I went to White Castle Store#050020 at 9:24am on Sunday 7/15. I ordered 8 double cheeseburgers and 20 White Castle cheeseburgers. They had only 1 employee working and 1 manager on the grill. It took the 50 minutes to complete this order. Why is this location so understaffed??????? Why are they servicing 10 cards and we still have not received our items.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in Indianapolis, IN We do not have a White Castle in Houston, TX so when we come to Indianapolis to this White Castle we expect the best customer service. When I asked the shift manager Aniya why is it taking so long she stated well we have to allow people to take breaks. She had two employees on break just watching. We were the only ones there so there was no reason it should have taken this long. We have been loyal customers of White Castle for over 20 years. I'm not sure why the service has declined but something needs to be addressed with this location regarding staffing and customer service.
