. I want a full refund so I can be done with this scan of a company.

White Fox Boutique Read before ordering

I have ordered from this company multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am begging you. Please please please do not waste your time and money. This company has so many flaws and has not made any improvements in the years I have ordered from them. Their clothes may look cute online but I can assure you that either they will come damaged or not as described, or they will be to your liking but you’ll have to go through hell with one of their incompetent employees to get it. I have had to literally pay for this companies mistakes in the past and I’m about to be in the same position.

I ordered a few items now 10 days ago for a vacation I am going on in one business day. Normally I would not order items for a trip this close to the day but I noticed that White Fox Boutique offered 2-7 day express shipping. I really thought about it considering the problems I have had with them in the past, but I decided to give them another chance. Incredibly wrong move on my behalf. I’ve anxiously waited everyday for the shipping information to update and just last night it notified me that my items will arrive on December 16th - FIFTEEN days of delivery and FIVE days into my vacation. I’m not naive, I understand shipping from places like Australia can take time, but WHY advertise that you can express ship in a specified amount of time if you cannot deliver?

This company lies and cheats and offers zero customer support. It is truly very stressful and upsetting and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. Now when I come back from my relaxing vacation I will be having to deal with this company and telling them I will require a full refund, all shipping expenses paid, to return the i times I will no longer need due to their negligence.

Read this twice if you need to. Do. Not. Order.

White Fox Boutique No reply to emails

I live in the uk and have not received my order from 9 November. DHL are claiming it’s been returned to sender. However, I have emailed customer service three times for an update, all have been ignored.

My advice is, if you live in the UK, don’t order products from this company as you will be required to pay import tax, information on this isn’t on the website. Also, they don’t offer refunds and you will be stuck with a credit note!

Desired outcome: Where’s my parcel!

White Fox Boutique Ordered July 27th….order has not moved from sorting center in Sydney???

I ordered for the first time from this site. If you read shipping or estimated times, it never says, you could wait for over a month for your order. My order is bring shipped from

Australia and has been in the sorting center since July 31st, it’s August 16th and it has not moved from the sorting center per Australia Post (their shipping carrier). I will never order from here again. I didn’t see anything about customs when ordering. Here was the last response on 8/12

Desired outcome: Would prefer a full refund so I can purchase elsewhere.

Thank you for the heads up i shall not order from here either looking on the site i have discussed this with my daughter who wanted several things and have discouraged her as there is nothing special that i can see. Was dis heartened as ordering in £ as soon as i click on checkout converts to $ so have no confidence what currency i am paying in, given the situation with the £ at present just forget it i've told her.

White Fox Boutique white ox tobacco pouch

I have been a white ox smoker since i was seventeen, im 62 years old now, a small packet used to last about four days, now i am buying a pack every second day and most of it is stalks, as you can see. I havnt even rolled my first cigarette of the packet and iv lost two already because of stalks. I prefer white ox over any other tobacco and do not want to change, I am quite dissatisfied with the product, can you please compensate me in some way.

White Fox Boutique I have not received my order yet

I used to order from them before and was satisfied by the quality. Decided to buy something else again and ordered Miah Slides Tan.
This time I had to deal with customer service and needless to say I wasn't happy at all. Most of all because they were very clueless and lost my order. Well, speaking of my order. Not sure if they lost it, actually, but I never received it, even though it's been two months since I placed it.
Of course, I informed them about it, but they did nothing. So please, if someone of you sees this review, don't be surprised. I tried to talk to you at first but was ignored. So you got what you deserved.

Total scam site. Took a month to get my totally wrong order. Pants were not even the correct brand, they were cheap and way too big. Sweatshirt was the brand, but was used with the tag cut out, and too big. No call number on the site, and online customer service did not respond back to my email.

I made an order on November 18th and paid in full , my order has still not been shipped, with all emails being replied by automated reply , " give us some more business days"

Unfortunately that is not good enough customer service when I get daily emails about sales.
